Had a meeting with Rep. Kristi Noem yesterday, and presented a lot of paperwork. Brad, the gentleman that I met with did not even know about the Certification of Nomination for Obama/Soetoro. I had asked Orly Taitz if I could pass on some of her findings and she said I could, so the Social Security Number and the Selective Service documents were passed on much to Brads surprise.
He asked me about the Birth Certificate and I told him it was a Total Forgery, besides I said, I do NOT CARE if he was born on the Capital Steps... His Father was Not American, and that right there Disqualifies him from being President. Brad asked me what I wanted to see done...
I told him I am Tired of ALL THE LIES! I would like to see a Congressional Hearing, and see this issue come to an End.

ps... He made copies of everything and said they would be Faxed to DC today (yesterday).

Patriot, good to hear that you discussed this with Noem. Let's see if it gets any traction. Everyone in D.C., Noem included, should know that this is an open secret in the halls of Congress. I believe that the Repubs. know and they are waiting for the right time to use the knowledge to their advantage. As for myself, Obama and his handlers need to face justice NOW, not when it's politically expedient for the Repubs.

For once I agree with you, Stuball.

His deficit of Constitutional eligibility is unrelated to, or at least unaffected by, the consequent deficit in expenditures.

Even if the entire federal indebtedness and future obligations were paid off on his watch, that would not make him Constitutionally eligible to the Office of President, because he is not now, was not in 2008, and never will be a natural born Citizen of the U.S., that is,

• a citizen
  born in the U.S.
  to U.S. citizen parents.

However, his deficit of Constitutional eligibility should have prevented some of the consequent deficit in expenditures. Had he not been allowed to take office, economic advisers who were financially conservative might have prevailed. . . OK, failing that, economic advisers who were less liberal spenders might have prevailed.

Last year's deficit was 9% of GDP, the largest one-year increase in federal indebtedness since WWII, at least. This year's deficit is about $1.4 trillion, nearly 10% of GDP. Mr. Obama seems intent upon squandering as much money as he can, to the end or for the purpose of destroying the largest national economy in the world.

We might have LTC Terry Lakin, M.D., serving now as the flight surgeon for Gen. George Casey's staff in Afghanistan instead of looking for a new career opportunity after a Dishonorable Discharge, five months in Leavenworth, and being stripped of O-5 rank, soon to be O-6, retiree health benefits, and 18 years of accrued time towards his military retirement.

We might have our pilots in a theater authorized for hostilities, such as Iraq, Afghanistan, in the Gulf, or offshore of Iran, instead of clearing the decks for the Mus|im Brotherhood to take over in Egypt, Libya, Syria, Kenya, and wherever else the "former Mus|im" sees an opportunity for Shari'a law.

Yes, Stuball, his record, good or bad, does not affect his Constitutional ineligibility to the Office of President, not being a natural born Citizen, that is,

• a citizen
  born in the country
  to parents who are citizens.

But ignoring his Constitutional ineligibility to be President definitely has consequences for the country - nearly all BAD.

WHEN WILL THEY LIVE UP TO THEIR MOTTO?

Dear Sir,

I am a retired federal contracting officer and would like to know why the FBI is not involved in investigating the constitutional ineligibility of Barack Obama to serve as a de jure president? Just recently, on March 25, 2010, during debate over the draft of a new Kenyan constitution, James Orengo, the country’s minister of lands and a member of parliament for the Ugenya constituency, cited America’s election of a Kenyan-born president as an example of what can be accomplished when diverse peoples unite:

If America was living in a situation where they feared ethnicity and did not see itself as a multiparty state or nation, how could a young man born here in Kenya, who is not even a native American, become the president of America?

How indeed? That is the question to which millions of Americans are demanding an answer from our elected officials and civil servants who are tasked with investigating criminal activity. No one is above the law, especially a putative president with questionable allegiance, citizenship, and who has a huge constitutional issue requiring immediate investigation.

Besides Obama’s constitutional problem, there is the question as to whether he was ever investigated for violation of the Logan Act over negotiations with Iraqi leaders as a senator, or when he went to Africa in 2006 to campaign on behalf of his Kenyan Marxist cousin Odinga.

The Logan Act is within the FBI’s purview, is it not?

Sir, this issue is clear and unambiguous. We have a constitutional crisis in this country and ignoring it or hoping another agency runs with it will not get the job done. Barack Obama must be investigated and removed from occupying the White House as a usurper if he is not a de jure president. He is not a natural born American citizen, as required by Article 1, Section 2, Clause 5 of our Constitution, and his own birth country’s parliament affirms that! You cannot say this is a matter for the courts to resolve if you do not do the investigation that could lead to a federal grand jury indictment for it to even get into court.

I took an oath as a federal employee to support and defend the Constitution of the United States and never cancelled it. All FBI employees did, too. So WILL you? Will the FBI step up to the plate and support and defend our Constitution and our country? If the FBI does not step in and rectify this national travesty, then to whom do we appeal, and what purpose is accomplished by taking an oath that you refuse to uphold?
