MARICOPA COUNTY, Ariz. – At the request of tea party leaders in Arizona, famed Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio has promised to investigate the validity of Barack Obama's purported long-form birth certificate in a determination of the president's eligibility for the county's 2012 election ballot.

Tea party leaders in Surprise, Ariz., met with Arpaio and WND senior reporter Jerome Corsi Thursday morning to express concern that a fake birth certificate would be used to document the president's eligibility to run in Maricopa County, where Arpaio is the chief law enforcement officer.

At a one-hour meeting in Arpaio's office, the tea party leaders presented the sheriff with a petition that was drafted after a speech by Corsi the previous night. Corsi, author of a best-selling book challenging Obama's eligibility, "Where's the Birth Certificate?", presented evidence from numerous computer-imaging specialists who believe the document presented by the White House April 27 is not authentic.

Maybe we can get to obama through our county sheriffs. We certainly haven't been able to get to him by any other means, legal or otherwise.

Arpaio clarifies stand on Obama birth certificate:
"What I have agreed to do, contrary to some published media reports, is simply look at the evidence these people have assembled and examine whether it is within my jurisdiction to investigate the document's authenticity," Arpaio said in a written statement Friday. Arpaio said, while he will look at the evidence, "I indicated in this meeting that I will also consider whether there is a more appropriate Arizona agency to determine the document's veracity and ultimately whether the President's name can lawfully be entered onto the 2012 election ballot."

Assoc. Justice Anthony Kennedy may side with the four ******** (not Constitutionally conservative) Justices. Then we may well get a trashing of Minor v. Happersett and 2400 years of common usage of nbC. That amending of the Constitution by five Supreme Court Justices could go either way: the Ginsburg daffynition, born of two citizen parents; the Obot defamation, born on U.S. soil (or not, if in the military and deployed); the Ginsburg-Obot composite/compromise, born on U.S. soil with a citizen parent; or even the La Raza and Presidente Fox Reconquista propaganda, "Wherever there is a Mexican citizen, there is Mexico!"

So, we must cover both defects or disqualifications: not born of U.S. citizen parentS and not born on U.S. soil. There is no reason we cannot focus on both defects, and you never know which defect the four "living Constitution" Justices will choose to remove from Chief Justice Waite's historically correct interpretation of nbC in Minor v. Happersett. We must assume that they will tamper with Minor and redefine nbC to open the U.S. to foreign control, if Assoc. Justice Anthony Kennedy gives them that opportunity through his support.

When a criminal has committed two crimes, the prosecutor doesn't take either charge off the table until a conviction on the remaining one is certain. And on this issue, there will be repeat offenses. So, if SCOTUS chooses to revisit Minor v. Happersett, we better get nbC right this time:

• a citizen,
  born on U.S. soil,
  of parents who are U.S. citizens (when the child is born).

We need settle for nothing less.

What we know is that historically, a sitting president who faces a primary challenger is much more vulnerable to defeat in the General Election. Got it? Insider: No – not Perot. Not him. Right time, wrong example. Perot hurt Bush – absolutely. If there was no Ross Perot 3rd party there would not have been a Bill Clinton victory – we knew that then… but President Bush was damaged before the General Election by a primary challenger. A gentleman who blasted Bush from his own base and helped raise the apathy levels regarding a second Bush term – a strong ideological primary challenger. The kind of challenge we would like to initiate against President Obama in a few months.

Ulsterman: Who was it?

Insider: Buchanan. Pat Buchanan. Buchanan’s primary challenge helped make the Ross Perot movement possible, which in turn led to Bill Clinton’s ability to win the presidential election that year even though he only won 43% of the popular vote. We don’t need a 3rd party movement to run against President Obama, but we do need a primary challenger – and we are working toward that end. The Obama White House is already aware of this possibility. So be it. I want them to know. If they are losing some sleep over it, all the better. Maybe it’ll make someone walk upstairs and turn off the President’s ... television.

Ulsterman: Do you have someone in mind? Someone willing – a Democrat willing to engage in a primary challenge against Obama?

Insider: Yes.

Insider: No…what I will say is that those are two of the three tactics we are engaging in against Barack Obama’s re-election – continuing to push Eric Holder out of the DOJ, securing a primary challenger, and the other thing…it relates to a staffing issue. The loss of a critical member of the Obama staff. [Valerie Jarrett, maybe?] A resignation that will further the growing perception that the Obama White House is a place of internal disarray – which it absolutely is. And this event will also be a signal to those in the Democratic Party that Barack Obama’s re-election is not in their best future interests. It is time we cut our losses and begin the rebuilding process sooner rather than later. And I’m not just talking about the Democratic Party – I’m talking about the country. All of us. WASHINGTON – "Harrison J. Bounel," an alias identified for Barack Obama by debt-collection and skip-trace expert Albert Hendershot, is currently being scrubbed from professional databases, the investigator reports.

"I believe Obama supporters are trying to eliminate any and all evidence of Obama's shady past from all public databases," Hendershot told WND. "It's the only explanation for why the alias 'Harrison J. Bounel' has dropped from sight in database searches on public records done for Obama's Social Security number and home address in Chicago."

Hendershot documented his analysis in a report written for WND that can be read in its entirety here.


As seen in Exhibit 1, Hendershot has put together a chart that documents how he first found the Harrison J. Bounel name appearing in databases he was using to search properties in Chicago. He has worked with WND to make a series of previously unknown disclosures about the Obama home in Chicago's upscale Kenwood neighborhood at 5046 S. Greenwood Avenue.

As Exhibit 1 points out, following the discovery last March that the alias "Harrison J. Bounel" is associated with Barack Obama's Social Security number and with his Hyde Park mansion, Hendershot published his research in May on his Internet website.

Exhibit 2 documents that a Henderson database search from public records conducted March 11 resulted in two different records for Barack Obama's Social Security number: one for a "Bounel Harrison J" and the other for Barack H. Obama, identified with several variations of "Barack H. Obama" that appeared in the database.

Exhibit 2 lists the Obama mansion address at 5046 S. Greenwood Avenue as an address for both "Bounel Harrison J" and for Barack H. Obama.

Exhibit 2 also clearly shows that the Obama alias of Harrison J. Bounel was in use as of November 2009.

As seen in Exhibit 3, Hendershot was able to duplicate the results utilizing a second public database that again showed both Harrison J. Bounel and Barack H. Obama using the same Social Security number and living at the same address.

Next, as seen in Exhibit 4, Hendershot did a "relatives" search on "Bounel Harrison J" and found that Michelle Obama came up as a result, again with an address history that included the Obama mansion at 5046 S. Greenwood Avenue.

Depending upon how nbC is interpreted, that may amount to an amendment
