Illegals can take their American born children into Mexico just like they brought their Mexican born children into this country. They can get Mexican citizenship for their American born children much easier than they can get American citizenship for the Mexican born children.
That trail coming out of Mexico travels both ways. There is no laws that say a child born in the country to an illegal aliens cannot take that child with them when they are deported. What kind of parent would leave the country and not take their children with them?
They know when they gave birth to those children that they will not anchor them to this country and that chances are that they could be deported anytime because they are in this country and working illegally.
Their American born children are not anchors. When ICE raid their place of employment, they will arrest them and deport them no matter how many American born children they may have because the cold, heartless government agent ICE is just doing their job. So get use to it because at a time when you least expect it, WHAM!!!! This ain’t candid camera, it is just ICE doing their job.

Children born in the US to Mexican Nationals automatically hold dual citizenship.

Better yet. Easier for them to go with their parents.

Of course it's easier but it won't be once they get there, no taxpayer freebies. That's why they always make it a point of playing up the fact that the anchor is a "US BORN CITIZEN" when the parents get deported and its the major reason they leave them behind.

we are all for family reunion.... back in their native country!

to attempt to guilt-trip us with "punishing the children for the sins of their parents".... is a non-sequitur. Illegals get deported back home; US born kids can go with them or be care for by someone residing legally in the US, but not allowed to tap into the welfare system using the child as a "pawn"....

I have seen references to "terrorism" referring to the deportation practices.... as if deporting them to Mexico or wherever "home" was, is like condemning them to a NAZI Concentration Camp.... I doubt that Mexicans would go so far as describing their country as a DEATH CAMP, would they?

In 1898 the Supreme Court stated that the children of foreign invaders are not US citizens, since we are obviously being invaded by Mexico the ones with Mexican parents are not US citizens. Now if the Mexican parents gave them up for adoption by a US Citizen then they would be US citizens, otherwise they are Mexicans.
