Yes, I couldn't believe how often I was getting busy signals for the switchboards...or it would ring and ring...at times it seemed like it would ring for about 5 minutes... probably wasn't that long... but believe me there were a ton of rings before they answered!!!! I know nothing on Webb, but I cannot say where...I read Barrasso is an ally...former state legislator, Wyoming...so he must be aware of the problem....HOPE, HOPE, HOPE!!! Fingers crossed...
