    Why doesn't Gates try to make his billions in India? Because when the average wages is 21 cents an hour there's no way for him to do that. But I believe he can still be stopped. A class action law suit could work.

    What the companies have never bothered to figure out is, how can people earning third world salaries (whether as individuals or as their corporations) enable the western companies who want to sell to them to maintain their first world profit margins? Salaries are not the only thing that goes down in the third world.

    A class action law suit might work if employers can be sued for hiring foreigners over American citizens. Although Bush changed the H-1B process to do just that, it still might be possible to sue employers if their practices are still "discriminatory" according to EEOC laws. Remember that discrimination in hiring laws are supposed to trump other laws like "at will" employment states.
