Corker, Bob - (R - TN) (replaces Bill Frist, R) Cloture: NO

Just to let you all know...staffer asked if I was calling from Colorado..(I am)..so they have caller ID. Told her yes, and that the senators vote would still effect me and my life regardless if I am from his state...she agreed. So...now they are getting caller ID, if they haven't already. One more way to try and be deceitful ... IMO. It shouldn't matter WHERE we are from... it will still effect us!!

E-mails sent to 99 senators (Wyden's site was not functioning re comment submittals). Calls placed to several. No good signs for defeating this bill coming out of the Senate debate and amendment voting as per my assessment while viewing on CSPAN. They are so wrapped up in the glorious umbrella of their Grand Compromise and their amendment details that they can't see the forest for the trees (the American people's position). The Senate is absolutely intent on passing something.

Just got through again to Senator Alexander's Washington Office. Said we will not believe 3 of 4 border governors who have enabled illegal aliens within their states and to vote "NO" on cloture.

Keep calls coming. He needs our assistance.
    Matthew 19:26
But Jesus beheld them, and said unto them, With men this is impossible; but with God all things are possible.

With some of the democratic senators...after the talking points from William...(and since we are back to asking for zip codes...but I think some of them are hiding the fact that they have caller ID so I am not using zips)

anyway... I am using Hazelton, PA to show where dems did a WRITE IN on their ballot and came across party lines... I let them know that not all dems want amnesty and I am one of them and I will vote against anyone who does this!!!!!!!!!

    Cory, his aide said...

I don't know how he is going to vote.
I told him about a vote for cloture being a vote for amnesty.

    He said.....

Oh this bill is going to pass the Senate. I don't want to break your heart but it is going to pass. I don't know what will happen to it in the house but it is going to pass the Senate.

    OMG!!!!
How can he be so sure of this?
Which office was this? I think we would all like to give this office a call!
I was so stunned I put the aides name and forgot the office!
    It was Sen Grassleys office!

His Aide was shifty to me.
I had to directly ask three times before he would answer that he was not sure! He didn't have the time of day for me!
