Thread: I really just want to give it all back...

I've ead article after article where Mexicans are quoted as saying that the southwestern U.S. is their's.....the gringos stole it from them. They say they want it back.

Well, if they're so certain that if they'd never "lost" the southwestern U.S. to the gringos, that they'd be in way better shape than they are today, then I'm just ready to give it back to them.

Here's my proposal:

All legal U.S. citizens move out of the the so-called Aztlan states in the southwest. Create a new border with Mexico, and SECURE IT. They get their land back, but it's not part of the U.S. anymore...it belongs to Mexico.

So they get no more free handouts....no more jobs, no more medical care, no more welfare, no more free education, nada. They're on their own.

Honestly, just to get them out of our country and out of our hair, I'd be willing to do this. I can live in the mid-west or on the east coast. I'd be happy to.

You just to give Israel a state between Aztlan & USA.
Those guys would kick butt & take names later.

I don't think they will go for that. No more handouts? are you kidding? who is going to feed all those babies that they make and can not afford? and who is going to secure the new borders, the same cowardly politicians that we have? We will need to replace most of the politicians and replace them with real men and women that care about this country and refuse to sell out to special interest. From Previous experience, sadly I don't think the American people are Able to do that, elect real man and women, they just vote like sheep among party line, color, race, ect.... Very sad. so for the time being I'm not willing to concede 1 inch of my country to anybody.

Now that's scary. I've thought that crazy idea would be an answer to much of the problems in the ME and along our border myself. Maybe we can outsource Homeland Security though.

I feel your frustration, believe me. But it would not matter if we gave it back. Because it's really not about them getting back those territories, it's about controlling the entire United States, and using all the benefits we have to offer.

If that were the case they would have isolated themselves in those particular areas,and not spread out all over the other 45 or 46 remaining states.

If we gave it all back, it would just become another form of Mexico. Then where would they be? Our American hospitals, schools, social services, businesses , jobs and so on would all be gone, and closed down.

Once the Americans moved their businesses and so on to the other remaining states (USA) It would be a bunch of empty buildings and houses left behind.

They would not have our teachers, doctors, and other high skilled professionally trained citizens to sponge off of.
No more jobs cleaning our houses, baby sitting our kids, farms and factories to work at, or consturuction sites.

Because all the work be in the US territory with us the American citizens. They would once again, become just as poor and needy as they
claim they were, while living in Mexico..... because it would be Mexico all over again.

And what do you think they would do once we were gone? That's right, bring their lazy invading butts right across the state lines back into the USA.
Giving up those states are not the answer.

Cracking down on employers who hire them with huge fines and jail time, deporting the illegals, jailing them when they cross the border illegally, cutting them off from our welfare programs, and reinterpreting the 14th Ammendment, which is being used as a tool for Illegals Aliens to anchor their positions here in the United States.

We need leaders and law makers who will be tough on the Mexican government, and tough on any of the other foreign governments for sending their ppl here illegally. And leaders who are not in the pockets of corporate America., and who are looking out for the American people and our interests.

They now refer to the rest of our country as Anahuac or something like that. They say they are the indigenous people. I hope the real indigenous people of this country aren't falling for the slight of hand for a free ride line.

The Mexicans saying that they are indigenous people is a insult to people like my grandfather who is a native Indian and lives on a reservation. These Mexicans should learn their history. If they knew it they would realize that the majority of the natives were masacred by the Spaniards. The Aztecs had great a great civilization that does not compare to what is Mexico today.

Go swatchick!!! You are 100% right on the mark. I think that most of these folks only know what they are told by people that have an agenda.

Americangirl, have you not heard what they are saying? Have you not read the signs they hold?

They are saying "It's our continent! We're taking it back." They want us dead or gone.

I cannot believe anyone here would advocate giving them the SW. The only sliver of land in America I would be willing to give them is Hollywood, CA!
