Last month, Orly Taitz was in a federal courtroom in Sacramento as part of her unsuccessful effort to wrest the presidency away from Barack Obama. In June, the attorney-dentist-real estate agent from Orange County might appear on the

statewide ballot in a long-shot bid to oust California Attorney General Kamala Harris.

Taitz, who secured 3 percent of the vote in her U.S. Senate run in 2012, has filed paperwork to seek the state's top law enforcement position via an unknown party.

Among the pledges listed on her campaign website: Nullification of unconstitutional spying on law-abiding state residents and ending the "unconstitutional discriminatory Obamacare tax levied on some of the citizens of CA and waived for corporations."

She also would "prosecute state officials who ignored all evidence brought by law enforcement and experts showing Obama to possess citizenship of Indonesia, fabricated Selective Service certificate, fabricated birth certificate and a CT Social Security number which failed both E-verify and SSNVS."

Taitz is widely known for trying to document her belief that Obama lied about his birthplace and therefore is ineligible to serve as commander in chief.

Taitz previously ran in the Republican primary for secretary of state in 2010.

Harris, a Democrat with more than $3 million in her reelection war chest, said she isn't taking anything for granted ahead of next month's filing deadline.

Remember all those questions about Barack Obama’s eligibility and the suggestions that if he’s not American, he’s not eligible to be president?

A Democrat member of Congress has acknowledged that the issue is legitimate.

Well, not really. What Rep. Alan Grayson, D-Fla., said in an interview was that Sen. Ted Cruz, R-Texas, couldn’t be president because he’s Canadian.

Grayson’s comment came in an interview with MSNBC when he was asked who he thinks would win the GOP nomination for president in Florida.

“Since Ted Cruz is a Canadian and our Constitution requires an American to win, I’m pretty sure it’s not going to be Ted Cruz,” Grayson said.

Cruz has explained that he has held dual citizenship and is renouncing his Canadian citizenship.

The questions about Obama, however, linger as an ongoing, official law enforcement investigation has determined the “birth certificate” he released from the White House appears is a forgery.

The questions about Obama’s eligibility, nevertheless, have been publicly ridiculed by everyone from the White House on down.

Grayson said Cruz “represents the element of the Republican Party that’s trying to hasten the apocalypse.”

WND Founder and longtime news executive Joseph Farah, whose news organization has covered the dispute about Obama’s eligibility, said in a column he was amazed that Democrats have raise the issue regarding Cruz.

Dr. Milton Wolf has a problem with a member of his family: He says his second cousin, Barack Obama, may just be “the worst president in history.”

Now the doctor is on a mission to win a seat in the U.S. Senate and undo some of the damage caused by his kin.

His goal? Repeal Obama’s signature legislation, Obamacare, and replace it with a system based on conservative principles.

Wolf, 42, is a diagnostic radiologist who runs to the right of incumbent Republican Sen. Pat Roberts in the Kansas GOP primary. He admits he didn’t know he was related to Obama until 2008 and didn’t meet him until they were health-care policy adversaries in 2010. Wolf said being related to a president would be a great experience if Obama weren’t so far left in his ideology.

“Of course, who wouldn’t be honored to have a president in your family and sit on the front row of history? We’re related,” he said. “Of course, I remind people you cannot choose your family. Barack Obama is the worst president in our lifetimes, if not in our history. He has been a disaster. It’s nothing personal, but his policies have been disastrous in America.

“It’s mostly because he either doesn’t understand or has forgotten what America is all about. The American idea itself is about individual liberty, limited government and free-market values,” he said. “When we have embraced those, we have become the most prosperous and powerful nation in history. And when we abandon those, we suffer. We have suffered under Barack Obama.”

I learned a few weeks ago that infamous liberal attorney Gloria Allred once argued, on behalf of client Nicky Diaz Santillan, the undocumented housemaid for former Republican gubernatorial candidate Meg Whitman, that if an employee gets a ‘No-Match’ or ‘Notice of Mismatch’ letter from the Social Security Administration (SSA) it most likely means that they are an undocumented worker and not eligible to work in the United States. I concur.

In other words they are an illegal alien or do not have a work visa.

As previously reported here, I came across a 2005 ruling that again confirms that a ‘No-Match’ letter raises, “legitimate concerns of INS violations and liability [for employers]…”.1

For those of you who may not know, employers are required by law to run an employee’s name and Social Security Number (SSN) through the government run program called E-Verify2 to see if their employee is eligible to work in the United States. The program is run in conjunction with the SSA and Homeland Security. A ‘No-Match’ response indicates discrepancies in the employees’ name and Social Security Number. What kind of discrepancy? They do not match. The SSN they are using does not go with the name they are using.

Sometimes a no-match is simply a clerical error. A misplaced letter or number. An easy thing for an employee to correct. But more often than not it means that the employee does not have a real SSN because they are not in this country legally.

The winning law firm on this 2005 case put out a Press Release on the Arbiter’s decision:3

“In September 2005 Morgan, Brown & Joy successfully defended its client’s decision to discipline employees who had been identified in a Social Security Administration (“SSA”) no-match letter.4

In UFCW, Local 91 v. Shaw’s Supermarkets, Inc., Case No. 1130 82 05, Shaw’s received a no-match letter from the SSA identifying 32 employees whose names and Social Security numbers did not match SSA records.”

The law firm goes on to give some background. Shaws advised the 32 employees of the ‘No-Match’ letter and asked them to correct the information with the company or the SSA. The employees were given 9 months to address the situation and failed to. So Shaw’s terminated their employment. The Union grieved the terminations and lost. The Arbitrator agreed with Shaws, that there were “legitimate concerns of INS violations and liability…”.

After all, it is illegal to hire employees who are in this country illegally and employers can face stiff fines for doing so.

Folks, ‘No-Match’ letters are not Valentines cards. They raise serious, legitimate concerns, red flags, which need to be resolved by an employee if they are in this country legally and if they want to continue to be employed.

On August 17, 2011, as one of Barack Obama’s employers, I ran his name, birth date and the Social Security Number he is using5 through the E-Verify program. It came back flagged with a Special Indicator Code for fraud. Obama failed E-Verify and received a ‘Notice of Mismatch’ letter just like Nicky Diaz Santillan, the undocumented housemaid for former Republican gubernatorial candidate Meg Whitman and the 32 employees at Shaw’s Supermarkets.

As required by law I notified Obama that he had failed the E-Verify check and asked him to resolve this no-match situation by correcting any discrepancies between his name, birthdate and SSN with me or the Social Security Administration.6

That was over two years ago and Obama has failed to correct the information. A failure to pass E-Verify resulting in a ‘No-Match’ letter raises legitimate concerns that the employee in question is in this country illegally.

Refusing to provide the correct information pretty much confirms that the employee is an illegal alien.

For failing to correct the discrepancies E-Verify found in the Social Security Administration’s numident file, concerning the SSN 7 he is using, Barack Obama should be fired just like Santillan and the 32 employees at Shaw’s Supermarkets.

For using fake ID to get on the ballot and in to the White House, Barack Obama should be tried for treason.

What will be President Barack Obama’s legacy after he leaves office?
According to former 2012 Republican presidential candidate Michelle Bachmann, Obama set precedents that will lead to the “establishment of lawlessness in the United States.”

“From stem to stern, this president has said, ‘The law doesn’t apply to me,’” Bachmann said in an exclusive interview with The Daily Caller. “t’s almost like when a parent raises a child with no rules. The child gets to do what ever they want to do; there is no discipline and no standards. The president has decided that the laws don’t apply to him. It’s as though the Magna Carta never existed.


“He’s brought the American people to think that some how he has been given a magic scepter that allows him to change the law into what ever Barack Obama wants the law to be, which is the opposite of our form of government,” Bachmann continued. “No man is above the law, including the president of the United States.”

Bachmann pointed to Obama’s autocratic modifications of Obamacare as evidence of lawlessness.
“It isn’t a law,” she said. “It’s a press conference, or a press release. So now our president rules by tweet, through social media, through a presidential proclamation. Sometimes it’s not even the president’s voice — sometimes it’s the president’s press secretary Jay Carney who issues what the edict is of the president today.”

Bachmann sharply criticized the rule by decree approach arguing that because of it, businesses and American no longer really know what the law of the land is anymore.

“Do they follow the law on a sheet of paper? Or do they follow what the latest whim is of the President of the United States?” she asked. “We are living in such a lawless time that we don’t even know what the law of the land is any more. Who do we follow? Who do we listen to? If we asked our lawyer, ’Who should we listen to, the laws on the book? Or the president’s press secretary? Or social media?’ No one knows who to believe anymore… We don’t even know what law is anymore in the United States.”
The large number of unilateral changes made to Obamacare morph the law beyond recognition and make navigating legal obligations almost impossible, Bachmann said.

“From morning till night we don’t know the rules of the game,” she said. “When I woke up yesterday morning, I knew that the rules of Obamacare were going to be something. Well, by 4:45 in the afternoon, the president had changed it yesterday. So we don’t even know from moment to moment how to plan.”

The Constitution offers a remedy to an administration has greatly overstepped its lawful bounds: impeachment.
But impeachment proceedings require not just legal action but political will, Bachmann explained.
“The reality is that impeachment is probably more political than legal,” Bachmann said, explaining that while the articles of impeachment originate in the House, it’s up to the Senate to carry them out, and that the Senate did not have the votes to remove former Democratic President Bill Clinton from office.

For impeachment to succeed, voters must pool their support into a campaign that would indict Obama and strip him of office.
“Has he violated the law?” Bachmann said. “In my opinion, yes, the President of the United States has violated the law, but we must have the support of the American people in order to have impeachment.”

(Feb. 23, 2014) — Mike Volin of WheresObamasBirthCertificate.com (WOBC) will be hosting a week-long blitz of radio shows beginning on Monday evening at 8:00 p.m. EST.

On Monday, his guests will be Geir Smith of BeforeItsNews.com and Philip Berg of www.obamacrimes.com. Berg was the first attorney to file a lawsuit challenging Obama’s constitutional eligibility to serve as president.

Volin has been working to raise the public’s awareness of the criminal investigation carried out by the Maricopa County, AZ Cold Case Posse beginning in September 2011 and concluding six months later that the long-form birth certificate image posted on the White House website bearing Obama’s name is a “computer-generated forgery.” At a press conference on March 1, 2012, lead investigator Mike Zullo and Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio announced that not only was the birth certificate image fraudulent, but also the Selective Service registration form which had been sent to various FOIA requesters since before Obama took office.

In July 2012, a second press conference was held to provide more details into how the birth certificate image was created on a computer. Zullo also disclosed that he had traveled to Hawaii and interviewed former Department of Health registrar Verna K. Lee, who was then 95 years old.

The certificate number for Obama’s purported birth record appears to be out of order given his alleged birth date of August 4, 1961 as compared to twin girls born in the same hospital one day later, whose certificate numbers were lower than Obama’s. Lee’s name appears on the fraudulent birth certificate image as registrar. Zullo related that during the interview, Lee stated that mistakes in numbering and terminology were not made during her tenure.

While Congress has not launched its own investigation to anyone’s knowledge, various committees have held hearings on executive overreach; the Fast & Furious gunrunning scandal the terrorist attack on a U.S. outpost in Benghazi, Libya which killed four Americans and about which the Obama regime fabricated a story with altered “talking points;” and the IRS’s targeting of conservative groups. On Thursday, a hearing on the crash of Extortion 17 on August 6., 2011, which resulted in “the largest loss of Navy Special Warfare life in their history.”

Last Wednesday, Volin was a guest on Peter Boyles’ show on KNUS in Denver, CO to discuss Obama’s fraudulent documentation and shifting life story.

Since 2008, anyone questioning the Obama narrative was labeled the pejorative “birther,” and ridiculed, defamed, denigrated, and threatened, presumably by Obama sycophants known as “Obots.” Zullo has connected at least one Obot as working for DARPA within the Department of Defense. DARPA develops psychological warfare and robotics, among other projects.

Other IP numbers reportedly trace back to “the White House.”

Smith has begun writing for Volin’s blog, on which he stated last week that the Obots “disappeared overnight” after Zullo made the DARPA revelation public on the “Freedom Friday” radio show on February 8 hosted by Carl Gallups.

On Tuesday, Volin’s show will feature David Frank, who will be speaking about his idea to empower citizens at the local level for a “21st-century Constitution.” John Molloy, Executive Director of RELEASE Foundation POW-MIA, will be Volin’s second guest on Tuesday. On Wednesday, Volin will host citizen activist Linda Jordan, who found that Obama’s Social Security number is fraudulent after running it through the federal E-Verify portal and filed her own lawsuit challenging Obama’s eligibility during the 2012 election cycle. On Thursday, Arizona Rep. Kelly Townsend, founder of the Surprise, AZ Tea Party, which first requested an investigation into the long-form birth certificate image, will be Volin’s guest.

Anticipation has been building for an announcement which Zullo said would come in March relative to the continued investigation. Also on February 8, Zullo revealed that a second criminal investigation was launched by Arpaio stemming from the birth certificate probe.

Members of Congress have increasingly been describing the Obama regime as “lawless.” Rep. Steve Stockman, who said he would assist in publicizing the forgery, has indicated that he might draft Articles of Impeachment against Obama, while Rep. Tom Rice launched the STOP Resolution, which seeks to “stop” Obama’s perceived executive overreach by civil action.

This video from videographer, Butterdezillion, raises some good questions in the Loretta Fuddy case. One question is why are their 10 people in the water before help arrives, when there were only 9 people on the plane.

Then, the mainstream media reports on the plane crash as 1 person deceased, before the the rescue team even arrived on the scene? How could there have been any information on number of casualties before help arrived on the scene? This reminds me of the BBC reporting on tower number 3 falling 20 minutes before it fell on 911. One of the victims in the plane crash took personal video after the crash while floating in the water. In the video clips we are allowed to see, there are 10 people in the water and a unidentified object in the water that appears to be a diver. But it’s hard to be sure. This video certainly raises even more questions. It appears from the news reports that were generated before the rescue team arrives, that there is fowl play involved in Loretta Fuddy’s death. A closer look at what is on the Puentes video of the Dec 11, 2013 Cessna crash off Kalaupapa, HI. What do you see? This video copy of the actual GoPro camera footage taken during the post crash and rescue periods shows what looks like a couple of scuba divers or some other unidentified persons or things in the water. They weren’t supposed to be there according to this report. Maybe there is a rational explanation for what this is. It’s also possible that during the delayed response time some nefarious person did a little swimming. The creator of the video points out a couple of other curiosities, and there seems to be some interesting discrepancies, not the least of which being the recovery of more people than were on the flight to begin with. There are also timing discrepancies which she points out between rescue efforts and the public reporting of information. Images #17 and #18 were close-ups, and #19 is the summary of the passengers according to media reports. Yamamoto should be corrected to say dark SHORTS (not pants) and bare feet; Fuddy should be corrected to say black shoes with white soles.

These are screenshots of every frame, which will also tell you a little bit about what ABC and/or Puentes did with the unedited video. Keep in mind that the editors at ABC were able to see what was on these frames before they put their logo where it is.
