Thanks for your comments. I have read and have a locally stored copy of the HCR 6 document (although I haven't posted it yet on Scribd).

While reviewing references for HCR 6, I came across a really interesting article dubbed "Goodbye To All That" by a writer with the pen name of Takuan Seiyo.

"Takuan Seiyo was born in Communist Eastern Europe and socialized there and then in Switzerland, France and elsewhere. He received his university education and was naturalized in the United States, but interest in some aspects of the Japanese culture took him eventually to Japan, where he now lives. He describes himself as bi-racial, tri-national, quadri-degreed, quinti-lingual and sexto-ethnic. As to religious conviction, he buys directly from the wholesaler while remaining a cultural Christian. Mr. Seiyo's pen name is both his Japanese nickname that means "Western pickled radish," and a symbolic way to honor one of his heroes, the 17th century Japanese Zen monk, Takuan Soho."

So many great quotes in this article 9 (I am going to read the first 8 now) but one I find strange is, how can this even be a question anymore? But then I said that is what was going to happen even before the election. I fear we are at coup de grâce.

Sen. David Vitter

A Republican senator from Louisiana, David Vitter, is suggesting the dispute over Barack Obama's eligibility to be president be resolved in court.

"I support conservative legal organizations and others who would bring that to court," the Associated Press reported a video of the event revealed him saying.

Vitter becomes just the latest high-profile leader, and the first U.S. senator, to take such a strong stand on the issue.

It's also significant that the AP, which has stated publicly that the president's "birth certificate" has been made public even though the image of the document posted online actually is a "certification of live birth," which under Hawaiian procedures was available to those not born in the state, reported on Vitter's comments.

Vitter was responding to a constituent who on Sunday at a town hall meeting in Metairie, La., asked about Obama's "refusal to produce" a "birth certificate."

The AP reported the crowd applauded the question, and Vitter said he doesn't have personal "standing" for litigation.

But he said he supports those groups that are bringing the question to court.

"I think that is the valid and most possibly effective grounds to do it," he said.

He said "first and foremost" Americans need to "fight the Obama agenda at the ballot box starting this fall."

Vitter said, according to the AP report, that the matters of the nation are too important to be diverted by distractions.

While I try to remain focused on the Obama ineligibility problem, I find I sometimes stray into other areas, and I've figured out why I do this.

Everything about this criminal government is interconnected.

So, inasmuch as I (and almost all of the rest of the world's alert population) now believe that Obama is an outlaw and a usurper to the presidency, he is only part of our American problem set. There is a whole network of enemies scheming to destroy us. And yes, most of it is being done via a conspiracy, and most of it is cloaked in secrecy and lies, the truth becoming revealed to us in bits and pieces.

While posting Devvy's recent article on Scribd this morning (a very good article, BTW), I did come across a couple of YouTube videos featuring both the American communist Obama and the Kenyan communist, Odingo.

There are those who still see an opportunity in this mess, like vultures. They collaborate. The honest folks are just getting knocked down till they are down and out. If you were worried about Obama in 2008, the chances are excellent that you are worried about eviction in 2010.

Fred Dardick – Two Articles on Democrat Election Fraud

The following two articles (combined) appeared in CanadaFreePress on July8, 2010 and July 14, 2010 respectively. The second article elaborates on contents found in the first article, and both should be read for a more thorough understanding of the election fraud points being made.

Both articles deal with Democrat Party election and voter fraud and misconduct, and are most probably outright crimes against the people of America. Looking at the actions the Democrat Party is accused of performing, and then comparing their actions to practices promoted by the Communist Party makes one question whether or not the Democrat Party hasn’t morphed into, or evolved into, the American Communist Party. At any rate, the Democrat Party of today is clearly NOT the Democrat Party of Thomas Jefferson’s day.

Barack Obama individually has been accused of many evil actions, and may actually be guilty of many of the actions he is accused of making. Proving Obama’s guilt is a bit dicey, because he now sits in control of the largest federation of sovereign states in the world, and therefore also controls the three branches of the ‘transformed’ central government (this is, of course done with the willing compliance of the Democrat controlled legislative branch). So, with Obama now in control of the Justice Department (which includes the FBI), how will the people see constitutional justice as long as the whole Executive Branch has gone rogue?

Our rule of law is no longer being followed by our own government.

The reason why these two articles are so important is because of the upcoming November 2nd mid-term elections, and the fact the American people can not expect clean and honest elections from this election period any more than they received in 2008. Legally, nothing has changed for the better, but things have gotten much worse. The criminals are now in charge.

Americans can no longer count on representative government or honest elections because we have been usurped and betrayed by lawless progressives and communists in our midst.

My suggestion is for American registered citizen voters to follow Dardick’s suggestion and get involved with your local election process directly and make certain the local elections are conducted in an honest and lawful manner.

This is a time of much evil in America.
