(NaturalNews) The U.S. Centers for Disease Control, which has been comprehensively exposed as a vaccine propaganda organization promoting the interests of drug companies, is now engaged in a household surveillance program that involves calling U.S. households and intimidating parents into producing child immunization records. As part of what it deems a National Immunization Survey (NIS), the CDC is sending letters to U.S. households, alerting them that they will be called by "NORC at the University of Chicago" and that households should "have your child's immunization records handy when answering our questions." This NIS vaccine compliance program is revealed in a letter being sent to U.S. households by Edward J. Sondik, PhD, the director of the National Center for Health Statistics at the CDC. The CDC, you may recall, was instrumental in pushing the false swine flu pandemic scare and encouraging governments to order billions of dollars worth of vaccines from drug companies. Vaccine compliance tracking

"Your phone number was chosen randomly by computer," explains the letter, which goes on to say that the CDC will use your information to generate a map of vaccine compliance -- no doubt to later target low-compliance areas with increased vaccination propaganda or even court-ordered immunization mandates like the one we witnessed in Maryland

"It is important for us to interview every household we call to get a complete picture of your area's immunization rates," the CDC letter explains. "Your answers to the NIS will provide information to help improve the nation's health now and in the years ahead," it continues. Which means, of course, that this information will be used to push more vaccines onto more infants by targeting areas with low vaccine compliance rates, such as African American neighborhoods which are rightly skeptical of government's claims about vaccines.

Note that in this letter, the CDC admits it is using this information to track vaccine compliance at the local level. On top of that, the NORC.org website openly admits this is all about public health surveillance, saying: "the NIS is one of the largest telephone surveys in the nation and its data are considered the gold standard for public health surveillance on immunization rates."

Ever notice how these organizations are so aggressive at tracking vaccination rates but they care nothing about tracking rates of autism? Have you wondered why they aren't calling U.S. households and asking parents whether their children became autistic after receiving vaccines? (Gee, maybe they don't want to know the answer to that question...)

Public health surveillance = interrogations by phone

Once your private home phone is called as part of this vaccine surveillance and tracking program, you will be essentially interrogated over the phone about your vaccine immunization compliance:

"Respondents are asked a series of questions about the vaccinations received by selected children (including recommended seasonal flu vaccines)," says NORC. And after that, NORC will request permission to acquire your child's immunization records from your doctor!

"Respondents are also asked for permission to contact the children's health providers for the sole purpose of obtaining immunization records, providing an important supplement to the household report," NORC explains. Yes, once you answer the interrogation questions on the phone, they will then go straight to your doctor to acquire vaccine records there in order to determine whether you were lying on the phone.

It's all admittedly a way to increase vaccination rates of low-income children

"NORC then sends an Immunization History Questionnaire via mail to these health providers," it says. And once the data are compiled: "These data are used by the CDC and state and local public health agencies to monitor the potential for disease outbreaks at the community level and to allocate resources for the Vaccines for Children (VFC) Program, which ensures that all children in the U.S. have access to vaccinations regardless of financial status."

In other words, the CDC, working on behalf of the drug companies, wants to make sure that all children are vaccinated even if their parents can't afford it. That's government being "helpful" to its slaves, you see. "Public health" has been so perverted and distorted under the government / pharmaceutical collusion regime that instead of teaching people how to prevent disease with nutritious foods, vitamin D and low-cost natural cures, the government is all about injecting infants with vaccines, irradiating women's breasts with mammograms, and outlawing dietary supplements while claiming to be working under the label of "public health."

And now, thanks to the police state tactics being increasingly used by the federal government to enforce vaccines even at gunpoint (as we saw in Maryland), it appears we are about to enter a phase where it's not just TSA reaching down your pants, but CDC running vaccine surveillance and compliance tracking in order to make sure no one goes unvaccinated in America.

Enhanced government surveillance for teen vaccination rates

This vaccine compliance tracking and surveillance program is also being used to target teens and to push for increased vaccination rates using flu vaccines. Under a heading called "Advances in Survey Research," NORC adds something that should raise some red flags among privacy advocates, saying "In collaboration with CDC, NORC has spearheaded an ambitious research program to identify best practices for sampling landline and cell telephones and develop valid statistical approaches for weighting and estimation."

Non-compliant households to be added to quarantine list?

What the CDC is also probably not telling you is that people who answer the survey and admit they have not given their children vaccines could in theory be added to a quarantine list to be arrested and thrown into FEMA camps during the next pandemic outbreak.

The recent "terror exercise" in Denver, called Operation Mountain Guardian featured government SWAT teams and armed military-style squads entering public schools and terrorizing children with simulated gunfire and explosions, then conducting secret mass-arrest exercises in a large sports stadium. The children are essentially used as "bait" to arrest parents who happen to be on whatever government "lists" are considered offensive. If your name is on a list provided by the CDC, claiming that you are a "bad parent" because you refuse to vaccinate your children, you could have those children taken away by the state -- at gunpoint!

Of course, the CDC claims your privacy will be protected in all this (yeah, right). "Strict U.S. laws require that we protect your family's information and keep it confidential," the CDC's letter says. Importantly, however, there is nothing in the CDC's letter that says it will not violate those laws. So it's really just clever lawyer-speak to say that "laws require we protect your information" without saying the CDC will abide by those laws.

The real agenda of this entire vaccine survey becomes crystal clear at the end of the CDC's letter, which pushes a vaccine agenda with the question: "How do I find out more about immunizations and places to get them?" It then gives out a toll-free number to call to "get the phone number of a doctor of clinic near you."

When the CDC calls your house, don't answer

The message is quite clear in all this: We're from the government, we're going to be calling your private home phone number and asking you questions about your child's immunization history. We want you to produce your child's vaccination records. We will also acquire your doctor's vaccine records to find out if you are lying. The information will be used to track vaccine compliance in your area. And if you want to get "compliant," here's a government phone number to call which will direct you to the nearest vaccine center.

If your receive one of these letters from the CDC, the safest thing to do in all this is screen all your phone calls and simply refuse to answer your phone. Just refuse to talk with them at all. After four or five attempts, they will figure you're never home and probably stop calling. Do NOT speak to them and tell them you are opposed to vaccines, or you may suddenly find yourself being visited by Child Protective Services or government thugs wielding loaded firearms pointed at your head. (This is no longer just a theory. It's factually true.)

The vaccine industry, remember, is running a kind of modern-day McCarthyism, where being intelligently opposed to vaccines is a lot like being accused of being a "Communist" back in the McCarthy era. The government is now admittedly using weapons technology companies, phone surveillance techniques, immunization tracking and statistical analysis to find out who is not being vaccinated. These are police state tactics now being used by the vaccine industry -- in collusion with dangerous government mandates and rogue CPS agents -- to attack your freedom of choice and your right to make parental decisions about the health of your child.

12 Months of Prepping, One Month at a Time

Once the prepping bug hits, it is easy to want to go for it. You know what I mean: Let’s do it and let’s do it all Right Now!

There are some problems with this. First there are time constraints, and second there are money and budget issues. But the biggest problem and undoubtedly the one that is overlooked in the initial flurry of readiness preparations, is that without reasonable care and thought given to the process, the tasks and the actual products involved, you can make some costly mistakes. I say this from experience. In my haste to get “stocked up” I bought gear that I don’t like and will never use. I purchased foodstuffs I will never eat. Stupid stupid stupid of me. I should have taken my time, done my research, and made a well thought out and educated decision before I even got started.

Today I would like to help you break down the overwhelming task of emergency preparation by providing you with a month-by-month calendar of things to do, tasks to complete and items to purchase. For the newbies, this gives you a manageable number of things to do in a short period of time. Instead of looking at a task list 10 pages long, you have a short list that is eminently doable in 30 days or less.

And for the more experienced prepper? You can start with month #1, look at the activities and tasks involved and fill in any gaps you may have in your own preparation. In some cases you may see a need to update or rotate what you have on hand and in others, you may find the need to practice a particular skill.

I love lists. So bear with me as I present a readiness calendar to guide your through twelve months of prepping. Hopefully you will find that one month’s work is not too costly, not too time-consuming and not too difficult. The most difficult part as I see it will be getting off your bum and starting. So let’s do it!

MONTH 1

SUPPLIES & GEAR:

• Water-3 gallons per person and per pet
• Hand-operated can opener and bottle opener
• Canned meat, stew, or pasta meals – 5 per person
• 2 flashlights with batteries

TASKS:

• Inventory the disaster supplies you already have on hand, including your camping gear
• If you fill your own water containers, mark them with the date they were filled
• Date cans of food and food containers if you have not already done so

MONTH 2

SUPPLIES & GEAR:

• Canned vegetables – 4 per person
• Toilet paper – 3 rolls per person
• Sanitary napkins – 2 months’ supply
• Instant drinks (coffee, tea, powdered soft drinks)
• Family sized first aid kit

TASKS:

• Change the batteries and test your smoke detectors. Purchase and install smoke detectors if you don’t have them
• Make an inventory of home contents for insurance purposes. Take photographs (digital are easiest) of your house and contents. Store a copy away from your home.

MONTH 3

SUPPLIES & GEAR:

• Canned fruits – 3 cans per person
• Any foods for special dietary needs (enough for 3 days)
• A large plastic tub or bin for storage of food and other emergency supplies.

TASKS:

• Conduct a home fire drill
• Locate the gas meter and water shutoff points and attach/store a wrench or shutoff tool near them. Also store special shutoff instruction, if any.
• Establish and out-of-state contact to call in case of an emergency
• Identify a location for your storage of plastic bin or tub.

MONTH 4

SUPPLIES & GEAR:

• Extra baby bottles, formula and diapers if needed
• Extra pet supplies; food, collar, leash, etc.
• A stash of at least $100 in small bills – more if you can afford it
• Begin to stockpile extra supplies of critical prescription medications. Talk to your pharmacist for help in making this happen.

TASKS:

• Place a supply of prescription medicine(s) in a storage container and date the medicine(s) if not already indicated on its label
• Start putting supplies in storage container(s) and include blankets or sleeping bags for each family member

MONTH 5

SUPPLIES & GEAR:

• Canned, ready-to-eat soup – 4 per person
• Liquid dish soap
• Plain liquid bleach
• Portable am/FM radio with batteries
• Liquid hand soap and hand sanitizer
• Disposable hand wipes
• Disposable latex or nutile gloves

TASKS:

• Make two photocopies of important papers and put one in the storage container, and one away from your home.
• Talk with neighbors about organizing a neighborhood preparedness group.

MONTH 6

SUPPLIES & GEAR:

• Box of granola or power bars – 1 per person
• 6 rolls of paper towels
• Box of N-95 or N-100 face masks – 1 per person.

TASKS:

• Check to see if stored water has expired and needs to be replaced
• Put an extra pair of eyeglasses in the supply container
• Find out about your workplace disaster plans and the disaster plans at your children’s schools

MONTH 7

SUPPLIES & GEAR:

• NOAA Alert Weather Radio
• ABC fire extinguisher
• Jug of juice – 1 per person
• Adult and children’s vitamins
• A pair of pliers and/or vise grip
• 100 feet of rope or paracord

TASKS:

• Take a first aid/CPR class
• Show family members where and how to shut off utilities

MONTH 8

SUPPLIES & GEAR:

• Box of crackers or graham crackers – 1 per person
• Dry cereal or instant oatmeal – 1 weeks’ worth per person
• 1 box of large, heavy-duty garbage bags

TASKS:

• Make a small preparedness kit for your car. Include food, water, blanket, small first aid kit, a list of important phone numbers
• Secure water heaters to wall studs (if not already done)

MONTH 9

SUPPLIES & GEAR:

• Extra batteries for flashlights, radio and hearing aids (if needed)
• Duct tape
• Add an additional 3 days of water to your supply per person and per pet

TASKS:

• Follow up on efforts to organize your neighborhood
• Conduct an earthquake drill at home: stop, drop and hold, then go outside. (Remember, and earthquake can happen anywhere as recent events have demonstrated.)
• Replace prescription medicines as required by expiration dates

MONTH 10

SUPPLIES & GEAR:

• Take the month off from purchases. Yay!

TASKS:

• Secure shelves, cabinets and drawers to prevent them from falling and/or opening during earthquakes
• Imagine your house with no electricity. What more do you need?

MONTH 11

SUPPLIES & GEAR:

• Package of paper plates
• Package of napkins
• Package of eating utensils
• Package of paper cups

TASKS:

• Exchange work, home and emergency contact phone numbers with neighbors for use during an emergency

MONTH 12

SUPPLIES & GEAR:

• Heavy work gloves
• Begin to try to expand your food supply to twice of what you have on hand right now. Continue with this effort into coming 12 months.

TASKS:

• Check to see if your stored food and water needs to be replaced.

MONTH 13

Congratulations. You have completed your year of preparations. Now is a good time to go back to month 1 and review, replenish, rotate and drill. Good job!

Sometime I may deviate from the list a bit and other times I may enhance it.

With time being limited and the economy being the way that it is, it’s important to identify as many preparedness and survival skills as possible that you can learn and practice quickly and inexpensively. One of the most important survival and preparedness skills that you can learn, fortunately, happens to be free to practice: situational awareness.

People tend to throw a lot of jargon around when they talk about situational awareness. One of the most common phrases is talking about always being in “condition yellow.â€

Dealing With Serious Medical Problems In Survival Situations

Dehydration is one of the greatest dangers to people in survival situations, especially in the summer in warmer climates. While working to overcome a new hardship, it’s easy for someone to overexert and become overheated. And in survival situations, people can easily be exposed to contaminated water or improperly prepared or spoiled food, which could cause diarrhea or vomiting.

Of course, the easiest way for a healthy person to avoid dehydration is to drink plenty of liquids before and during strenuous activities. But severe diarrhea can also cause dehydration, so you should be prepared to deal with this deadly condition.

The young and the elderly are especially susceptible to dehydration. The young are more susceptible because they don’t know how to properly hydrate themselves, and, when sick, often refuse food or drink. The elderly are susceptible because they don’t drink as much as younger people, have reduced kidney function, suffer incontinence or simply have difficulty going to relieve themselves because of pain or infirmity.

Look for these signs if you suspect a person is dehydrated:

• Thirsty.
• Dry mouth or sticky saliva.
• Dry skin.
• Skin flushing.
• Dark-colored urine.
• Fatigue or weakness.
• Chills.
• Head rushes.

A person showing these signs is in the early stages of dehydration and has lost about 2 percent of his total body fluids. This person should be kept in a cool area away from the sun, if possible. He should be given plenty of non-caffeinated fluids (preferably water or a sports drink). The fluids should be taken in small sips.

In more severe cases of dehydration a person may experience:

• Increased heart rate.
• Increased respiration.
• Decreased sweating.
• Decreased urination.
• Increased body temperature.
• Extreme fatigue.
• Muscle cramps.
• Headaches.
• Nausea.
• Tingling of the limbs.

A person experiencing dehydration this severe should receive IV fluids to quickly replenish the electrolytes that are lost, and every effort should be made to get the person still, quiet and cool. If an IV is not available, sports drinks or Pedialyte® should be given, again, taken in small sips. Sports drinks and Pedialyte® are better than water because they contain electrolytes. Electrolytes are important because their loss can interfere with the chemical reactions needed for healthy cell operation. If no sports drinks are available, slowly administer water and, once symptoms have subsided, give the patient a salty snack or light meal.

The University of Missouri (MU) has been working on programs aimed at increasing the public’s consumption of locally grown fruits and vegetables: the Missouri Farm to Institution and Farm to School projects.

The initiatives’ organizers report that buying produce from local farmers at open-air markets can be a fun family activity that will get everyone eating healthier, as well as support community-based agriculture.

“Next time you’re at your local farmers market or grocery store, ask your child to pick out something new to try at home. You might be surprised at what they pick! Let them decide if they like new foods,” said coordinator Lorin Fahrmeier.

• This labeling initiative is effectively a "ban" on GMOs, because most consumers simply won't buy genetically engineered ingredients once they know they are present in conventional foods.

Honeybee carcasses coated the ground around hundreds of Florida beehives after a mysterious massacre claimed millions of bees and mutilated a way of life for local bee keepers.

Experts have ruled out 'colony collapse disorder' and the bee keepers suspect that their bees were poisoned with pesticide. Florida agriculture officials and the local sheriff's office are both investigating.

No one can tell yet what killed as many as 12 million bees from 800 hives this week in Brevard County, on central Florida's Atlantic coast.

The massive bee die-off has stung Charles Smith, whose Smith Family Honey Company lost $150,000 worth of bees.

'I'm a pretty tough guy but it is heart wrenching,' he told News 13 in Orlando. 'Not only is it a monetary loss here, but we work really hard on these bees to keep them in good health.'

Smith scooped up handfuls of dead bees that littered the ground around his hives. The bees he raises go to farmers around the country to pollinate numerous crops, he said.

The bee deaths show the tell-tale signs of pesticide poising, experts said. State officials are testing dead bees to determine exactly what killed them.

The Brevard County Sheriff's Office is investigating the deaths, which spanned 30 sites in a mile-and-a-half radius, as a possible crime.

'The fact that it was so widespread and so rapid, I think you can pretty much rule out disease,' Bill Kern, a University of Florida entomologist, told Florida Today. 'It happened essentially almost in one day. Usually diseases affect adults or the brood, you don’t have something that kills them both.

So-called 'colony collapse disorder' has killed bees in millions of hives around the world, but the effects of that disease are more gradual and the bees typically leave the hive before they die, Kern said.

County officials sprayed mosquito-killing pesticide from the air last week, though they said the poison dissipates quickly and should not have harmed the bees.

'I'll never get completely compensated for this unless someone handed me 400 beehives,' Smith told Treasure Coast Newspapers. 'I lost the bees, the ability to make honey and the ability to sell the bees.'
