    just for you, (il)legal alien:

A common tactic employed by immigration proponents is to accuse opponents of racism. They charge that opponents want to deny a new breed of immigrant the chance to become Americans as many of our immigrant forefathers did. They paint a Norman Rockwell-type picture of honest, hard working immigrants, planting gardens, working in fields, doing the work "no Americans want to do."

So, in town after town across the nation the battle rages. And that is really the point. Illegal immigration is not just a border issue. It is a national issue affecting every large city and almost every small town. It must be understood that illegal immigration is not just a matter of some unhappy peasants hoping to seek a better life. It is a $300 billion a year industry, combining the interests of multinational corporations with those of drug cartels and Latino street gangs.

Caught in between are American communities and the American way of life. Some cities, especially those along the points of entry at the border have become dangerous no-mans lands, where no property is safe, no American citizen is able to leave their home unarmed and some politicians turn a blind eye as they profit under the table. As a result American civilization is beginning to break down. That is why so many Americans refuse to back down on the issue, continuing to demand a crack down, no matter what name calling they must endure.

You and your anarchist agenda will lose, (il)legl alien.

Which is exactly why they should stay in Mexico and do the "lowliest of jobs" of changing that society.

Thanks for publishing the laws. When was this law first published and why was it not implemented ? Have you pondered whether "man power" is the problem to implement these laws ? We do not have enough people / money / motivation (as cheap labor helps us with our savings). The illegals are here because of "man power" shortage in the first place, else manufacturing industries would not have gone to China in the first place...
More idiotic, unfounded, unsupported statements by (il)legal alien who is severly lacking in "man power".

There wasn't a man power shortage at all. Manufacturing jobs went to China even though there were Americans available to do those jobs.

It never fails, does it? We try to create a thread to talk about something positive and in pops a troll looking for trouble. Apparently this one is ignorant of the laws and talking to it does no good.

Sensible solution would be to legalize them (there could be n number of ways to legalize them which I do not want to discuss right now)...but when one talks about legalization, or the process to obtain legal immigration...has much of America thought / know how the legal immigration system works in this country ? Just to let you know, the US Government doesn't even fund the official US agency, USCIS under Homeland Security to run its day to day affairs!!! They are supposed to run the organization solely from the money that they receive via the various applications fees collected by from the applicants!!
Legal, yes booting out the illegals is a more sensible answer than legalizing them. Do you not remember the amnesty in 86? Well, because of that fiasco of legalizing over 3 million illegals, we are faced with the problem we have today.

You mention you have ideas about legalizing illegals. Well as you know, we already have processes in place for immigrants who want to do it the right way and follow the law, the problem is that many illegals simply don't want to follow the law. Others think America stole their land because they are not familiar with the War of 1848 and the Guadalupe treaty. In addition to this, the US paid mexico 18 million dollars.

So answer this question. Mexico has some very tough immigration laws, and they are allowed to enforce their laws without being called racists, kkk, or being compared to the nazi's.
So why can't the US enforce their laws?

    FYI: Lou Dobbs:

He earned a degree in economics from Harvard University, graduating in 1967.[2]

After graduating, Dobbs worked for federal anti-poverty programs in Boston and Washington, D.C. and as a cash-management specialist for Union Bank in Los Angeles. He married his high school sweetheart in 1969 and in 1970 his first son was born. Dobbs moved to Yuma, Arizona and got a job as a police and fire reporter for KBLU-AM. By the mid-1970s he was a television anchor and reporter in Phoenix, and he later joined Seattle's KING-TV. In 1979, he was contacted by a recruiter for Ted Turner, who was in the process of forming CNN.[
Lou grew up in a hard working middle class family, has not forgotten his roots and knows what its like to EARN a living.

Add this to the fact that despite not growing up with a silver spoon in his mouth he has accomplished all that he has through sweat equity. I think Lou Dobbs is plenty qualified to turn this country around and return it to the era when lawlessness, illegal alien chaos and corporate greed was not the order of the day in America.
So, do you say that the Presidents that America has been electing so far did not have the brain or brawn or had silver/golden spoon in their mouths when they were born that they opened the southern gates for the illegals to enter the US and settle down ? The people elected so far to the President's office do not match up to the skills and background that this gentleman posseses ?[/quoteh460iio]

Not all but far too many. You cannot serve two masters which is essentially what has happened in our system of government. The greed of the Corporate American Master has overtaken our government and trumped its citizens. The chaos we have today is the result of the carelessness, greed and the individual financial gain too many politicians have achieved on the backs of at the expense of what is best for all of America and her CITIZENS. All one needs to do is look around at the chaos it has created GLOBALLY.
