☛Romney Investigated for Two Felonies, Could End Presidential Run ~ Sentencing of First Convict June of 2012

Romney Under Investigation for a Felony, Could Disqualify Presidential Hopeful

Waukesha County District Attorney Brad Schimel today opened an investigation into the “Subs-for-Votes” scandal. Yesterday while wrapping up his Wisconsin tour the Romney Campaign bought $500 worth of Cousin’s subs to encourage the crowd to hit the polls and vote for Romney. Unfortunately for Romney there are a few things that you can’t do on election day in Wisconsin, and Rep. Paul Ryan who was arm-in-arm with with Romney throughout the ordeal neglected to tell the presidential candidate that the distribution of goods on election day is illegal.

GOP Threw 2012 Election to Obama in 2009, Multi-billion dollar ponzi scheme involving Romney and Son

So to review, we have Mitt Romney coughing up $10 million to help start a firm that hired three brokers who sold bogus CDs for Stanford Financial and made some decent money on the deal, too. Not only that, but Spencer Zwick the lead fundraiser for Romney’s campaign is a principal in the Solamere Capital firm along with these Stanford brokers. Spencer Zwick does business as SJZ, LLC, and has been paid over $2 million in fees by the Romney campaign.

Since sentencing of the first convict begins in June of 2012, it is guaranteed to blow up as a major campaign issue leading into August, September and November of this year, and will affect the GOP campaigns.

The criminal fraud not only of Madoff and Stanford, but of the major banks and Wall Street firms has so overwhelmed the economy of this country that voters will be hard pressed to give the office to one so deeply connected to these evils.

Santelli On The Encumbered Youth Of The US

Submitted by Tyler Durden on 05/08/2012 11:57 -0400

"Sometime the math just doesn't add up" is how CNBC's Rick Santelli begins what should become must-watch viewing for the youth of America as he tries to "Wake Up Young People" to the incredible realities of the level of debt encumbrance they are being born with. The lessons we are learning from our European brothers is that no-one is going to volunteer for austerity and fundamentally, to Rick, austerity is about 'past due bills'. From birth (where the average soon-to-be-taxpayer is already encumbered by $138k) to the future (looking for growth through capital attainment and job creation), Santelli starkly looks into camera, addressing the under-27-year-old demographic and tells them straight "you are paying for a meal that previous generations have eaten". The worrying point is that in order for the youth not to revolt against this 'unfairness' they need optimism and what appears to be occurring now is a fading of that generational optimism (except for CEOs whose last name begin with Z) as joblessness, and the costs of college and healthcare anchor our traditionally upwardly mobile bias.

So how do 'we' hook the younger generations in? Student loan forgiveness? But where's that money going to come from? ...and so the ponzi feeds on itself once again. The government is promising to take care of you when it has already shown that we couldn't take care of the generations of the past. Quite a dismal picture indeed.

POLITICO : A Ron Paul Revolution Is Brewing

By ANJEANETTE DAMON - LAS VEGAS SUN | 5/9/12 11:38 PM EDT

Yes, former Massachusetts Gov. Mitt Romney won the Nevada caucuses in February, capturing 50 percent of the vote.

Why then did last weekend’s headlines read that Texas Rep. Ron Paul won almost all of Nevada’s national delegates?

For that, we have the country’s cumbersome and arcane system for nominating presidential candidates to blame. You see, a simple vote doesn’t determine the winner when you’re talking presidential politics.

Here is a six-part primer to help you make sense of the strange results and what it all means once Republicans arrive in Tampa, Fla., for their national convention.

Video Update: Ron Paul Subcommittee Examines Proposals to Reform or Abolish Federal Reserve

Submitted by The Daily Paul on Mon, 05/07/2012 - 15:51
    Economy

    Ron Paul's Opening Statement:

    Complete Hearing Video from CSPAN

WASHINGTON - The Financial Services Subcommittee on Domestic Monetary Policy and Technology, chaired by Rep. Ron Paul, will hold a hearing on Tuesday to examine six legislative proposals that either reform or abolish the Federal Reserve System.

“More and more people are beginning to understand just how destructive the Federal Reserve's monetary policy has been. I hope that this hearing will kick start a serious discussion on the need to rein in the Fed,” said Chairman Paul. “100 years is far too long for Congress to have taken a hands-off approach. The Fed continues to reward Wall Street banks while destroying the dollar’s purchasing power and driving up the cost of living for average Americans. This reckless behavior must come to an end.”

Calls for reforming various aspects of the Federal Reserve System have existed since its creation in 1913. However, with the onset of the financial crisis of 2008-2009 and during the prolonged recession, calls for reform have escalated.

The Federal Reserve responded to the financial crisis with unconventional monetary easing, leading some to claim the Federal Reserve attempted to do too much to stimulate economic growth and set the stage for sustained inflation when the economy recovers. Slow economic growth, however, has led others to argue the Federal Reserve has not done enough and must be more accommodative in its conduct of monetary policy.

The six proposals that will be discussed by the Subcommittee on Tuesday are:

    • H.R. 245, introduced by Rep. Mike Pence
    • H.R. 1094, the Federal Reserve Board Abolition Act, introduced by Rep. Paul
    • H.R. 1401, the Democratizing the Federal Reserve System Act, introduced by Rep. Marcy Kaptur
    • H.R. 2990, the National Emergency Employment Defense Act, introduced by Rep. Dennis Kucinich
    • H.R. 3428, introduced by Rep. Barney Frank
    • H.R. 4180, the Sound Dollar Act, introduced by Rep. Kevin Brady

The Subcommittee’s hearing will take place on Tuesday, May 8 at 10 a.m. in room 2128 Rayburn House Office Building.

Reince Priebus, RNC Rule 11, and the invalidation of the Romney campaign, State by State

Submitted by OWNtheNWO on Thu, 05/10/2012 - 01:03

As everyone is well aware there is now a campaign gaining momentum to unseat Chairman Priebus for his violation of Rule 11 ([PDF]( http://www.gop.com/images/legal/2008_RULES_Adopted.pdf ) page 20) by [endorsing and supporting a candidate while a primary is still on.](Reality Check: RNC Breaking Their Own Rules 5-4-12 - YouTube) under section (a).

    (a)
    The Republican National Committee shall
not, without the prior written and filed approval of all
members of the Republican National Committee from
the state involved, contribute money or in-kind aid to
any candidate for any public or party office except the
nominee of the Republican Party or a candidate who is
unopposed in the Republican primary after the filing
    deadline for that office.
But what everyone seems to be overlooking and is the most important part of the law is under part (b).

    (b)
... No person nominated in violation of
this rule shall be recognized by the Republican National
Committee as the nominee of the Republican Party
    from that state.
Meaning any state where Romney and the RNC have worked together, without the written and filed prior approval of ALL GOP State Committee members of that state, IS INVALID. He cannot be recognized by the RNC as the nominee of those states. Meaning, we win those states.
This should be the new focus along with unseating Priebus of the Rule 11 Campaign, to invalidate his nomination in any states where this occurred.

    ===============================================

After reading over this again several times I am certain that the final sentence includes the entire Rule, not just clause (b) meaning it's the punishment for the violation of the entire rule. to Summarize.

    The RNC can't
contribute money or in-kind aid to any
candidate for any public or party office
    Unless it has.
prior written and filed approval of all members of the
Republican National Committee from the state involved
    Exceptions include:
the nominee of the Republican Party
    (NOT ROMNEY)
a candidate who is unopposed in the Republican primary
    (NOT ROMNEY)
    Also,
The RNC will not recognize any state GOP bylaws that allow,
persons who have participated or are participating in
the selection of any nominee of a party
    other than the Republican Party
    RESOLVED:
No person nominated in violation of this rule shall be recognized
by the Republican National Committee as the nominee
of the Republican Party from that state.

Calls rise for RNC Chairman to resign over early endorsement of Mitt Romney

    Submitted by Angel C on Thu, 05/10/2012 - 00:40
    Ron Paul 2012

On Tuesday, Mitt Romney won the Indiana and North Carolina Republican presidential primaries. The Associated Press considers this no surprise, claiming that Romney has "no serious" challengers remaining in the Republican race for the presidential nomination. Ron Paul, however, is still in the race.

The Republican National Committee threw their support behind Mitt Romney after Newt Gingrich announced he would be suspending his campaign. Through the RNC chairman, Reince Priebus, the RNC will help register voters and encourage outreach for Mitt Romney. Ron Paul, however, is still in the race.

“It is an endorsement, plus resources, energy, communication — everything the [Democratic national Committee] is doing for [President Barack] Obama, we’re doing times ten for Mitt Romney,” he told reporters.

The Republican National Committee will also be helping Romney with fundraising.

“It is a complete merger,” he said. “The RNC putting all of its resources behind Mitt Romney to be the next president of the United States.”

Ron Paul, however, is still in the race.

It may come as a surprise to many that there are national Republican rules that ban favoritism of one candidate while more than one candidate exists.

    Central Banks - Brilliant Illustration

    Punk Economics: Lesson 3

For anyone here interested in the FED and central bank policies and the future consequences of their actions, I have come across a video which illustrates with great clarity the severe problems associated with Central Banks such as the Federal Reserve and the European Central Bank. This video is by an Irish economist; David McWilliams, who has been warning for over 10 years in Ireland about the Property Bubble, the Credit Bubble etc. much the same as Dr. Paul has been doing in the U.S.A. Here is his video on the central banks and his explanation of what will likely happen in the next few months to years.
