A student needed an ID card, only available to Indonesian citizens, to attend a public school in Indonesia. If, for the purposes of that regulation, the Catholic school Barack Obama II attended was considered a "public school," then he had to be a citizen, not just claim to be a citizen. The way for him to become an Indonesian citizen was for Lolo Soetoro to adopt him, or at least to acknowledge him as his stepson.

His U.S. citizenship and status were not impaired by being an Indonesian citizen from ages 6 to 10. But unless you have another method, we must assume that he renewed his Indonesian passport upon his return to Indonesia in 1981, in order to travel to Pakistan. As an adult, that required renouncing his U.S. citizenship.

1) Something wrong DID happen: ex-Sen. Obama failed to present proof of natural born citizenship to any election official, state or federal. Only Dr. Chiyome Fukino, Director of the Hawai'i Department of Health, and Alvin Onaka, the registrar of Vital Statistics, have personally checked and attest that his long form Certificate of Live Birth even exists and is on file. 2) Ex-Sen. Obama has been secretive about his long form Certificate of Live Birth to the point of provoking suspicion. He has not released his long form Certificate of Live Birth, as is customary; he has sealed his admissions and financial forms for Occidental College, Columbia University, and Harvard School of Law; he has sealed his faculty records at the University of Chicago; he has sealed his hospital records at Queens and Kapiolani, where sheriff's deputies are now posted to prevent unauthorized access; indeed, he has sealed every document that might reference his long form Certificate of Live Birth. Even Kenya says that his records there are sealed, without admitting that they exist. He is obviously hiding something; what is he hiding?

3) At least four Kenyans have stated that Barack Obama II was born in Kenya: Mama Sarah Onyango Obama in Kolego, Kenya, Barack Obama II's half-sister and half-brother in Kenya, and the Kenyan Ambassador to the U.S., H.E. Peter Ogego in Washington, D.C.. The first and last of these are on tape (see page 1, post 4, and page 7, post 4).

4) If all four of the above lied, and the masses in Kenya - who have no doubt that he was born there - lied, and Islamist leaders such as Muammar Qaddafi lied after supporting him financially, then it might be possible that Barack Obama II was born in Hawaii. In that case, he would have been born a U.S. citizen. But he also was born a British subject, because his father was a British subject: Kenya was a British protectorate until 1963. That divided loyalty to two countries spoiled his claim to "natural born citizenship." If it did not, the U.S. Supreme Court should be telling us so within weeks.

5) By his own admission, Barack Obama II traveled to Pakistan in 1981, which was prohibited for U.S. citizens bearing U.S. passports. The only other possibility is that he traveled on a passport from another country, e.g., Indonesia. To get a passport from another country, even to renew his childhood Indonesian passport, required renouncing his U.S. citizenship. Therefore, he is no longer a U.S. citizen, much less a natural born citizen. If you know ANY other way he could have traveled back and forth to Pakistan without setting off alarms at his U.S. port of entry, there are MANY Is'amist terr0rists who want just a minute of your time.

1. If no one wants to be a whistleblower, maybe there is no whistle to blow? In any case, no one is forced to be a whistleblower. If he really was born in Honolulu, like the certificate says, someone would be risking their job in a recession to claim to be a whistleblower if there was no scandal to uncover. They might simply be fired for leaking private information. Whistleblower laws might not cover a person who violates HIPAA.
2. It is not the policy of the United States to give much credence to the assertions of foreigners when it comes to invalidated a documented US birth. The certificate says he was born here, the Honolulu Heath Department said he was born here back in 1961 in a newspaper column.
3. It is not the policy of the US to withdraw or invalidate US citizenship based on accidentally or incidentally acquired foreign dual citizenship. Ones citizenship is only called into question in cases where deliberate, volitional activities are involved. Otherwise, foreign nations could be laying claim on a bunch of us, and we would be allowing foreign nations to decide who is and who is not a citizen of the US. (Note, this could have inheritance ramifications, as it is in Indonesia where hospitals are accused of fabricating deathbed conversions to Islam, and diverting inheritance away from Christian dependents)
4. If it is true that Obama acquired dual citizenship as a result of his father, this would fall into #3 above, as he would have been a babe in arms when it happened. How can something that happened when you were a little kid taint and divide the loyalties of the subsequent adult? The US State Department would disagree that it would necessarily do that (see their website). I cannot believe how much weight people are giving to things that were basically done to little Obama before he was even 10.
5. If Obama Jr. ever had British, then Kenyan citizenship, he no longer does and has not for a long, long time. From Factcheck: "But the paper failed to note that the Kenyan Constitution prohibits dual citizenship for adults. Kenya recognizes dual citizenship for children, but Kenya's Constitution specifies that at age 21, Kenyan citizens who possesses citizenship in more than one country automatically lose their Kenyan citizenship unless they formally renounce any non-Kenyan citizenship and swear an oath of allegiance to Kenya. The post is still on freerepublic but I'm unable to locate an author in the article, but as usual the site that this came from is no longer available. As many other sites it went poof! There is much more information on their site such as photos of birth certificates.

I have two points that I would like to put forth.

1. Man of mystery, B. Obama, appears to be hiding all of his school records and documents which should, beyond a doubt, show him to be natural born. To what end? Who is behind this fraud?

2. Although he has not been sworn in as POTUS, Obama is being briefed on top secret security matters. What becomes of him if indeed, he is found to be constitutionally ineligible for office? Will he be tried for fraud? Will those Dems. who nominated him also be held equally culpable?
