There is confusion here. The Library of Congress does not list 2480 (at least not yet) and has the Graham amendment listed as 2412. Obviously some changes in the Congressional Record needs made right away. Lets go with 2480 since that what they are calling it on the Senate floor.

$3 Billion dollars, he said, that's 3 dollars for every day since Jesus Christ was born. He's sure a kick in the pants.
