All of the below is what I posted on our town website. See our police chief's reply. I need to respond somehow. He says there are guidelines when to call ICE. But heck, Hazlton called for ICE to come pick some guys up... START FROM THE BOTTOM UP TO SEE THE EMAIL CHAIN.

Scoop fight: [This appeared in police beat and prompted my email.]

Four people were arrested and face charges of mob action following a
fight Friday night during Scoop the Loop.
Police report a fight broke out around 11:20 p.m. at the intersection
of County and Clayton streets, with one officer reporting that he
witnessed "a huge crowd of people in the middle of the street (and) a group
of females fighting and several uniformed police officers attempting to
stop the fight."

Arrested and charged with mob action were Waukegan residents Cristina
Castrejon, 20, and Calypso E. Castrejon, and Park City resident Jeremias
Cruz, 18. Cristina Castrejon, who reportedly was pepper sprayed during
her arrest, was also charged with resisting arrest, as was 18-year-old
Carla Ramirez of Waukegan.

I've begun getting it faxed out as the potential impact to shock people awake is high. Hope you'll give it a try on your town's site. Would love to hear what, if any, reaction it gets. Take a look see at the 'self defense' section--quite interesting. And we're paying taxes to support these groups! Kinda makes ya feel warm & cozy, eh?

City officials repeatedly have expressed their animosity toward the new Hispanic residents of Waukegan, and declared that they intended to prevent Hispanics from "taking over" Waukegan. Aware of the family composition of Hispanic households as described in paragraph 7 above, city officials have stated their opposition to extended families combining their resources to live in dwellings together.

This is America and your city can't single out a race of people to persecute. They messed up.

The city is within it's rights to oppose all illegal aliens. They can enforce maximum occupancy requirements and all kinds of rules upon all residents equally.

You can bet Hazleton got sound legal advice and your mayor should too.

What happened to the whole notion of "not using children as pawns?"

I see where you are coming from, and you are right to be upset, but I saw a guy get kicked out for saying something about the kids of illegals the administrator kicked him out

They sure did mess up. The crazy thing is I was told the main guy that messed up still works for the city. We are the county seat -lawyers everywhere. I will have to bring this up to the mayor too. Get the lawyers in, check and double check. We are a diverse community and that will not change. However, inviting the illegal aliens (over 10,000 I was told) would make a tremendous difference to the health of our town.

Fed Up:

Chicago is a "troll" - who is basically pro illegal immigration. He's likes to stir things up.

But take pity on him, he's just an 18 year old puppy who doesn't know better.
