As poker playing Atty. Leo Donofrio would tell you, a pistol under the coat beats an ace up the sleeve every time. The Republican party is foolishly gambling that the next election will be as usual, i.e., no more than 50% rigged. From 2008, the DNC planned for widespread rioting and burning before the next Presidential election, during the summer and fall of 2012.

Since 1920, at least, liberals, progressives, socialists, communists, and fellow travelers have been playing from a well-known script.

• 1) Create a financial disaster to make the people dependent upon the government, and debauch the currency to collapse the economy and the government.
  
  2) Flood the country with aliens who have no loyalty to this nation. As for those who still love their country, deploy them abroad and have them killed, or at least, disenfranchised of the vote.
  
  3) Raid the Treasury and demand a massive cash infusion before the next election ($2,400,000,000,000 should do it) with which to create "shovel-ready jobs" (building roads, utilities, public housing, government facilities, and the labor camps), then allocate those jobs to unions, organizations, and affinity groups to buy votes. Buy the votes of the unemployable the usual way, and have the goons threaten those who refuse to be bought or who have not yet learned that they can be bought.
  
  4) Allow anti-social illegal drugs to cross the borders freely. Break up families with job relocations, alcohol, illicit drugs, imprisonment, and war, so as to disrupt or destroy the family relationships that communicate family values. Stir up class warfare and racial hostility so as to create riots and chaos.
  
  5) Create, contribute to causing, or aggravate needs that government can meet. In red states, manipulate public works, disaster relief, and wherever possible, the disasters themselves (wildfires, floods, epidemics, pestilences, utility outages, bridge and highway closures, earthquakes, hurricanes and tornadoes, climate change) so as to disrupt the status quo and its usual election results.
  
  6) On election day, bus voters from poll to poll, and sabotage the vote in red precincts. Have the media report those early returns which will discourage red state voters from coming out to vote. Stuff the ballot boxes, create phony ballot boxes, misplace the military absentee ballots, manipulate the vote count, and if all else fails, sue.
  
  7) If and when loss is inevitable, signal the anarchists, the goons, and the barbarians to burn, riot, and destroy at will. Maybe the other side will make concessions for peace.

What the Republicans don't have the courage to correct now

E-Verify 'flags' Obama's Social Security Number

System crunches prez's data, determines 'likely fraudulent'

A private investigation reveals that the Social Security Number being used by Barack Obama does not pass a check with E-Verify, the electronic system the U.S. Citizenship and Immigrations Services of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security has created to verify whether or not prospective employees have the required authorization to work legally in the United States.

Over the past few years, the E-Verify system has received national attention because of its ability to determine if prospective employees are illegal immigrants who have entered the United States without the legal authority to work.

By flagging fraudulent documents, including faked Social Security Numbers, the E-Verify system can assist an employer in the effort to make sure all prospective hires have authentic identification papers, including valid Social Security Numbers, issued to them and not to someone else.

Now WND has obtained a copy of an affidavit from Linda Jordan, a private citizen who entered Obama's Social Security Number into the "Self Check" section of the E-Verify website, only to find out that Obama's Social Security Number was flagged by E-Verify as likely being fraudulent.

The document:





Jordan told WND she is a wife, mother and homemaker. She described herself as "an average citizen with reasonable research skills."

She said she became concerned when she realized that Congress was not willing to investigate issues concerning Obama's identity, including whether or not he currently is using a fraudulent Social Security Number, and that federal law enforcement authorities also were doing nothing.

"Between October 2008 and May 2011, I submitted several requests to agencies and people with the legal responsibility and authority to investigate the use of forged documents and election fraud, concerning Obama's birth records and Social Security Number," she stated in her affidavit. "To date no one with the legal responsibility and authority has responded to any of these requests."

Jordan told WND she finally decided to investigate Obama on her own initiative.

"I did my own research and I found allegations that Obama was using a fraudulent Social Security Number and that his birth certificate had been forged were more than credible," she said. "Then I saw many brave people putting their reputations on the line to get the truth concerning Obama, including military officers like Lt. Col. Terry Lakin, and I decided I could no longer just sit back and watch."

Jordan finally decided to take matters in her own hand.

"I considered myself to be one of the employers of the president of the United States," she said, "so I decided to sign up for E-Verify and see if I could determine whether or not I could find out something about his true identity."

In May 2010, WND reported two private investigators working independently were asking why President Obama was using a Social Security Number set aside for applicants in Connecticut while there is no record he ever had a mailing address in that state.

In addition, the records indicate the Social Security Number Barack Obama is using was issued between 1977 and 1979, yet Obama's earliest employment reportedly was in 1975 at an ice cream shop in Hawaii.

E-Verify reports suspected fraud

As seen in Exhibit 1, after Jordan entered Obama's Social Security Number into the E-Verify Self Check, the system indicated Obama's Social Security Number produced a mismatch that warranted a visit to the Social Security Administration to investigate the discrepancy.

More detailed analysis of Exhibit 1 shows the checked reason for the mismatch notice was: "SSA record does not verify. Other reason. SSA found a discrepancy in the record."

Exhibit 2 shows a Social Security Online page that indicates the response "SSA record does not verify, other reason" is to be interpreted as "Special indicator present," with the reference to three E-Verify sections.

Further research revealed that the SSA adds "Special Indicator codes" to identify Social Security Numbers that individuals obtained fraudulently.

According to an audit report authored by the Office of the Inspector General, Social Security Administration, titled "Effectiveness of Special Indicator Codes on the Social Security Administrations Numident File," dated August 2008, there were 9 special indicator codes as of November 2008:

"Eight of the Special Indicators have to do with fraud of some kind," Jordan said. "It looks to me like the SSN Obama is using has been flagged with a Special Indicator suggesting fraud."

WND's phone call to the media office of the U.S. Citizenship and Immigrations Services of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security went unanswered.

Whose Social Security Number is Obama using?

As seen in Exhibit 3, U.S. Air Force Col. Gregory Hollister, retired, has obtained from the Social Security Administration verification that the Social Security Number currently being used by Barack Obama is a number that was never issued to Obama.

Yet, WND has independently verified that Obama is using the Social Security Number in question.

As seen in Exhibit 4, WND has further confirmed that Obama's Social Security Number links to Obama in the online records maintained by the Selective Service system; inserting Obama's Social Security Number into the online Selective Service search engine produces a valid Selective Service number identified with Obama.

Researcher Felicito Papa has further confirmed, in an affidavit filed on lawyer Orly Taitz's website, that Obama's Social Security Number is clearly legible in a non-redacted layer of the electronic file when Obama's 2009 federal tax return is viewed in Adobe Illustrator.

On Aug. 30, 2011, Judge Royce C. Lamberth, chief judge of the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia, granted summary judgment dismissing a federal lawsuit brought by Taitz, asking for FOIA disclosure of Obama's Social Security information.

Taitz had alleged Obama was engaged in Social Security identity fraud, using a Social Security Number that had not been issued to him; Lamberth ruled that privacy restrictions prevented the Social Security Administration from releasing the requested files, despite the fact Obama is a public figure.

Remember these words of wisdom. Cooler heads prevail.

Though it may seem like you are not getting the proper recognition you deserve, in the end all will be redeemed.

The reason I even know about your great efforts, until I stumbled upon your website, was because of the coverage of the birth certificate issue by WND. They were very informative over the last year, often mentioning your name and your leading role in the court cases against the Usurper.

At least WND has the guts to go after the issue and do some honest reporting instead of covering it up. There may be issues of profiting [profiteering?] from the likes of Farah and Corsi, but that is to be expected in this world.

My advice to you, would be to try to team up with WND to promote your work. They have many readers who spread your name and the word of your superhuman feats to expose Obama’s fraud.

Don’t get me wrong, you are correct to be firm with them, but a little diplomacy may be prudent. A pleasant phone call or meeting may do wonders for you and what we are all fighting for, by ironing out some differences and concerns.

Keep your eyes on the prize Orly. You are one of the last great hopes to restoring our country. It would be a shame if a disagreement or misunderstanding hampered your efforts in the least bit.

In Perkins v. Elg, 307 U.S. 325 @ 330 (1939), the Obama defenders have to resort to lying about Steinkauler’s citizen status and equalize him to an alien, to justify Obama, when [Steinkauler] was a US Citizen at the time of his child’s US Soil birth… a level Obama doesn’t even rise to. "Steinkauler, a Prussian subject by birth, emigrated to the United States in 1848, was naturalized in 1854, and in the following year had a son who was born in St. Louis."

In other words , the child , by both fact and de jure (by rule of Law), was born to a US citizen Father on US Soil at the time of birth in Perkins v. Elg in order to be called a Natural Born Citizen.

Obama has NO US CITIZEN Father, hence is NOT a United States Natural Born Citizen... but a multi-national citizen at birth, who does not even rise to the original intent of the 14th Amendment.

Dr. Jerome Corsi, whose integrity is unimpeachable, seems to have bought into, for comparison, a Hawaii long form Certificate of Live Birth with a latent birth certificate number that is questionable.

One John Woodman enhanced the bleed-through of the BC number on the back.
He discovered that the redacted BC number was 61- 09945, for an Aug. 23rd birthdate.
The BC number of the purported Obama BC was 61- 10641, for an Aug. 4th birthdate.

The BC numbers are seriously out of sequence, with the Aug. 4th BC having a BC number 696 higher than the BC number of the Aug. 23rd BC, which came 19 days later.

I don't think Dr. Corsi altered the comparison sample BC, but he wouldn't have noticed the lower BC number on the comparison sample BC of 19 days later, because it was latent or illegible - virtually invisible - until the image was enhanced.

The purpose of the subpoena was to obtain the FACTS about Barry's registration. When one has to have legal eagles block disclosure just of those records, there's something up. If the records showed he wasn't enrolled as a foreign student, why have those records blocked?

What would be the reason?

As for records, I used to be an asst. registrar of a private college in the 1980's very close to Occidental, so MAYBE I know something about such matters. I handled plenty of records having to do with foreign students.

That sounds very close to expert testimony.

Famous Arizona lawman responds to citizen request to probe president

Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio in Arizona has constituted a special law enforcement posse to investigate allegations brought by members of the Surprise, Ariz., Tea Party that the birth certificate Barack Obama released to the public April 27 might be a forgery, WND has learned.

The posse, under the authority of Arpaio's office, will consist of two former law enforcement officers and two retired attorneys, headed by Michael Zullo, a retired police detective originally from Bergen County, N.J.

WND confirmed with Zullo and with Arpaio's office that the investigation into the Obama birth certificate has been sanctioned fully by Arpaio's office. The investigation, they said, will be conducted with "utmost diligence," and the investigators will be authorized to utilize subpoena power.

Arpaio spokesman Lt. Justin Griffin told WND that Arpaio's posse will consist entirely of volunteers and will avoid incurring any cost to the taxpayers of Maricopa County.

"I am very grateful that Sheriff Joe Arpaio is a sincere man of his word and a fearless, patriotic American," Brian Reilly, a spokesman for the Surprise Tea Party, told WND.
