As I noted, in order for foreign governments to enforce those who invade our country, we would have to allow their operatives the authority to hunt them down in our country.

To keep their people in, they would have to build a wall around their country to keep their people in. Do you remember The Berlin Wall? That's your solution.

It affects the citizens and businesses, the government won't have to keep them in, they'll stop coming because of what sanctions do to their whole country, their families will stop telling them to come here because under sanctions they won't be able to send money back home to them. I don't know where you got the idea that their governments would be doing things to them. Sanctions shuts off all money from the United States, it shuts it off to businesses as well as individuals. Their governments will realize immediately the implications and consequences and they'll get on the TV and Radio and send out press releases to their newspapers about what we're going to do if this crap doesn't stop. It will stop in a matter of days.

Trump is not that person. He will never order US troops to fire into Mexico at illegal aliens and he's certainly not going to shoot 'em inside the United States.

I do not think troops on the border would start a war with Mexico, and I don't believe the invasion would continue if troops were there, but since you insist they would keep coming then.....

So you are saying that if they come illegally to this country, the businesses that they don't want to work for in their country will be hurt, so they will lose the job they left the country because they don't want!

So you are saying President Trump is no better than Obama who drew a red line, not to be crossed, then when it was crossed, condemned it in the strongest possible terms, over and over again?

Why not try it and see what happens? It will work and work quick. Doesn't cost US anything to find out.

I am all for Trump taxing remittances to the Central American Countries for funds to build the wall. Many of us thought that he would do that on day 1, but he didn't.

I am all for his cutting off all aid also, should have been done long ago.

Have no idea why you think he would cut off all trade and all aid, when he won't even tax the remittances!
