Here is the list of Democratic Senators from NumbersUSA that opposed CIR/amnesty last time:

Based on this article, looks like he has stepped down as chair of the Appropriations Committee but is still in the Senate:

His press office says he spent the day with his family in the nation's capitol, on call for a possible Senate vote.

Earlier this month the senator stepped down from his role as chairman of the appropriations committee.

Byrd was also admitted to the hospital several times in the past year to recover from a fall and an infection.
