    And while you are at it, birthright citizenship for illegal aliens also is a racist amnesty. The executive branch (George Bush) continues this practice against the intent of the 14th Amendment framers, and the 1866 Civil Rights act, thus it is a form of amnesty. And since 90% of the beneficiaries of this practice are Hispanic, it is racist.
