Highlander, Keyes eloquently states what we all already know. The question is, what to DO about it? It's crystal clear that the judicial system will not take this case. How on Gods green earth can a citizen of the United States with a constitution of WE THE PEOPLE, not have standing, in the eyes of a judge, to challenge in court the eligibility of an elected official???? Are we a herd of ignorant cattle, a lost cause? What spark is required for us to take back out government and protect our own constitution? WE HAVE A CRIMINAL IN THE WHITE HOUSE AND CRIMINALS IN OUR CONGRESS WHO HAVE KNOWINGLY VIOLATED IN THE MOST VILE WAY, OUR COUNTRY AND OUR CONSTITUTION!!
I am sick to death of this eternal conversation about the constitutional ineligibility of this vermin in our White House. It pains me to say it, but our country as a nation is doomed if Obama and his handlers are not brought to justice. I am tired of the thousands of posts on this subject that continue to say the same thing over and over ad nauseum. I feel like we are all on a hamster wheel, furiously running but going nowhere.

Texas, I too am concerned, and am in complete alignment with your comments. Having said that, and understanding that obama is the poster child for fraud and corruption, I am more concerned with the complete fraud and corruption in the central government and in the possibility that we are about to 1) crash financially, and 2) become a single united state - a communist state.

obama is part of a huge conspiracy and is not acting alone, and unfortunately, there are not enough truth tellers in government who will tell the American people just how bad things really are, or who will stand against the enemy's treachery. If we, as a country, are still around in one year, I will be thankful and grateful to God for our salvation, because it appears to me we are on the straight road to hell, and are traveling at warp speed.

I just sent the following e-mail to my local, state, and federal elected representatives and have received one response already (from a retired Marine) who was blown away by my e-mail:

Our country was formed in a period when there were strong religious and moral controls exerted on the people, and so our constitutions did not include penalties for government malfeasance. During the last 100 years, i.e. during the period when the progressives have exerted influence on our culture and on our government, we have drifted away from our Judeo/Christian morality and from our founding principles.

The good people of America, while raising families, attending churches, growing businesses, fighting wars, and supporting their governments, have unknowingly allowed government representatives and employees to surreptitiously corrupt and destroy the very roots of our constitutional republic.

Today it is obvious to every thinking citizen that our destruction as a sovereign state and country has been happening for a long time, is almost complete, and that we desperately need to compel everyone in our local and state governments to review state and federal legislation and programs for the last 100 years for conformance to our state constitutions and to our federal constitution. It’s a matter of law and it’s a matter of survival as an independent state. We need to undo the damage done in previous years.

As an example of what I am describing, the latest report from the Pelican Post should be sobering to you all (see: http://www.thepelicanpost.org/2011/03/2 ... ral-funds/) as it reflects that the central government has completely and financially usurped state powers and sovereignty in many states.

It is my position that the ongoing wanton destruction of our constitutional republic in favor of a one world government must be stopped and must be reversed. If you individually are supporting unconstitutional or unlawful actions at any level in our government, you are part of our problem, and you must leave government service.

The question that has to be asked and answered of every citizen is whether any, or all of us, can stop this sovereignty train wreck from happening, or whether it is already too late. Certainly the voters don’t want, and have never asked, elected officials to do anything unconstitutional or illegal. We simply want you to obey our laws in every action that you perform. We want a lawful representative local, state, and federal government, not an outlaw central government as we now have.

In Federalist No. 85 Hamilton noted: "We may safely rely on the disposition of the State legislatures to erect barriers against the encroachments of the national authority."

So it thus appears that, from the beginning, correction of federal encroachment problems was known to be a state responsibility and that the states were not meant to be controlled by an unlawful and corrupt federal government. The states ARE sovereign, and their first duty is to protect and defend their citizens from all enemies, both domestic and foreign. The states have never surrendered their sovereignty to the federal government, but much of their sovereignty has been unlawfully usurped by the federal government.

It is my position that if our laws were being supported and followed, we would NOT be in this economic and political mess that we are in today. My message to you all is simply that I want you to obey our laws in every action you perform on our behalf.

I consider this whole topic an extremely serious matter, and I urge you to strongly support my position of strengthening our constitutional local and state governments and of correcting and reversing federal encroachment and unconstitutional actions taken against the states and against the people.

I look forward to your clear-headed, logical, and non-canned response to this e-mail.

I want our states to solve the problems with the federal government, but their impending demise may prevent that from happening. I also am extremely concerned with how blind many of our elected representatives appear to be with regard to how bad conditions are in America.

We have 1 million muslims marching on Washington on July 4. Will there also be 1 million Christians there? Why do the muslims believe they will be welcome in Washington? Which begs the question, once again, of whether the usurper-in-chief is a muslim, or even, in fact, an American citizen at any level, because he is certainly doing everything he can to destroy America. He is a dangerous enemy from within, and must be identified as a usurper, removed from the white house, and prosecuted for treason, fraud, and a myriad of other crimes too numerous to list here.

Associated with the rampant fraud and corruption in DC, we have the same problems with state and local governments, hence my e-mail above.

This is probably more of a response than you wanted, but these are my thoughts this morning. Now I have to get ready for my day.

Obama Using Fake SSN - 'No Big Deal'

I believe evidence now has confirmed that Obama/Soetoro/Dunham has been using a social security number that belongs to another individual. The two individuals who have done countless hours of research are not some "right wing nuts" with a vendetta against Obama. Susan Daniels has been a licensed private investigator for 15 years. Neil Sankey is also a licensed private investigator with an impressive background. He was part of elite Scotland Yard units who hunted down IRA bombers, organized crime figures and other dangerous criminal elements. Both of those individuals know fraudulent documents when they see them.

If you are unfamiliar with this aspect of the on-going criminal enterprise called Barack Hussein Obama, the links at the bottom will provide you with the pertinent details of the investigation into Obama/Soetoro's social security number. That Barry is a pathological liar and narcissist should come as no surprise. The fact that he's been using a fake SSN (Social Security Number) all these years also doesn't come as a surprise since his entire life is shrouded in cover up. I suppose the best description of the character camped out in the White House is that he is truly the definition of a Manchurian Candidate. Nurtured and groomed by known communists, the path to the White House has been paved all the way by one lie after another to conceal the putative president's past.

Dr. Orly Taitz has been on the issue of Obama/Soetoro's citizenship for years along with other attorneys. She's also been pursuing Obama/Soetoro's use of someone else's SSN, including filing lawsuits.

Now, one would think using someone else's SSN would be a crime. Identity theft is rampant in this country because the gutless cowards in the Outlaw Congress have refused to pass a law that forbids the use of anyone's SSN except by the Social Security Administration. The states of the Union have done little other than slap more Band Aids on the problem because it might cost them campaign dollars.

Obama/Soetoro has been using a fake SSN to obtain school loans, employment, entrance to the Illinois Bar and other monetary gains. But, guess what? According to the courts, using someone else's SSN isn't really a crime!

"The most recent judicial body to take on the issue, the Colorado Supreme Court, ruled last month that a man who used his real name but someone else's Social Security number to obtain a car loan was not guilty of "criminal impersonation," overturning convictions by lower courts.

"That follows a ruling last year by the U.S. Supreme Court that a Mexican man who gave a false SSN to get a job at an Illinois steel plant could not be convicted under federal identity theft laws because he did not knowingly use another person's identifying number. The ruling overturned an opinion by a federal appeals court in St. Louis -- and contradicted earlier findings by circuit courts in the Southeast, upper Midwest and the Gulf states.

"It hasn't been a shutout for identity theft prosecutors, however. In July, an Iowa state appeals court came to the opposite conclusion, affirming a lower court decision that a man who used a California woman's SSN to obtain employment was guilty of breaking that state's identity theft law.

"Identity theft can take many forms, but one of the most vexing is so-called "SSN-only" ID theft. In it, an impostor uses a victim's SSN --- sometimes purchased from a broker, sometimes nine digits pulled out of thin air -- to obtain credit or to provide necessary documentation to obtain work. In many cases, SSN "borrowing" is successful and the impostor goes undetected for years.

"At the heart of all these cases is a simple question: Does the mere use of an anonymous victim's SSN break identity theft laws?

"Mari Frank, a California-based lawyer and identity theft victim advocate, said courts are failing to recognize the real harm caused by impostors, even if imposters are unaware of that harm."

"A federal judge has suggested that when two men used fake Social Security cards to gain employment at the local Pilgrim's Pride plant, they might not technically have broken the law.

"Juan Luis Dardon-Canelo and Andres Loarca-Reynoso, along with three others, are being criminally prosecuted in the wake of a large immigration raid in April. The pair arrived in court Monday expecting to plead guilty to using a fraudulent illegal identification document - a Social Security card - to get jobs at Pilgrim's Pride.

U.S. District Judge Harry S. Mattice's suggestion that a Social Security card is not necessarily a form of identification, however, has allowed more time for the defense to evaluate whether guilty pleas are appropriate.

Why should any of us bother to follow any laws any longer in this country? From the Outlaw Congress violating the supreme law of the land everyday to judges giving free rides to illegal aliens and now stealing and using someone else's SSN, America is becoming a lawless nation.

If, and its unlikely, any investigation were to be officially conducted into the usurper's use of a fake SSN, likely he will squirm out of it with the help of corrupt individuals who will do anything to keep Barry in office. Gee, his deceased mother actually helped a minor Barry Soetoro apply for the number so he's not responsible. There was some mix up in paperwork decades ago, blah, blah, blah. Obama/Soetoro is going down, but I doubt it will be over the SSN issue.

Washington (CNN) – Self-proclaimed birther Donald Trump is now so doubtful of President Obama's birthplace that he's sent a team of his own investigators to Hawaii in hopes of getting to the bottom of the issue.

That's according to Trump himself, who, in an interview with NBC, warned his investigators just might uncover "one of the greatest cons in the history of politics and beyond."

"I have people that have been studying it and they cannot believe what they're finding," Trump said an interview that aired Thursday Morning.

Asked if he has assigned people specifically to search in Hawaii, Trump said, "Absolutely."

The business mogul, who in a new NBC News/Wall Street Journal Poll is tied for second place among potential presidential candidates, also suggested the president is involved in an ongoing cover-up over the matter.

"He spent $2 million in legal fees trying on to get away from this issue, and if it weren't an issue, why wouldn't he just solve it?" he said. "I wish he would because if he doesn't, it's one of the greatest scams in the history of politics and in the history, period. You are not allowed to be a president if you're not born in this country. Right now, I have real doubts."

According to a recent CNN/Opinion Research Corporation national poll, 72 percent of Americans say that the president was definitely or probably born in the U.S., with one four saying that he was definitely or probably born outside the country. But the survey indicates a partisan divide, with 43 percent of Republicans but only 11 percent of Democrats saying that Obama was definitely or probably born outside the U.S.

In 2008, the Obama campaign produced a certification of live birth that reports his birthplace as Honolulu, Hawaii – a document the Hawaii government says is official evidence of his birth in the state. Among other evidence of Obama's birth there is the fact the hospital where he was born took out ads in two Hawaiian newspapers in 1961 announcing the birth, while current Gov. Neil Abercrombie says he knew Obama's family and remembers his birth.

In the broad interview, Trump also insisted he's more serious than ever about mounting a presidential bid, but said he can't make a final decision until this season of "Celebrity Apprentice" wraps up.

"I hate to say it. I have the No. 1 show on NBC. Is that the correct statement? The "Celebrity Apprentice" is doing great," said Trump. "You're not allowed to have a show on and be a candidate. It's a great show and it's got phenomenal ratings, and until that show is over I can't declare, otherwise NBC would have to take the show off the air and that would be very unfair."

The show is set to wrap up in mid-May.
