I have discovered that there are far too many out there who are either not aware of, or, are not quite comprehending, the laws which apply in this case, so it bears repeating.

And frequently, I think.

We can no longer ignore, and/or tolerate, the kind of inexcusable, abject ignorance, as we have seen develop amongst the population, perpetrated by gross misinformation and other attempts to mislead, and confuse, the public at large.

Jody Brockhausen and her attorney Dr. Orly Taitz of California appeared before Judge Burt Carnes - the 368th district of Williamson County at 9:00 AM on January 22nd. The events which unfolded in the courtroom caused Dr. Taitz to file charges with US Attorney’s Office in Austin, TX for possible civil rights violations of her client. The US Attorney’s office is now conducting an investigation into the matter.


Dr. Orly Taitz an attorney from California representing others who have filed suits demanding Obama’s qualifications to serve as US President, flew into Dallas at 12:20 AM the day of the hearing and arrived in the Austin area at 4:00 AM.


Dr. Taitz is at the forefront of the growing movement of citizens who want proof that Barack Obama’s qualifications to serve as President


The only document presented to date to prove that Obama is qualified to fill the office of the President of the United States is a scanned copy of a Hawaiian “Certification of Live Birthâ€

Buffalo News Staff Reporter, Paula Voell, of the newspaper in Buffalo, NY published misleading story on January 20th about a woman named Barbara Nelson. Ms. Nelson was Obama’s High School English teacher and the article states she remembers details about Obama’s birthplace and knows the name of the Dr. who delivered him.

When interviewed by World Net Daily, it was revealed that Barbara Nelson doesn’t remember details of Obama’s birth like the hospital he was born in and the Doctor who delivered him and she is “appalledâ€

The Obama scandals have been covered three times by the Globe tabloid. But can we really consider it to be a tabloid anymore if it keeps publishing the truth?

Some say that the Globe publishing the story on Obama not being qualified to be president is not helping our cause to get the truth out and have this issue resolved. Some say that people who see the stories about Obama on the cover will say, “yes, that confirms it, those bringing up allegations about the new President are crazy. â€
