Thread: Secession from the Union: a viable alternative?

What an effing mess this country is in. And it's main downfall began in 1986. Illegal aliens are responsible for creating all of this turmoil. I believe Americans are getting angrier by the minute, and unfortunately it may get ugly. But I am for preserving ALL OF AMERICA, not just part of it. This is the United States of America - One Nation - OUR NATION! I want my country back. I don't want illegal aliens here. I don't want amnesties. I don't want laws and special interest groups to "protect" illegal immigrants - I just want them deported.

So I feel it's still about control and power. We as a nation have to strive to beat this back and uphold our laws. OUR laws need to prevail and leaders need to be selected that uphold them.

I agree . Once we put ourselves into a few little baskets, we will right where they can find us . Easy targets . Remember Waco ? They have no problem kiling Americans . I didn't agree with those nuts in Waco, but they never should have attacked them and killed all those people .

Division is not the answer .

I beleive the US will have a big problem on there hands if Texas walks out. The whole midwest would side with Texas. And all those Folks in Texas, Okla, Arakansas,Kansas, Misourri, Arizona, own firearms and know how to use them. Lets hope it doesn't come to this, but it will. Nothing is getting better, just worst. People eventually reach a boiling point. History tells us that over and over.
