    As everyone can notice, this article is from November.

    Nobody knows what has happened since then.

    However, I am sure that this would have DEFINITELY been brought up during the debates----and in the press---- if Romney did not do anything to stop this merger----and protect US interests.

    Anything that Romney might have done that would be considered "questionable" would have definitely been brought up through the media and during the debates.
