I am a citizen living in the following voting districts: 16th Federal Congressional, 26th State Senate, 52nd State Representative, County Board 1, 22nd Judicial and 2nd Appellate.

My point is, it's already all out there. All they have to do is connect dots. For anyone! Probably the safest (and I mean this in a relative sense) means of avoiding unwanted attention is through herd/white noise. The thing is, how do you avoid having your real self being selected for follow-up and dot-connecting?

I never suggested the burbs were out of their jurisdiction. Merely that I was a needle in a large haystack. Once they are after you, failing to have given your city of residence at some point is not a speed bump for them.

Merely being closemouthed will not save you if they come looking for you. If they notice you at all, they are on your trail already.

It is still possible to hide in all the Internet noise though. For how long, I don't know. The Internet is being archived for later perusal, you know?

You are aware of the actual lawsuit against the anti-H-1B activist "Tunnel Rat"? (http://www.vdare.com/sanchez/091227_tunnel_rat.htm). It just got thrown out, but for months they were able to a) demand from ISPs the real identity and other info for several web sites, b) shut down said web sites. He had to move one offshore to get it back up under a different. name. Oh, and the domain names were frozen. I can foresee something like this happening to W if things continue as they are.

So, yeah, let them go looking in the haystack for me. They'll have better odds finding paydirt using other tactics that I think they will use instead. Do they want to catch us or just silence us? And now that they've destroyed our job market and have no use for us as producers, maybe there's a third, worse, possibility.

Fortunately, we outnumber them and they have to be careful if they go too far. They have to win through intimidation, fear, and deceit. We win by telling the truth and by following the law.

We don't have to worry so much.

You're right, we outnumber them, and have been gaining with every failure of the government that "knows best" for us. For me, this includes the pre-Obama adminsitrations that also screwed up. Right now there are so many people PO-ed at the powers that be, they'd need the entire planet for a FEMA camp (perhaps that explains some plans we've been hearing about).

And, the more we outnumber them, the more noise for any one individual to hide in.

The courts stating that a citizen and certainly a military person not having standing has always been ludicrous. But...this is just another test for the courts.

I so appreciate the information you guys and gals bring to the table in this very worthy discussion of eligibility. It obviously gains more interested socially every day.

The Tim Adams video found in this WND article says Obama was not born on U.S. soil, but the discussion about Obama's eligibility is that 1) Obama was NOT born in Hawaii (probably accurate), and 2) the legal issue about Obama NOT being a natural born citizen (not accurately answered).

Will be interesting to see if this article by Globe gets any traction. Wasn't it a tabloid (forgot which one) that blew the John Edwards scandal wide open?

Yes. Sometimes the tabloids go all crazy about Batboy and Nostradamus, but sometimes where there's smoke, there's fire. However, if this is real, the outcry will only become general if the 'respectable' press takes it up. The tabloids alone do not have enough credibility to cause anyone's downfall even when they are right.
