I've sent the letter to everyone on the list, and more. Now I am going to send the same letter in my husband's name. That way they get more.

I just called Mitt Romney and asked the staffer what Romney's position on the 10-20 million illegals here--she was evasive. It isn't on his website anywhere. I told her what I wanted to hear from him before I could support him: attrition through enforcement of existing law, end to chain migration and birthright citizenship, deportation of all criminal illegals and sealed borders. She just went right on popping her gum...

    Romney's campaign headquarters:

Enforcing immigration laws are much to broad. The main issues are the incentives that bring illegals here and those are they are allowed to work because business hire them. The other is the 14th amendment has to be properly interpreted or repealed.
Ron Paul is for taking away the incentives that draws them here.
If there were no work if they did not have legal papers and not allowed to have an "anchor baby" to anchor them here, they would not come and they would not stay. The ones here would deport themselves if they could not continue to work without legal papers.

Tell 2008 Presidental Candidates your views

Tell 2008 Presidental Candidates your views.
The best way to do that is to stop rewarding irresponsible incumbent politicians by repeatedly re-electing them.
Congress won't become responsible until the voters do too!

Take a look at these [expletive] Congress persons who voted to let illegal aliens receive Social Security benefits.

Already, 32% of illegal aliens receive welfare.

Already, 29% of all incarcerated in our prisons are illegal aliens.

President Bush wants amnesty for illegal aliens.
Do you agree with the President?
A Polling Station poll of 9,174 people shows:
    _______ Yes _______ No _______ Undecided
    Dem ___ 27.6% ____ 60.1% ____ 12.3%
    Ind ____ 16.5% ____ 72.5% ____ 11.0%
    Rep ____ 10.9% ____ 81.3% ____ 7.8%
18.4% believe amnesty is a good idea.
71.2% do not believe amnesty is a good idea.
    10.4% were undecided.

Yet, Congress ignores what most American voters want, and essentially chooses to pit American cititzens and illegal aliens against each other.

    It is despicable!

Yet, too many voters keep rewarding politicians for it by repeatedly re-electing them!
That's not too smart is it?
Perhaps VOID (VOIDnow.org) and FOAVC have the right idea?

Many voters are not even aware that Congress is ignoring a number of things other than enforcing existing illegal immigration laws, such as the States' Constitutional right to an Article V Convention , of which ALL 50 States have requested via 568 separate requests by State legislatures.

    One thing is for certain.
Congress ain't likely to ever reform anything as long as voters keep rewarding them for being irresponsible, and by repeatedly re-electing them; rewarding them with a cu$hy 90% re-election rate.

Stop letting irresponsible incumbent politicians (despicably) pit American citizens and illegal aliens against each other.

Yes! I have had that happen before. I could never vote for such a person. It would be going against all my beliefs.
