    UPDATE: THESE SENATORS WHO ARE UP FOR RE-ELECTION STILL HAVE ROOM ON THEIR VOICE MAILS. I WAS ABLE TO ASK THE SWITCHBOARD OPERATOR IF THE PHONES WERE BUSY. SHE SAID YES.
