ALIPAC Calls for Arrest of Candidate Meg Whitman & Nicky Diaz!

In response to the explosive revelations that California gubernatorial candidate Meg Whitman employed illegal alien Nicky Diaz for nine years, ALIPAC is asking Immigration and Customs Enforcement to arrest and charge both Whitman and Diaz for numerous immigration and employment law violations.
"We need equal justice for both the illegal alien and the employer," said William Gheen, President of ALIPAC. "Nicky Diaz should be charged and deported and Meg Whitman should face the existing penalties under current US law as well. No Amnesty for Whitman or Diaz, the Rule of Law must be restored in America."
Nicki Diaz gave a tearful interview to reporters today, accompanied by Gloria Allred, a longtime Democratic supporter. Diaz claims that Whitman, a Republican candidate for Governor of California, knew she was an illegal alien and was abusive to her and failed to pay her all her wages. Diaz cried through most of the interview in what was an obviously contrived display of political theater.
"Best illegal alien actor award of 2010 should go to Nicki Diaz for her role as the tearful victimized invader," said William Gheen. "Meg Whitman's financial gain from the movie rights should be seized by the courts to compensate the American taxpayers who have paid the price for her illegal laborer over the years."
Americans curious about Meg Whitman's support for Comprehensive Immigration Reform Amnesty (CIRA) that would lift current laws and penalties for both illegal aliens and their employers now know why. If CIRA was to pass, exploitative employers like Whitman would escape the existing penalties under US law which have a nine year statute of limitations.
The American public has indicated in numerous scientific polls that well over 80% of Americans want employers like Meg Whitman heavily fined. Over 50% want the employers of illegals, like Whitman, jailed.
Americans have also shown overwhelming support for the arrest, detention, and deportation of illegal immigrants like Nicki Diaz. Both the US Constitution and the existing laws of Congress mandate that both Whitman and Diaz should be charged and treated equally under those laws.
"We stand with the majority of American citizens who want our existing border and immigration laws enforced!" said William Gheen. "Therefore we call on all appropriate authorities to arrest and charge both Meg Whitman and Nicki Diaz."
For more information about how America's existing border and immigration laws go woefully unenforced, and for information about the thousands of Americans killed each year at the hands of illegal aliens, while millions of other Americans suffer lost jobs, depreciated wages, and massive multi-billion dollar tax resource theft, please visit www.alipac.us

Meg Whitman
Unfortunately, Jerry Brown will be worse for governor of California. Meg Whitman may be a RINO and as back as McAmnesty McCain but Jerry Brown is even more liberal.....Attacking Meg Whitman does not seem like a good idea given the choice between the lesser of two evils.

Meg Whitman & Nicky Diaz
You're absolutely right, William. Both parties are guilty & need to suffer the consequences. When will these stupid politicians realize that Americans are fed-up & furious about illegal immigration & the tremendous costs to us that result from it. NO MORE ILLEGAL IMMIGRATION!!! All our laws must be enforced, immigration laws included. We are a country of laws so let's elect people who believe the same & will enforce them.

This is over the top. Diaz gave her forged papers. Whitman got Diaz from an employment agency with all the "correct" papers. Whitman has a copy of those papers. Whitman was the victim, not the perpetrator.
Jerry Brown is a career politician who has fed at the public trough all his life. He even got an allowance from his parents until he was in his 50s. He has gone around from Sacramento to Oakland and anywhere he can to get a political job. In the sixties we called him "Governor Moonbeam" or "Jerry the Fairy", or other good nicknames.
Your ill-thought campaign to prosecute an innocent Whitman could give Jerry the governorship, and CA can't take that. STOP before you do something stupid because you let political mudslinging influence you.

We are receiving a deluge of emails at ALIPAC from people saying that Meg Whitman says she did not know Diaz was illegal and thus we should accept her explanation to the press regarding her employment of an illegal alien for 9 years because Jerry Brown is a liberal Democrat.
All we are saying is that Whitman should be arrested and her defense should be presented in a court of law, not via the media.
Also, it is a violation of the principles of the Rule of Law to suggest Meg Whitman should be given a walk by ALIPAC because she faces a liberal Democrat. Sort of sad that many of those saying they support the Rule of Law would advocate abandoning the principle for political considerations.
Especially since Meg Whitman is on the record supporting Amnesty for illegal aliens that would displace millions of American voters at the ballot box.
Meg Whitman and Diaz should both be arrested and charged if there is enough evidence that would lead to the arrest of any other American, and who is innocent or guilty of violating immigration and employer laws should be determined in a court of law.
Calling for their arrest is not the same as taking a solid position on their guilt or innocence in these matters.
When you consider the consequences, and most likely scenario, that both Diaz and Whitman will become the new political poster children for how illegal aliens and employers can violate America's existing laws and get away with it without the slightest concerns, calling for their arrest seemed to be the way to go.

I have to agree with William on this. We must keep our principles, even when it doesn't seem the "practical" thing to do. We have to let both parties know that we are sick and tired of their nonsense, and that our principles are firm. We are a nation of laws. As we say say so often, what is it about illegal that we don't understand?! If what Whitman did is illegal, she should be prosecuted!! Simple as that!!!

I am finished voting for the lesser of two EVILS, most of our choices are the same! Until our elitist politicians are made to pay on Election Day our two choices will for the most part be the same.
Now having said that: In Texas Perry is counting on the "lesser of two evils" theory to beat Sanctuary City Bill White; of course the theory worked pretty well for McCain during the last Presidential election. However I do Know that White will transfer his Sanctuary City Policy to a Sanctuary State Policy if elected.
It is never easy when our Elitist Politicians act as children always determined to see how much they can get away with for their Elitist Political Contributors.
