Open Borders Johnson Expands DHS Foreigner Importation to Haiti, Honduras, Nicaragua

Posted on 18 October, 2014 by Rick Wells

The American people were sold on the “need” for a Department of Homeland Security based upon a supposed terrorist threat. It seems that that agency has morphed under the Obama administration into a means through which to facilitate acts of terror, diminish national security, and import the citizens of foreign nations at the whim of and in compliance with the agenda of those in charge.
Under the current “leadership” of Director Jeh Johnson, we have experienced rampant lawlessness, with immigration and customs being reduced to an induction and placement agency, our southern border virtually indistinguishable, and an open door policy to every nation on the Earth. The message is clear to the population of the world under the globalists Obama and Johnson, “you have a ‘right’ to live in our country and any Americans who object do so simply out of their inherent, small-minded bigotry.
The slide downward continues to accelerate, with the outlaw DHS Chief announcing on Friday that he has decided to extend Temporary Protected Status to Honduran and Nicaraguans for an additional year and a half and to create a new program designed to populate America with thousands of Haitians.
Temporary Protected Status grants are to be based upon the supposed existence of “conditions in the country that temporarily prevent the country’s nationals from returning safely, or in certain circumstances, where the country is unable to handle the return of its nationals adequately.”
Not only do those declared to be in such a situation get to stay in the United States, they also get to have an American job. The best part is that the determination of the adverse conditions is a completely subjective process under control of DHS.
The window for applications for the Honduran and Nicaraguan nationals runs from Oct. 16, 2014 through Dec. 15, 2014 so don’t be late.
But it gets worse. In what is beginning to appear as an all-out attempt to “de-white” America, DHS has also announced that they are, under Johnson’s direction, creating a program to import Haitians. Apparently the Coast Guard is still too effective at interdiction, so they’ll simply work around it, skirting and trumping that novel but so old-fashioned concept of immigration law with a new and apparently superior policy.
The new system, according to DHS, has the feel-good title of the Haitian Family Reunification Parole Program (HFRP). They claim it will expedite the “family reunification” of U.S. citizens and lawful permanent residents who have family members in Haiti by allowing such immigrants whose family-based visa petitions have already been approved to come to the U.S. two years early.
As global citizens, Johnson and Obama view America not as a sovereign nation in the traditional sense, but more as a region in the world, a world where they have a responsibility to other nations first.

Haiti’s economic recovery and their citizens’ employment is naturally a higher priority item than that of the lowly Americans, but that has been the case with the Obama regime since day one. When it comes to working in America, Americans come last.
Deputy Secretary of Homeland Security Alejandro Mayorkas, apparently another globalist, said, “The rebuilding and development of a safe and economically strong Haiti is a priority for the United States. The Haitian Family Reunification Parole program promotes a fundamental underlying goal of our immigration system – family reunification.”
It’s unclear how moving the Haitian population from their country to ours helps Haiti’s safety or economy, aside from remittances sent back, but stretching the legal basis for their actions is nothing new for the Obama White House.
In stressing the “fundamental underlying goal of family reunification, DHS acknowledges that they are aware of our immigration system. The just ignore the parts that were intended as laws to be enforced when Congress passed them. If there is a conflict between the law and their foreigner importation drive, law be damned, welcome to America. Naturally, those being imported will also now have a “right” to American jobs.
DHS offered a preemptive excuse for their anti-American actions, saying in a release on Friday, “Legal authority for the HFRP program is provided under the Immigration and Nationality Act which authorizes the Secretary of Homeland Security to parole into the United States certain individuals, on a case-by-case basis, for urgent humanitarian reasons or significant public benefit. This is the same legal authority used to establish the Cuban Family Reunification Parole program in 2007.”
How do you announce a blanket, case by case program? That seems to be a contradiction in terms. And what exactly is the urgency that DHS is addressing? Justifying their actions based upon a similar Cuban program should only cause us to look into it for abuse as well.
Naturally, Senator Jeff Sessions (R-AL) spoke out in strong opposition. The socialist Democrats are being predictably obedient and silent.

This nonsense will continue until 'Bama is termed out - or until Americans have been completely undercut for entry level jobs. Ironically, the poorest Americans, many of whom are black, will be the ones most severely affected. (Let's remember that those Central American "refugees" include older teens and young adults. They'll be ready to undercut an American from day one.)

'Bama & Co. are so hell-bent on thumbing their noses at Americans that they don't care that black Americans will be forced to live another generation in confusion and misery. Yikes.
