Stephen Tonchen has an updated doc that will fit easily into your Obama files (almost said X-Files). It is a very recent update of his earlier document, and is found on Scribd.com here:

GA House Bill HB401 "Presidential Eligibility Assurance

GA House Bill HB401 "Presidential Eligibility Assurance Act" bill will be changed to protect Obama from having to comply in the 2012. Not a good turn of events for dealing with the continuing usurpation of the presidency and command of our military by Obama due to the Article II, Section 1 constitutionally ineligibility of Obama.

GA House Bill HB401 presidential eligibility bill will be changed to protect Obama from having to comply in the 2012 presidential election. Effective date to be changed to July 2013, after the 2012 presidential election. This was announced by GA Rep Hatfield on a radio show appearance last night. Contact GA Rep Hatfield for more details on his proposed language changes to GA HB401. - 3/11/2011 -

N.H. Considers Proof Of Citizenship Requirements For Presidential Candidates

    March 14, 2011
    by Personal Liberty News Desk

Lawmakers in New Hampshire have introduced an amendment that would require Presidential candidates to present birth certificates when filing their candidacy application for the State-run primary election.

The New Hampshire primary is significant because it is traditionally the first of the Presidential election season. The bill, if approved, would not take effect until January 2013. It was originally scheduled to become law 60 days after passage, but legislators pushed back the start date to diffuse any perception that the amendment was aimed at President Barack Obama, whose citizenship has been questioned by some conservative activists.

"We recognize the potential problems," State Representative David Bates (R-Rockingham) told the New Hampshire Union Leader. "It created the appearance that it was all centered on putting barriers in the way of President Obama."

According to CNN, lawmakers in at least 10 States have introduced bills that would require Presidential candidates to prove that they were born in the United States. The controversy was ignited when many grass-roots conservatives began questioning Obama's eligibility for the nation's highest office. Obama's supporters say newspaper clippings from the time and a short form birth certificate that has been released prove he was born in Honolulu, Hawaii.

Among the claims made by supporters of the "birther" movement are that the commander-in-chief was born in Kenya, he had dual American-British citizenship at birth because of his father's Kenyan heritage and the long form of his birth certificate — the original document of record — has not been proven to exist.

This is the second state I am aware of (the other being Georgia) that has pulled this crap. You can't tell me that these elected jerks don't know that Obama is NOT qualified to be president. Our whole system of government is corrupt, and now I'm getting really angry. The states are our last refuge, and if they are not going to provide protection for the people, then it would be my opinion that it should be open season on both state and federal governments.

Of course these state bills requiring citizenship verification need to control the 2012 elections, and yes, 2013 is too late to do any good.

Thanks for the link to your article HighlanderJuan.

It was a great read. I enjoyed it much and added more to my understanding of nullification, or the natural(?) extension of my understanding of nullification at state level, and aimed at the overeach of the federal level and moving along towards jury nullification to encircle all tyrannical overeach. It has a very natural feeling to it. To allow a tyrant to impose himself to eat by dictate, is to bow before him and lick his boots!

While there are days that are trying, the awakening continues. I am proof of that in a small way, and I will, and am being reinforced day by day. Those in positions of power need to step outside and stick their fingers in the air. The winds are changing, and for them to ignore the change would be a grave mistake on their part.

Whilst some may liken themselves to the third party status of overlords, there is but one of two choices, right or wrong. They can continue to look at them as opposing forces to be managed, but that will be to their peril.

Thanks again HighlanderJuan, the article was well written.

Gutless cowards. Politicians in general believe that they are above the law so why should they stir up the pot and mess up a good thing? The train is about to run over them and they sit and sip their shirley temples. Clueless Fools. Facts mean nothing to them. They believe that the truth is what THEY say it is.
