During a recent [Kaufman Co.] Texas appearance, Arizona lawman Joe Arpaio took on a question from an attendee regarding what has become perhaps his most identifiable cause.

The Maricopa County sheriff is passionate about addressing issues like border security and drugs, but his team has also found time to investigate the authenticity of Barack Obama’s birth certificate, to the chagrin of the president’s supporters. One man at the recent event, however, seemed to feel Arpaio has been too heavy with his rhetoric without sufficient action to back it up.

He addressed the sheriff, saying that he spoke out about Obama’s perceived forgery “long before you came along and made it cool to say so,” adding that Arpaio’s “supporters have expected you to take action.”

The attendee went on to ask Arpaio what he plans to do to facilitate any real progress in the investigation and ultimate prosecution of Obama and others involved.

“Other than hold press conferences and fundraisers,” he said, “my question to you, sir, is … at some point do you see yourself actually filing something in a legal court where actual things can be done legally? Because I believe we do have a usurper in the White House.”

Arpaio addressed the man’s first point by denying that his campaign has benefited at all from his dedication to this issue.

“I have never raised one penny for my election using the birth certificate,” he said. “My campaign manager would kill me if I ever mentioned the birth certificate.”

As for the main point of the question, though, Arpaio assured the crowd that there is tangible activity taking place behind the scenes.

“You’re very aggressive,” he told the attendee, “which you should be.”

Acknowledging that he and others “want justice,” Arpaio explained that “there’s always restrictions when you try to do a case, and I can’t tell you everything we know that we found out later. I can’t do it.”

He concluded his response by confirming that “we’re still working every day,” an answer that drew applause from his supporters in the audience.

As hard as it may be to believe, America has been deceived on a massive scale by our president, Barack Hussein Obama.

His loyalties and political objectives are not what we were sold in 2008 and 2012.

Rather than combating terrorism at home and abroad, President Obama has intentionally built up terrorist groups. In violation of international law, he was instrumental in the fall of governments in Egypt and Libya, which has resulted in the deaths of thousands. In doing so, he also destabilized the entire Middle East. He has compromised America's entire antiterrorist infrastructure, and placed anti-American Islamist operatives in sensitive government positions.

According to the Jordanian government, Middle Eastern and European press organizations, the Obama administration actually funded and trained members of the terrorist group ISIS, which now threatens several nations in the Middle East, as well as the American homeland.

Now Larry Klayman, the former Justice Department lawyer and founder of Judicial Watch and Freedom Watch, is suing to get President Obama deported.

Shipped out. Sent back. Removed.

“In sum, deportation proceedings should be immediately commenced, an investigation undertaken, a full evidentiary hearing held, and Barack Hussein Obama should be removed from the United States,” Klayman writes in his deportation petition.

The petition was sent to Thomas Homan of Enforcement Removal Operations at the Department of Homeland Security, Thomas Winkowksi of Immigration and Customs Enforcement and Sarah Kendall of the Office of Fraud Detection and National Security at DHS.

Klayman explained it is based “on the grounds that he has falsified various birth and other documents with regard to obtaining a U.S. passport and other privileges as an alleged American citizen.”

“It is clear, based on a mountain of evidence as set forth in and attached to the petition, that the president and his agents have falsified documents, such as his birth certificate and Social Security number, to qualify for the privileges of American citizenship such that his citizenship, which is based on false pretenses, must be nullified,” Klayman said.

“As set forth in the petition, this includes but is not limited to the fraudulent production of a computer-generated facsimile of an official state of Hawaiian birth certificate. Even if a legitimate birth certificate exists, Obama’s repeated use of a clearly forged birth certificate is still a crime and in violation of the law,” he said.

“While this deportation proceeding may seem to some to be the work of conservatives who are out to get the president, this is not the case. Barack Obama’s propensity to not tell the truth is now well known, even among his leftist supporters. And, his actions while president [reflects] someone whose actions show that he feels more kinship with his foreign roots and Muslim religious schooling and heritage, than the Judeo-Christian principles upon which this nation was founded.

“I thus urge everyone to read and digest this petition to have him deported and remove him from the United States, before dismissing it,” Klayman said.

The 20-page document points out that his name technically is “Barry Soetoro,” since it was “changed officially in Indonesia and never changed back to his name at birth.”

“The immigration laws of the United States of American are intended in part to ensure that those who become part of the country and particularly those who lead it bear allegiance and loyalty to the United States of American rather than to a foreign country or to interests of other countries generally. It is part of the constitutional design and intention for immigration laws and regulations to regulate those joining the citizenry of the country with the goal of loyalty and allegiance to the country, among other factors,” the petition explains.

“The U.S. Constitution requires that to be eligible to be president (or vice president) a person must be a “natural born citizen” and that all federal elected officials must be citizens,” he wrote.

Then followed a technical description of the problem for Obama;

A young woman giving birth in a foreign country to a child whose father was not an American citizen (and was himself deported) did not have the legal capacity to pass along American citizenship to such child, a report for the Western Journalism Center confirmed.

“When enacted in 1952, section 301 (of federal immigration laws at the time) required a U.S. citizen married to an alien to have been physically present in the United States for 10 years, including five after reaching the age of fourteen, to transmit citizenship to foreign-born children. The 10-year transmission requirement remained in effect from 12:01 a.m. EDT December 24, 1952, through midnight November 13, 1986, and still is applicable to persons born during that period,” the Western Journalism Center’s report explained.

Ann Dunham was only 18 years old upon Barack Hussian Obama’s birth on August 4, 1961. Her own date of birth in Wichita, Kansas, was November 29, 1942. She turned 14 on November 29, 1956. Therefore in contrast to the law’s requirement, she had lived only 4 1/2 years from her 14th birthday up until Barack Hussein Obama’s birth on August 4, 1961 – and apparently not all of those years actually within the United States.

Thus because of the requirement to reside in the United States continuously for five years after becoming 14 and a total of 10 years in the United States overall, Barack Hussein Obama could not acquire U.S. citizenship through his mother Ann Dunham. At the very least, he would have had to apply at some point for naturalization.

He cites as supporting evidence those facts reported in “Where’s the Birth Certificate?” by Dr. Jerome Corsi, “Where’s the REAL Birth Certificate?” an ebook, and another ebook, “A Question of Eligibility.”

Klayman notes, “Barack Hussein Obama has relied upon a birth certificate from the State of Hawaii which is clearly a forgery – that is, not a valid birth certificate – and indeed also a rather sloppy forgery with easily detected, unmistakable errors and defects.

“It is a fair inference that Barack Hussein Obama would not have relied throughout his life upon a forged birth certificate if a genuine birth certificate showing a live birth in U.S. territory existed,” he continued.

Klayman explains Obama “inconsistently used different names within the United States,” and sought a U.S. passport with a “clearly forged birth certificate.”

A list of requests includes testimony, records and evidence on the issues of documentation, immigration law, citizenship requirements, birth certificates and more.

Klayman cited the “exacting, professional and exhaustive investigation” that already has been done on the issue, by a “team of experts” assembled by Sheriff Joe Arpaio in Maricopa County, Arizona, at the request of his constituents.

The investigation has concluded that the birth certificate presented by Obama is a forgery.

The petition notes that even if there exists a Hawaii “birth certificate,” the state had only become a part of the U.S. shortly before, and was working out “procedures to operate as a new state.”

“People assume that the existence of a birth certificate from Hawaii proves a birth in Hawaii, when Hawaii law at the time is explicit that a parent could lawfully request a birth certificate from Hawaii for a child born in a foreign country.”

Klayman’s request alleges document fraud, falsely claiming citizenship and willful misrepresentation.

Larry Klayman, a conservative activist who frequently uses the legal system to fight his political battles, has filed a petition to a handful of different federal authorities to have President Obama — whom he refers to as an "illegal alien" — removed from office and deported.

Snopes reported he filed the "deportation petition [to] begin the process of removing" Mr. Obama from office and the country to Thomas Homan, of the Enforcement Removal Operations in the Department of Homeland Security, to Thomas Winkowski in Immigration and Customs Enforcement and to Sarah Kendall, in the Office of Fraud Detection and National Security at the Department of Homeland Security.

He wrote in his petition: "It is clear, based on a mountain of evidence as set forth in and attached to the petition, that the president and his agents have falsified documents, such as his birth certificate and social security number, to qualify for the privileges of American citizenship such that his citizenship, which is based on false pretenses, must be nullified."

He also said that "while this deportation proceeding may seem to some to be the work of conservatives who are out to get the president, this is not the case. But who could imagine that this is only a political battle, either between conservatives and liberals, between conservatism and Democratic Socialism, or between American freedom and globalist communism allied with Is1aimist terrorism?

This is an existential war for world domination, by means of controlling the United States of America, either as

a Constitutional republic, sovereign and independent, governed by democratically elected representatives, under God and a godly Christian heritage and ethos, as in, "We have no king but Jesus!"

Or as

a global government colony ruled by edict, by force, by a malevolent, totalitarian dictator, in a reign of terror under fundamentalist Is1am and Shari`a law.

Panetta Book Bombshell: Challenges to
Obama's Legitimacy Affected His Presidency

Largely lost in the hubbub over former Defense Secretary Leon Panetta’s new book Worthy Fights is one intriguing revelation. As reported in the New York Times, the accusations that Barack Obama was not what he appeared to be, perhaps not even a natural-born citizen,

caused him to become tentative on the national stage. “Those challenges have encouraged the president’s caution and defensiveness, which in turn has emboldened further challenges,” Mr. Panetta wrote.

As the originator of one of those challenges, namely that terrorist emeritus Bill Ayers helped Obama with his 1995 memoir Dreams from My Father, I can confirm the validity of Panetta’s accusation. When challenged, Obama has become not only defensive but also downright dishonest.

Obama’s insecurity has caused him to violate the promise he made to his assembled staff on his first full day in office. “I will also hold myself as President to a new standard of openness,” said the newly minted president. “Information will not be withheld just because I say so. It will be withheld because a separate authority believes my request is well grounded in the Constitution.” As I document in my new book, You Lie, Obama has dishonored this promise in a hundred different ways.

In the last six years, the White House has withheld information large and small, public and private, petty and grand. A perfectly instructive and heretofore unsung incident took place at a CNN studio on September 23, 2009. The guest was bestselling celebrity journalist, Christopher Andersen. The show was CNN’s "American Morning", and the host was a young woman named Kiran Chetry.

An establishment journalist with credentials of the first order, Andersen was there to plug his twenty-eighth book and his fourth biography of a presidential couple, Barack and Michelle: Portrait of an American Marriage. Despite Andersen’s credentials and his apolitical background, the interview almost did not take place.

“It’s important to note,” Chetry told Andersen on air, “we reached out to the White House for a response to the book. They declined to comment but made it known they weren't happy. In fact, they pulled a previously scheduled interview we had with a senior adviser once they learned you were on the show.”

This Andersen already knew. “About as senior as you can get,” he confirmed. Andersen expressed surprise that the White House would do such a thing, “I was dismayed because the USA Today story on the book said it was a glowing portrait of a rock-solid marriage, and that is exactly what it is. It's a very positive look at what I think is a remarkable first family.”

This move must have seemed all the more puzzling to Chetry because at the time Obama’s transparency myth remained largely intact. The folks at CNN, at least those who had not read Andersen’s book, had to wonder why Obama would object to his presence, let alone which “separate authority” raised constitutional objections.

Andersen’s surprised reaction, however, was just a shade disingenuous. By this time, he knew what a poison pill he had slipped into this otherwise innocuous brew of a book. The night before his CNN guest shot he appeared on two national cable shows, "Hardball" with Chris Matthews and "Hannity." Matthews, who likely had not read the book, interviewed Andersen in the nonconfrontational style Andersen expected. “You‘re an amazing, successful guy,” said Matthews at interview’s end. “You have a winning streak here.”

Although equally agreeable, Sean Hannity called attention to this toxin in the brew. On air, Hannity cited Andersen’s claim that Bill Ayers had assisted Obama in the writing of Dreams from My Father. He quoted Andersen to the effect that "literary devices and themes [in Dreams] bear a jarring similarity to Ayers’s own writings.” Asked Hannity, “Bill Ayers helped him with his book?” Andersen confirmed the same and quickly changed topic. As a celebrity journalist, Andersen may not have realized initially how the Ayers bombshell would alienate his potential audience and unnerve the White House.

Nor was the Ayers revelation an incidental part of the book. Relying on two sources in Chicago’s Hyde Park, Andersen relates in six pages of detail the how, when, and why of Obama’s collaboration with Ayers on Dreams. If true, his claim revealed Obama to have been a shameless liar in his disavowal of Ayers during the campaign. His claim also made a total sham out of the literary world's anointment of Obama as "the best writer to occupy the White House since Lincoln," the understanding on which the Obama genius myth was based.

To its humble credit, CNN did not yield to White House pressure, not on the surface at least. The network allowed Andersen to appear despite the intimidation. What “The Worldwide Leader in News” failed to do, however, was explore the Ayers connection, the one newsworthy item in the book. After discussing the White House threat, Chetry moved immediately to “some of the interesting parts” of the book, starting with the ever-pressing question of how the Obamas balanced work and domestic responsibilities. Someone at CNN apparently knew what the president wanted and obliged him.

This combination of White House strong-arming and media sycophancy worked well for Obama. Very nearly every major news outlet in the English-speaking world felt compelled to review Andersen’s book. Yet not a single mainstream reviewer dared mention the book’s most explosive revelation, let alone follow up on it.

Lost in the kerfuffle was CNN’s open admission that the White House had attempted, and largely succeeded, in suppressing information, both from Andersen and from the adviser who had been scheduled to speak. This gesture had nothing to do with the Constitution and everything to do with Bill Ayers. “Information will not be withheld just because I say so,” said Obama on day one. Well, if he did not “say so,” someone very close to him did, and that someone would not have been anyone’s idea of a “separate authority.”

The Andersen shutdown was mere prelude to what would happen with Benghazi. “Several times when I reached out to Congress or the press without prior White House approval,” Panetta wrote, “I was chastised for it.” As forthcoming as he appears to be, one suspects Panetta knows a lot more than he is saying.
