If they took their anchors with them they wouldn't be able to accuse us of splitting up families. And, they're probably afraid they wouldn't be able to get the kid back in.

They can not be duals, because they are and can not be US Citizens, if both parents are illegal aliens. They are not here in the US by virtue of their situation and existing statutes.

Legal resident aliens, of non-diplomatic status, will have children who are citizens of their nation of origin. At the same time, these children may enjoy US citizenship, until they reach the age of 18. The US does NOT recognize duals (who are 18 y.o. plus).

Illegal aliens who have a child in the US must ensure that that child is registered with their homeland's Consulate. If they do not, they run the risk of becoming stateless. This is not good. Many nations do issue 'Stateless' Passports.

Mexico, on the other hand has advertised (and enacted) that all off their off-spring born abroad are guaranteed citizenship. This was done to help destroy the US. But, remember, even Mexicans know that they can not trusts any form of Mexican government.

We have had some sorry-a$$ civil servants and authorities, who do not take care of America, rather the are looking out for illegal aliens. They pass out our privileges and rights as if they were candy on Halloween.

Be better educated and demand that our elected officials and law agencies start rounding-up the illegal aliens, jail them and deport the, along with their children. All of their ill gotten properties and money will be seized for taxes, back taxes, fines, and services rendered (this has already started). Adios!

My son does not even need to register, just show his birth cert and his fathers birth cert and whamo, duel citizenship. (he has an American passport and his dad has started wars with the in laws insisting that the little guy is NOT Irish)
