"Notice how Dr. Sinclair's signature meets and is over the line in many places," he observed. "It is not exactly one row of pixels parallel to the line."

The mother's signature provides mathematical proof the document is forged, he said.

"If the forger had wanted a perfect forgery, it would have been better to have a human being write in the 'unham Obama' part of the signature," he concluded. "Sometimes perfect detail can draw attention, and in this case, the hand-writing in Layer 9 was too perfect. No human being writes that mathematically perfect[ly]."

Unless he or she uses a ruler or an index card as a guide to write, as one commonly does when writing a letter by hand on plain paper.

More likely, the counterfeiters cropped the image of the signature - cutting off the bottom of the signature in a straight line - before they copied-and-pasted the signature onto the counterfeit certificate.

Yes, a computer can easily write with mathematical perfection, but in Ann Dunham Obama's handwriting... not so easily. We're not looking at the work of signature replication experts here.

Where there is such a straightforward explanation, there is no call to look for malicious intent, especially when this JPEG image bears so many other irrefutable evidences of forgery.

President Obama’s senior political adviser David Plouffe said Wednesday that people won’t vote in 2012 based on the unemployment rate.

Plouffe should probably hope that’s the case, since dismal job figures aren’t expected to get any better for Obama and the economy on Friday.

Most economists expect a report from the Bureau of Labor Statistics to show that the nation added about 100,000 jobs in June. That’s not enough to keep up with population growth, let alone lower the unemployment rate or make a dent in the 9 million jobs lost during the so called Great Recession.

Right. Mr. Obama should even hope for 8 percent unemployment. "No change in sight" would be optimistic.

Even if you ignore all the real evidence in order to believe this lie (here and here and here), this lie (here and here and here), this lie to Selective Service, and other lies, Mr. Obama is ineligible for the Office of President regardless of his birthplace, because his Kenyan father was not a U.S. citizen when Barack II was born - not then - not ever!

There is to date NO Public Legal Record of Barack Hussein Obama II’s "vault" or original Birth Certificate. There is only an easily altered or fabricated JPEG image on the Internet of a certification of live birth or COLB and another easily altered or fabricated JPEG image on the Internet of a (long form) Certificate of Live Birth with no embossed seal. Neither JPEG image is supported by a hard copy original, and no computer image alone is a Legal Proof of U.S. birth. Neither has been validated by independent forensic and counterfeiting investigators.

But each has been demonstrated to be a forgery by prominent document validation and imaging software experts. Not one such expert has been willing to sacrifice his career and his credibility by vouching for such an obvious counterfeit.

"No person except a natural born Citizen... shall be eligible to the Office of President;" thus says the Constitution of the United States, Art. ii, § 1, ¶ 5. Citizens "born in the country of parents who are citizens: these are the natives or natural born Citizens." The U.S. Supreme Court created this precedent in Minor v. Happersett (1874).

Where is the Legal Proof that Mr. Obama meets this eligibility requirement? So far, there is none, otherwise there would be no active Lawsuits against Barack Obama II and the DNC. Besides, as he wrote in Dreams From My Father, his birth was governed by British law. His father of record was a Kenyan British Protected Subject, which, according to British law, makes Barack Obama II also a British Protected Subject from or by birth, which in turn, according to the U.S. Constitution, Art. ii, § 1, ¶ 5, makes him ineligible to be President.

OK... this is past the 'birthers' questions.... this is just plain old common sense, no political agendas for either side. Just common knowledge that citizens of a country and especially American citizens who even know that Andrew Jackson's wife smoked a corn cob pipe and was accused of adultery or that Lincoln never went to school or Kennedy wore a back brace or Truman played the piano.

Good grief... we are Americans! We are known for our humanitarian interests and caring for our 'fellow man'. We care, but none of us know one single humanizing fact about the history of our own president. Honestly, and this is a personal thing...but it's niggled at me for ages that no one who ever dated him ever showed up. The simple fact of his charisma that caused the women to be drawn to him so obviously during his campaign, looks like some lady would not have missed the opportunity.... We all know about JFK's magnetism, McCain was no monk, Palin's courtship and even her athletic prowess were probed... Biden's aneurisms are no secret. Look at Cheney and Clinton.. we all know about their heart problems and certainly speaking of the opposite sex- how could I have left out Wild Bill before or during the White House? Nope... not one lady has stepped up and said, "He was soooo shy..." or "What a great dancer!!" Now look at the rest of this... no classmates, not even the recorder for the Columbia class notes ever heard of him....

.... I just dunno about this fellow.

Who was the best man at his wedding? Start there. Then check groomsmen.

Then get the footage of the graduation ceremony. Has anyone talked to the professors? It is odd that no one is bragging that they knew him or taught him or lived with him.

When did he meet Michele and how? Are there photos there? Every president gives to the public all their photos, etc. for their library, etc. What has he released? And who in hell voted for him to be the most popular man in 2010?????

Does this make you wonder? Ever wonder why no one ever came forward from President Obama's past saying they knew him, attended school with him, was his friend, etc. ?? Not one person has ever come forward from his past.

VERY, VERY STRANGE.. This should really be a cause for great concern. To those who voted for him, you may have elected an unqualified, inexperienced shadow man. Did you see a picture called The Manchurian Candidate?.....

As insignificant as we all are .. someone whom we went to school with remembers our name or face ... someone remembers we were the clown or the dork or the brain or the quiet one or the bully or something about us. George Stephanopoulos of ABC News said the same thing during the 2008 campaign. He questions why no one has acknowledged the president was in their classroom or ate in the same cafeteria or made impromptu speeches on campus. Stephanopoulos also was a classmate of Obama at Columbia -- the class of 1984. He says he never had a single class with him.

While he is such a great orator, why doesn't anyone in Obama's college class remember him? And, why won't he allow Columbia to release his records?

Looking for evidence of Obama's past, Fox News contacted 400 Columbia University students from the period when Obama claims to have been there, but none remembered him.

Wayne Allyn Root was, like Obama, a political science major at Columbia who also graduated in 1983. In 2008, Root says of Obama, "I don't know a single person at Columbia that knew him, and they all know me. I don't have a classmate who ever knew Barack Obama at Columbia .. EVER!

Nobody recalls him. Root adds that he was also, like Obama, "Class of '83 political science, pre-law" and says, "You don't get more exact or closer than that." Never met him in my life, don't know anyone who ever met him. At the class reunion, our 20th reunion five years ago, who was asked to be the speaker of the class? Me. No one ever heard of Barack! And five years ago, nobody even knew who he was. The guy who writes the class notes, who's kind of the, as we say in New York, 'the macha' who knows everybody, has yet to find a person, a human who ever met him."

Obama's photograph does not appear in the school's yearbook and Obama consistently declines requests to talk about his years at Columbia , provide school records, or provide the name of any former classmates or friends while at Columbia ..

NOTE: Root graduated as Valedictorian from his high school, Thornton-Donovan School , then graduated from Columbia University in 1983 as a Political Science major in the same class in which Barack Hussein Obama states he was.

Why was Obama's law license inactivated in 2002?

Why was Michelle's law license inactivated by Court Order?

It is circulating that according to the U.S. Census, there is only one Barack Obama but 27 Social Security numbers and over 80 aliases. WHAT!! ??? The Social Security number he uses now originated in Connecticut where he is never reported to have lived.

No wonder all his records are sealed!

America is now facing its greatest crisis since the Civil War.

The Obama Administration, Democrats in Congress and the left-wing media are in the process of shredding the Constitution and undermining the rule of law in order to transform America into a Third World one-party state, where the only organization that works well is the secret police.

The Republican Party is hopelessly impotent and the legal authorities remain willfully ignorant.

Barack Obama is an illegal President according to Article II, Section I, Clause 5 of the Constitution and the binding precedent of Minor vs. Happersett (1875). There is no ambiguity, although those complicit in the fraud have deliberately provided information to mislead the American people.

Members of Congress will not investigate allegations that Obama boldly presented, on national television, a forged Certificate of Live Birth as an official record of his birth. They will not respond to evidence that Obama’s Selective Service registration is also a forgery and that his Social Security Number is illegal.

Congress does not act because it has succumbed to political blackmail.

For the same reasons, there is a conspiracy of silence that has spread throughout the federal government, the political establishment, the judicial system, the media and law enforcement agencies.

Members of our government have condoned a clear violation of the Constitution, ignored probably felonies and lied to the American people.

We have a gangster government.

Obama must not be permitted to enter another election cycle without his ineligibility and his alleged felonies being properly addressed.

If not, both the Constitution and the rule of law will be rendered meaningless.

Abraham Lincoln said that the American people are the rightful masters of both Congress and the courts, not to overthrow the Constitution but to overthrow those who pervert the Constitution.

It is now the responsibility of ordinary American citizens to act, if we want to preserve the Constitution, upon which our liberties depend.

Constitutional Conservatives should adopt the words of Samuel Adams:

“It does not take a majority to prevail… but rather an irate, tireless minority, keen on setting brush fires of freedom in the minds of men.â€
