I think your right and its a bit more then that.

First off some major Republican and Rino names could get caught in the blast. Having Obama found ineligible would basically destroy the Democrat Party as it is now and allow charges of treason against many Democrat leaders across the country. However would also go after some Republicans.

Second is it would set back the Minority movement 100 years because the first minority President we had was ineligible and basically stole the POTUS. Just another reason to see the minorities as a criminal element we need to do away with in some eyes.

Third and more importantly Republicans attacking and even dethroning Obama on an ineligibility issue would be seen by many minorities as the "white man" holding back the "black man". It would be seen as a massive racial attack even with rock solid proof. Keep in mind the education level of many of the minority black and hispanics who would buy into the racial crap. This could severely hurt the Republican Parties attempts to reach out to minority Americans as they have been trying to say that the Republican Party is NOT the white mans party as they have been lead to believe.

Forth is the risk if the Supreme Court decided to say that Obama was eligible. That opens the door wide open for children of illegal aliens running for presidency, Americans who were born and raised overseas with foreign ideals but were born to one American parent, and so forth. It could even be twisted quite easily then to say a NBC is an old term and now its only a Citizen opening the door eventually to Naturalized Citizens. Basically that could be done as all meaning to NBC would be removed meaning it would be ignored by a potential specific liberal SC ruling.

Republicans instead chose the safer approach was simply defeating him in 2012 which the majority think will be a hands down defeat. But more and more are breaking off as his treasonous crimes add up. But NONE want their name seen as for impeachment unless they are sure to have enough support to least pass the house and even likely the Senate.

I am in agreement for the most part. First a correction to an error in my post. I didn't mean COLB, it should have said Long Form BC. A COLB is an almost meaningless document much the same as the Matricula Consular card being pushed so hard by the Mexican government to lend legitimacy to their citizens now violating U.S. laws. Regarding Obama, as long as he is in office there will be no serious government sanctioned hearings for many of the reasons that you stated above. As I said, it's a FUBAR that no government official wants to come near for fear of multitude of repercussions, a significant one being the protests and riots that would be staged by the "poor repressed minorities". However, let's face it, no politician wants to, pardon my vulgarity, crap in his own bed. As long as they are nice and comfy living in their protective government bubble, why make waves? After all, in their own twisted logic, an illegitimate President would soon be forgotten by the ignorant masses who live in the "here and now" and feast on the latest buffet of garbage served up by their officials in Washington. It's agreed that both Democrats and Republicans would be caught up in this historic scandal, but make no mistake, they are ALL cast out of essentially the same bureaucratic mold, the only difference being the topping. In the end, all of our heated and head banging rhetoric about the constitutional ineligibility of Obama is just "white noise" to Washington. Those wanting to oust Obama would rather do so through some juicy White House sex scandal, misappropriation of funds or other gutter sniping event. It's more fun and it doesn't burst their own protective bubble.

Pull up the Supreme Courts website, go to the docket and search for Obama. She was the Solicitor General for all the suits against him filed with the Supreme Court to show proof of natural born citizenship.. He owed her big time. All of the requests were denied of course. They were never heard. It just keeps getting deeper and deeper, doesn't it? The American people mean nothing any longer. It's all about payback time for those who compromised themselves to elect someone that really has no true right to even be there.

Highlander and Airborne, two great posts! The evidence is OVERWHELMING...I repeat, OVERWHELMING, that we have a criminal, illegitimate poser occupying the office of President. Are we, the folks on this board and others totally insane? Are we completely wrong?? Brainwashed?? We are no longer living in a constitutional republic nor are we a nation of laws. We are a nation led by elites who rule by whatever law they choose to conjure which suits their immediate need. I believe that is the good news. The fact that Americans are waking up and realizing that we are living under a power of tyranny. Think back just a few years ago when many folks (myself included) where trying to figure out what had gone so wrong, making excuses, my guy did not get elected, if we can get this guy into office, my party gets in then we will see, etc.......

Now fast forward and look at the questions and charges being leveled. When the blinders come off, and people quit making excuses for this worm or that bum, then the feet are held to the fire,...... I don't mean to sound overly optimistic by any means, but the winds have changed.

Neither party can ignore, no force can ignore the change, in part Thanks to Wonderboy.

Let the forces of tyranny try and herd all of the cats. Divide and conquer works best when there is two polar extremes to pit and work against one another. What happens as more people jump out of the polar extreme box and set up another camp on a bluff overlooking the show being played by the two parties?

The fact that politicians are affraid to step up, or are apprehensive, or any other excuse matters not to me,.....they will have to step up eventually, Americans will not continue to be kowtoed by fast talking politicians or slimy bums in the medias, all medias. I have seen quite a change in some of the medias, talk radio most specific in the last several years, and expect the competition to move them even further, provided Americans continue to demand more or move out of the way!

I know we've all seen this before, but it just resurfaced on FB. So, it appears that in 2004, at least Kenya knew that Obama was Kenyan. My, how time flies.

Kenyan-born Obama all set for US Senate

Kenyan-born US Senate hopeful, Barrack Obama, appeared set to take over the Illinois Senate seat after his main rival, Jack Ryan, dropped out of the race on Friday night amid a furor over lurid sex club allegations.

The allegations that horrified fellow Republicans and caused his once-promising candidacy to implode in four short days have given Obama a clear lead as Republicans struggled to fetch an alternative.

Ryan’s campaign began to crumble on Monday following the release of embarrassing records from his divorce. In the records, his ex-wife, Boston Public actress Jeri Ryan, said her former husband took her to kinky sex clubs in Paris, New York and New Orleans.

"It’s clear to me that a vigorous debate on the issues most likely could not take place if I remain in the race," Ryan, 44, said in a statement. "What would take place, rather, is a brutal, scorched-earth campaign – the kind of campaign that has turned off so many voters, the kind of politics I refuse to play."

Although Ryan disputed the allegations, saying he and his wife went to one ‘avant-garde’ club in Paris and left because they felt uncomfortable, lashed out at the media and said it was "truly outrageous" that the Chicago Tribune got a judge to unseal the records.

The Republican choice will become an instant underdog in the campaign for the seat of retiring Republican Senator Peter Fitzgerald, since Obama held a wide lead even before the scandal broke.

"I feel for him actually," Obama told a Chicago TV station. "What he’s gone through over the last three days I think is something you wouldn’t wish on anybody."

The Republican state committee must now choose a replacement for Ryan, who had won in the primaries against seven contenders. Its task is complicated by the fact that Obama holds a comfortable lead in the polls and is widely regarded as a rising Democratic star.

The chairwoman of the Illinois Republican Party, Judy Topinka, said at a news conference, after Ryan withdrew, that Republicans would probably take several weeks to settle on a new candidate.

"Obviously, this is a bad week for our party and our state," she said.

As recently as Thursday, spokesmen for the Ryan campaign still insisted that Ryan would remain in the race. Ryan had defended himself saying, "There’s no breaking of any laws. There’s no breaking of any marriage laws. There’s no breaking of the Ten Commandments anywhere."
