String of obscenities e-mailed from Savannah Now !?!?

Editor and Staff of Savannah Now:

We just received this e-mail from your staff member Don Lowery who identifies himself as your Effingham Government Reporter for Effingham Now / Savannah Morning News.

What kind of Government Reporter, or any kind of reporter would write something this horrid and send it out? All we did was send a national press release about the campaign win for the immigration enforcement side of the issue in Farmers Branch. This is a story that is in the national media that we are being asked to respond to.

In our extensive involvement with media across America, ALIPAC has NEVER received anything like this from a media employee.

Please tell us if Mr. Lowery speaks officially for your publication and if we can expect further harassment of this nature from him. We have the e-mail saved and will gladly provide you with copies.

Here is his obscene and unprofessional message to us that violates every tenet of respectable journalism. I also believe this violates FCC rules of broadcast and any sense of common courtesy or decency I have found in most people from Savannah!

Looks like we are doing a good job and completely rubbing the hard core liberals in the press the wrong way, which is the right way in our book!

It's really sad to know that the OBLers would use the race card to counter the fact that we want our borders secured and our laws enforced. It shows the amount of brainwashing that has taken place and the divisiveness that has resulted. The use of the race card by the OBLers, whether they are US citizens or illegal aliens, is without merit, immature, ignorant and selfish. Everyone realizes a border kept open after a major attack is asking for more trouble, that is, unless they are anti-American. This so-called Journalist needs to be exposed and fired.

I sent this message to over 20 people at this publication. My read receipts tell me that 8 of them have already read the message.

I just received this and will keep all of you posted.

like Don Lowery had done this kind of thing before.

William, isn't it funny how the liberal leftists act like five year old kids when they don't get their way? Obviously more and more people are not BUYING the left's crap regarding the illegal immigration issue being a racial thing.

Talk about unprofessional. Most people just ask to be removed from the list. All of my journalism classes taught the writing new articles had nothing to do with your personal viewpoints and that you were to simply report the facts, who, what , where, when, why and how. That reporter obliviously has his own agenda.

The OBL crowd simply cannot change that when someone chooses to come to our country illegally or overstay a visa, then DOES SO, they are by definition a criminal.

Isn't it possible this is a frame-up? If not, it was certainly an extremely stupid move to send a signed letter like this. Personally, I've never felt to need to correspond in such a manner with anyone, but if I did - think I would do it under the darkness of anonymity.
