I would have looked last night but didn't have time since a bunch of big news about the city ordinances was coming in, and I decided to shift my attention to that instead. I'll give a quick look this morning. I was wondering what is being said since the rape victim is suddenly calling a bunch of people bigots.

There is something very very odd about this case. I cannot recall any gang rape victim speaking out before.

Perhaps it is because she was able to ward off most of the attack and was not victimized into complete trauma like most of the others.

No race has the X on crimes of that nature. The sad part of it all , They will come before a panty waist judge and all the rapists will get is a few days community service and time spent in jail. His reasoning, She should have been sleepingin her own bed , not on the beach. Our criminal system SUCKS. If you got the money , get a good lawyer and you can get away with anything.

What a brave lady. She not only fought her attackers, she isn't afraid to let people that in spite of some of our area's worst, she'll survive. The sad part, her evenings at the beach will never be the same again. While she is right about her feelings concerning race, one has to wonder if any of these thugs are in our country illegally. And the judicial system, local judges will only give these guys the minimum sentence. There is the real tragedy in this event.

Many years ago you could enjoy our beaches at anytime of day or night but the world has changed. Law enforcement is behind the times. It was stated here by Sun Sentenile that the Hollywood Police moniter the broadwalk why not the shoreline as well? Yes it is sad that you cannot walk out onto the shoreline at night but till these villians are handed stiff sentences and if they are illegal aliens and deported not to have our rewards of freedom in this country and not allowed to come back ever again will times change. This girl was tuff she had a survial plan intact but if she didnt she would have been raped and even more she might have been killed. She is one of the small lucky ones and let god bless her. We should all give him thanks for her survial.
Stepped enforcement of the shoreline will give us some safety and might even discourage the landings of some of the illegal aliens trying to enter this country.

I say good for her - not only did she stand up for herself on the beach and fight her attackers but she also stood up for decency and common sense in responding to some of the trash people have written in their comments.

No it's not about race or social class but because they are "probably indeed" illegal, let's use our laws for what they were designed for: ejecting scumbags who sneak into the U.S. and commit crimes.(No, not all illegals rape but ALL illegals are ILLEGAL. And don't say that I don't know if they're legal or not. Do you think these R.A.P.I.S.T.S. would have money or sense enough to hire an attorney that would process their working visas? NOT!!)

I noticed in the last article it mentioned something about her going through counciling for past sexual abuse. Didn't go into detail about exactly what occurred, but it appears she has been through a lot before this happened. She may even sort of be used to this kind of treatment by men, and it makes it easier for her to talk about it more than most victims who would be more traumatized.

Information needed. We have spoken to the local authorities and they are telling us the gang rape suspects are LEGAL. We have other written requests in because we are not convinced just yet.

We need to know if this gang rape fits the national pattern of gang rapes by illegal aliens.
