Right?

Well lets say I own a private bank...not publicly traded, and I commit fraud...then I commit a felony.

Let's say I have a private charity...and commit fraud....then I commit a felony.

Well let's say we have this "private" "club" that is responsible for electing an officer for PUBLIC office, not to mention for the most powerful position on the planet, the president of the United States...and this "private club"...willfully uses intimidation, coercion, threats, tampering of documents & ballot boxes, lies, corruption, and of course FRAUD of every type...against voting citizens....then they TRAMPLE the law....and commit multiple, MULTIPLE felonies...with a widespread, massive assault on individuals and their personal liberties and their NATURAL RIGHT to vote...and on the Rule of Law itself.

Last time I checked, this is not Germany in the 1930s or Italy in the 1920s.

This is the United States of America, for God’s sakes! We are freeborn, natural-right-bearing, good, honest, liberty-loving, flag-waving, gun-toting, property-owning, happiness-pursuing, Americans.

And we ain’t talking about your child’s school’s P.T.A. elections or elections to the board at your local rotary club.

Oh hay-all NO! This is the election process of the most powerful PUBLIC office in the world, that of the president.

RNC…private club…my rear end!

Hey RNC Establishment: DO NOT THINK that we are going to let you hide behind that meme, that pathetic straw man argument, and that excuse to commit crimes against voting citizens, for ONE SECOND LONGER.

(Not an attorney here...but have a degree of common sense. If you need legal advice, then please seek it).

ATTENTION: THE RULE OF LAW IS EVERYWHERE AND AT ALL TIMES!!!

Rand Paul’s endorsement of Romney may benefit Rand Paul and Romney, but it’s a great disappointment for those of us who don’t want go along to get along. Politics should not trump principles. Obama is a Goldman Sachs man and Romney is a Goldman Sachs man. Obama started and sustained wars and so will Romney. Rand had a variety of reasons for supporting Romney and even expressed interest in becoming his vice president. Rand also expressed his admiration for McCain. Even though McCain co-drafted the NDAA that strips our liberties away!

The thread below needs to be the focus of our grassroots. If Ron Paul has a plurality of 5 States he can be nominated and be on the ballot as well as give a 15-minute speech to the delegates at the Convention. The delegates have the power to elect the next president. Will they really be so foolish and elect Romney when Ron Paul speaks to them directly and asks for their vote? We must get Ron Paul on the ballot and on that stage so he can ask the delegates for his vote.

Lawsuit Filed Against LAGOP

The Republican Party of Louisiana announced today that a lawsuit has been filed in U.S. District Court in California's Central District by more than 100 Ron Paul supporters and self-proclaimed delegates to the Republican National Convention.

The suit, filed against the Republican National Committee and Chairman Reince Priebus and many state Republican parties across the country along with their respective chairmen, including Louisiana, alleges that the binding of national convention delegates is illegal under federal law and claims numerous violations of party rules.

The Republican National Committee has agreed to provide a joint defense for all parties listed in the suit. "We view the suit as completely frivolous but one to which a serious response must be made," said RNC Chief Legal Counsel John R. Phillippe Jr..

"We have joined with the RNC to fight this ridiculous, frivolous lawsuit. This is just another feeble attempt by Paul supporters to undermine the rules and systems in place, and we are going to take this very seriously," said LAGOP Executive Director Jason Doré

If public opinion really turns against Obama for this (e.g. he knew about it and is covering it up) then it would be a huge negative for his campaign. That would free up a lot of voters to vote for who?

Romney?

Highly doubtful because Romney can't even get Republican voters to rally behind him.

There is one person of impeccable character out there though. His initials are RP and they don't stand for Rick Perry. Could Ron run 3rd party? Or would it take write-ins? I wouldn't have any faith in a write-in vote because it just seems like it can be easily ignored in the vote counting process (which is highly suspect to begin with).
