The Liberal governor of North Carolina, Beverly Perdue, was speaking at a Rotary Club where she made a point of saying "political considerations are hindering efforts in Washington to tackle unemployment and economic stagnation." WHAT!?!?! The Governor continued, "I think we ought to suspend, perhaps, elections for Congress for two years and just tell them we won't hold it against them, whatever decisions they make, to just let them help this country recover. You want people who don't worry about the next election."

I just talked to the Chief investigator on the Obama case. He already has all the info on the birth certificate; he told me that he has over 1,000 pages.

I am forwarding to him information on the Social Security fraud. I told him that the Social Security fraud is a more straightforward issue that can be resolved much faster. We have all the evidence. He stated that he does not have latitude to separate those 2 issues and move faster. He recommended for the Tea Party to schedule yet another meeting with Sheriff Arpaio, bring to his attention the Social Security fraud by Obama and demand a separate immediate investigation. If you are a Tea party member in AZ, please schedule yet another meeting, so it will move faster.

It appears that the investigators, having all the info on the fraudulent birth certificate, and now receiving Dr. Taitz's info on the Social Security fraud, can now proceed on both fronts.

However, I suppose that Dr. Taitz means that, even though the investigators can now verify evidence on both the BC and the SSN, they could complete their investigation of the SSN more quickly and bring it to justice while their investigation of the BC is still ongoing.

With absolutely no proof of any kind of who he really is, Barack Obama made it to the Oval Office in 2008. There was no media vetting of the largely absentee senator from Illinois, who even back then had the temerity to compare himself to Abraham Lincoln. You can claim to be anyone you want in a book, and that’s what Barry Soetoro did.

In my mind, the issue is this: Mr. Obama is verifiably ineligible for the Presidency, but the rule of law is abrogated. Until Sheriff Joe Arpaio broke ranks recently to investigate Mr. Obama's original birth certificate and fraudulent SSN, all government officials have ignored and refused to enforce provisions of the Constitution and the U.S. Code which rule against the usurper. In effect, the Emperor with no documents is above the law, a ruler above the Constitution and not subject to it, that is, a dictator.

Barack Obama II is foreign born, as his step-grandmother, "Mama Sarah" Onyango Obama, has testified repeatedly. At a time when she had never been outside of Kenya, she said (twice) that she was in the delivery room when he was born. Barack Obama II's half-brother and half-sister in Kenya corroborate her testimony and state that Barack Obama II was born in Kenya. Others state likewise: Members of Kenya's Parliament, in session, on the record; Kenya's Ambassador to the U.S., Peter Ogego, on WRIF radio, Detroit; Kenya's Minister of Lands, James Orengo; great multitudes of Kenyans and Ugandans; the (Eastern) Standard, Nairobi, Kenya, Aug. 24, 2006; Modern Ghana reporting on Mr. Obama's July, 2009, visit to Ghana; and the LSM in general until July 27, 2004, when Mr. Obama's keynote address to the DNC in Boston made him a front runner in the 2008 Presidential race.

Mr. Obama is not a natural born citizen or a lawfully elected President. He is a usurper, a fraud, an impostor, and an outlaw. He is guilty of sedition for the overthrow of the U.S. Constitution, Art. ii, § 1, ¶ 5, and arguably of treason for his complicity in arming the Mexican drug cartels and for his collusion with numerous socialist, communist, globalist, and Islamist enemies of the United States, giving them aid and comfort, and perhaps even loyalty and fealty.

Re: § 1401. Nationals and citizens of United States at birth [¶ (g)].

(g) a person born outside the geographical limits of the United States and its outlying possessions of parents one of whom is an alien, and the other a citizen of the United States who, prior to the birth of such person, was physically present in the United States or its outlying possessions for a period or periods totaling not less than five years, at least two of which were after attaining the age of fourteen years:

From 1952 to 1986, the relevant portion of 8 USC 12 § 1401(g) read,
"who... was physically present for a period or periods totaling not less than
ten years, at least five of which were after attaining the age of fourteen years:"

(The "who... was physically present" clause is singular and refers only to the citizen parent, not the alien parent.)

Almost all official records of the above clause in the INA of 1952 (the McCarran Act) have been eradicated from the Internet. Here is one remaining notice in visalaw.com.

When one parent was a US citizen and the other a foreign national, the US citizen parent must have resided in the US for a total of 10 years prior to the birth of the child, with five of the years after the age of 14.

Since 1986, the law reads, "2 years after the age of 14." But that is not retroactive; retroactivity only applies to the proviso about military and government employees, not to the conferring of citizenship.

In 1961, when Anna (Dunham) Obama gave birth to her son, at age 18 years and 8 months, she was 117 days too young to confer her U.S. citizenship to her foreign-born child. Therefore, Barack Obama II was not a U.S. citizen when he was born in Kenya, even if U.S. citizenship were later conferred - which it wasn't! - retroactively for the years from 1952 to 1986. However, this proviso is irrelevant to natural born citizenship, because being foreign born voids Mr. Obama's claim to natural born citizenship - except as an nbc of Kenya!

However, and forgive me for repeating myself, the problem is not the law (8 USC 12 1401(g) as in effect in 1961, which plainly disqualifies Mr. Obama), but the lack of law enforcement (which is within the putative President's de facto jurisdiction).
