When Barack II was born in Mombasa, Kenya, his mother, Anna Dunham Obama, was almost 19... but not quite. She was 117 days too young to confer her U.S. citizenship to her foreign-born child. So her citizenship did not affect Barack II's status at birth in any way.

Therefore, the only conditions which affect Barack II's citizenship at birth are:

• his father's British Protected Subject status, which became Kenyan citizenship and British Protected Citizenship upon Kenyan independence, on Dec. 12, 1963; and
  
  Barack II's birth in Kenya, at the Lady Grigg Maternity Unit of Coast Province General Hospital in Mombasa, Kenya, attended by Dr. James Ang'awa and witnessed by Mama Sarah Onyango Obama, Barack II's step-grandmother, as corroborated by Barack II's half-sister and half-brother in Kenya.

Since his mother's citizenship did not affect Barack II's status, Barack II might therefore very nearly be a British Protected natural born Citizen, and possibly (???) a natural born Citizen of Kenya . . . EXCEPT that nbC requires two citizen parents. Nonetheless...

The campaign has been aimed at anyone who challenges the eligibility of Obama to be president under Article 2, Section 1 of the Constitution.

Johnson's office at Perseus LLC is located near the White House, at 2099 Pennsylvania Avenue. The White House switchboard told WND that until recently, it answered calls for Johnson but that the practice had been discontinued.

The anonymous interviewee is mistaken. Kenya, Uganda, and Tanzania converted to the metric system in 1971, ten years after the original birth certificate was typed at Coast Province General Hospital in Mombasa, Kenya. I'll post another hospital Certificate of Birth from Kenya when I find one.

We've been over this before at the ALIPAC Barack Obama Constitutional ineligibility thread. Mrs. Rondeau has also previously defended the Lucas Smith document at The Post & Email.

The Certificate of Birth which Lucas Smith obtained still stands, frequently challenged, but never debunked. WorldNetDaily and some other conservative websites do not want to be associated with Lucas Smith, a twice-convicted conman and all-around unsavory character. But this document is not a Lucas Smith forgery.
