By the authority vested in me by the Constitution and the laws of the United States, including section 2(c)(1) of the Migration and Refugee Assistance Act of 1962 (the ``Act''), as amended (22 U.S.C. 2601), I hereby determine, pursuant to section 2(c)(1) of the Act, that it is important to the national interest to furnish assistance under the Act in an amount not to exceed $20.3 million from the United States Emergency Refugee and Migration Assistance Fund for the purpose of meeting unexpected and urgent refugee and migration needs, including by contributions to international, governmental, and nongovernmental organizations and payment of administrative expenses of Bureau of Population, Refugees, and Migration of the Department of State, related to humanitarian needs of Palestinian refugees and conflict victims in Gaza.
You are authorized and directed to publish this memorandum in the Federal Register.

Here is yet another unilateral action taken by our new President, for which we must rely upon the information of friends to discover. I wonder how the "Jewish" block of Democratic voters now feels about their choice for President.

Try and tell the American people that Obama doesn't have ties to the Islamic terrorist world. Obama funds $20M tax payer dollars to immigrate Hamas Refugees to the USA.

This is the news that didn't make the headlines....

By executive order, President Barack Obama has ordered the expenditure of $20.3 million in migration assistance to the Palestinian refugees and conflict victims in Gaza. The "presidential determination" which allows hundreds of thousands of Palestinians with ties to Hamas to resettle in the United States was signed on January 27 and appeared in the Federal Register on February 4.

Few on Capitol Hill took note that the order provides a free ticket replete with housing and food allowances to individuals who have displayed their overwhelming support of the Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas) in the parliamentary election of January 2006.

A review of Barack Obama's most recent actions since he was inaugurated:

His first call to any head of state as president was to Mahmoud Abbas, leader of Fatah party in the Palestinian territory. His first one-on-one interview with any news organization was with Al Arabia television. He ordered Guantanamo Bay closed and all military trials of detainees halted. He ordered all overseas CIA interrogation centers closed. He withdrew all charges against the masterminds behind the USS Cole and 9/11. Now we learn that he is allowing hundreds of thousands of Palestinian refuges to move to and live in the US at American taxpayer expense.

Obama is really trying to kill the United States. We need to get this guy out of the White House. Soon!

Don't know about 9/11 conspiracy, but do know from DC source that an Administration team is working on perfecting a forgery of the long-form birth certificate. They plan on presenting it in a a month or so. The source is FBI agent who has drinking buddy from University of Illinois now in the Administration. It's second hand, but the source is supposed to be solid.

They have already prepared the forgery with special paper and ink. The document was printed on a fully functional 1960 Heidelberger printing press located at a print museum in Toronto. Access was arranged by a trustee of the museum who is connected to a large Canadian banking/investment firm with major US interests.

The blanks in the forged form were filled in with an old Underwood Manual typewriter bought at an estate sale in Skokie, IL. The raised seal was the easiest piece to fake, since you can by a special order corporate seal from just about any online office supply store.

The only reason they haven't rolled out the forgery yet is that it is "seasoning" under mild UV light and a back and forth rotation between between a humidifier and a sauna. Get ready....one to two months tops.

I also said they'd have to get a 1960s Printing Press, and indeed, by this information, looks like they found one.

The banking connection is disturbing too, gives more credibility to this also. The details here are solid.

Obama visited Canada not that long ago, anyone know if he went to Toronto?

IF this actually happened, I don't think he would have gone anywhere near the scene of the crime. He does some fancy foot work, but he has his minions to do his leg work.

armbruster512, you can be certain that AKA had nothing to do with this. His prints aren't on the murder weapon, and his phone number isn't on the hitman's phone record. His homies got his back, and they look out for their front man. Minions of evil take care of the dirty work, acting on orders from the home office.

Key witness in passport fraud case fatally shot

A key witness in a federal probe into passport information stolen from the State Department was fatally shot in front of a District church, the Metropolitan Police Department said yesterday.

Lt. Quarles Harris Jr., 24, who had been cooperating with a federal investigators, was found late Thursday night slumped dead inside a car, in front of the Judah House Praise Baptist Church in Northeast, said Cmdr. Michael Anzallo, head of the department's Criminal Investigations Division.

Cmdr. Anzallo said a police officer was patrolling the neighborhood when gunshots were heard, then Lt. Harris was found dead inside the vehicle, which investigators would describe only as a blue car.

Emergency medics pronounced him dead at the scene.

City police said they do not know whether his death was a direct result of his cooperation with federal investigators.

"We don't have any information right now that connects his murder to that case," Cmdr. Anzallo said.

Police say a "shot spotter" device helped an officer locate Lt. Harris.

A State Department spokeswoman yesterday declined to comment, saying the investigation into the passport fraud is ongoing.

The Washington Times reported April 5 that contractors for the State Department had improperly accessed passport information for presidential candidates Sens. Hillary Rodham Clinton, Barack Obama and John McCain, which resulted in a series of firings that reached into the agency's top ranks.

One agency employee, who was not identified in documents filed in U.S. District Court, was implicated in a credit-card fraud scheme after Lt. Harris told federal authorities he obtained "passport information from a co-conspirator who works for the U.S. Department of State."

I seem to be having Clinton era politics flashbacks.

The murder of Harris was in 2008, not long after his own arrest had offered up the possibility of a cooperating witness to crack a ring obviously being operated out of State Department which fed information to be used in obtaining credit cards.

This blog had more details. Like the 10 gift certificates, each for $1,000, bought with fraudulent credit cards at Nordstrom's.

Therefore Barack Obama II is not a natural born citizen, according to the understanding of the law of nations or international law, at the time of the Constitutional Convention in 1787.

Emmerich de Vatel documented international law in The Law of Nations (1758 ), which states, in Ch. XIX, ¶ 212, "The natives, or natural-born citizens, are those born in the country, of parents who are citizens. As the society cannot exist and perpetuate itself otherwise than by the children of the citizens, those children naturally follow the condition of their fathers, and succeed to all their rights." Even nature itself witnesses that the male offspring inherits his identity - his name, appearance, personality, values, property, and territory - from his father. John A. Bingham, the chief framer of the related 14th Amendment of the Constitution, confirmed this when he stated, "every human being born within the jurisdiction of the United States of parents not owing allegiance to any foreign sovereignty is, in the language of your Constitution itself, a natural born citizen."

Whether our motive is to uphold the rule of law, to end the abortion holocaust, to protect Israel from Is|amist terrorists and Iranian nukes, to stop Marxist redistribution of wealth from causing the U.S. economy and the dollar to collapse, to keep America free and to circumvent submission to Wahh@bi Is|am, Chinese communism, or European globalism, to keep the Dept. of Homeland Security from becoming no more than an operator of hospitality centers at the border, to stop the efforts of the ACLU to dismantle America through the courts, to stay the homosexual agenda, to keep the doors open for the gospel in America, or to keep funding Christian missions with finances from this city set on a hill, whose light cannot be hid... whatever our motives, we must unite and do the only thing that can prolong the lifespan of America.
