Have the authorities told you anything about the legal status of the accused?

We need to know if they are illegal aliens in our effort to prevent future crimes like this.

We also need to know because if the suspects are given revised bail and they flee to Mexico, Mexico will not extradite them back to the US if they face life in prison or the death penalty.

As we speak there are tens of thousands of illegal aliens with outstanding warrants for their arrest hiding behind the protective shield of Mexico. Many American families and victims have been denied justice because of this.

Please let us know if you have any information to share about the legal status of those accused of attacking you.

I'm going to look to see if there is a web site for this station. So far I haven't seen a single news article confirming they were illegal even though I'm certain most if not all of them were.

Being that the powers that be in this state, it makes you wonder how much money she might have gotten to take this stand. I haven't read the whole thread, but as soon as I read her statement in the last article, it made me think that.

No offense Legal, but in my view the most rotten and twisted things keep happening in Florida. I believe there is great evil in that state.

Latest article. Looks like we will know everything about this woman before they tell us anything about the guys that did the crime and were arrested.

Didn't have any luck finding any information on the television web site. However considering the source I have my doubts they know what they are talking about.

Beach rape victim insists she was not drunk

In a 911 tape released Tuesday, a woman beaten and raped on Hollywood beach last week is heard crying hysterically and describing how she tried to fend off three men accused of attacking her. In the call, the woman, 39, blamed herself for the 3:30 a.m. attack because "I got drunk," but the operator immediately told her it was not her fault.

On Tuesday, the woman said she didn't remember the details of the call. She said she had several drinks early Tuesday evening but said she was not drunk when she fell asleep next to a lifeguard stand hours later.

"It shouldn't be an issue if I was drunk, or what I was wearing," she said Tuesday. "The fact is, I was raped."

In her call, the woman said, "I am covered in blood." She told police she fell asleep after walking to the beach early Wednesday morning to relax and meditate. About an hour later, she awoke as two men held her down while trying to rape her, she said.

Police have charged Armando Moncadaramos, 20; Hever Ramos, 21; and Cesar Amador, 21, with first-degree sexual battery. They were being held without bail at the Broward County Jail.

Police said they believe all the men are from Honduras.

That quote is the closest I've seen any article coming to saying they are illegal immigrants. Most articles don't even mention that fact. I've read every article I can find and one of them mention immigration status. The Sun Sentinel probably has been covering this story the closest, and they have not mentioned immigration status. They seem more interested in putting the woman under scrutiny then the rapists.

Don't bother looking for the 12 year old rape story in Vero Beach since it is already on the forum.

You couldn't be more correct. I think the level of corruption in this state could be higher than any other state. Imagine all the drug money in this state.

The whole country should demand a complete investigation of this state for the sake of the country. Hanging chads, drug money, ties to South America.......the whole darn place should be investigated from top to bottom ! God only knows who and what even Disney World has been connected with and pulled off here.
