Evidence of Non-Citizens Voting In US Elections Collection Point
This is ALIPAC's list of evidence, documentation, and proof of illegal noncitizen voters in America. It is composed of 105+ reports from court cases, law enforcement agencies, elected officials, federal agencies, NGOs, researchers, media, and podcasters that indicate the presence of noncitizens and illegal immigrants registering in US elections despite the fact that both actions are illegal and felonies.
If you are seeking information on whether noncitizens can vote, or whether they do vote, this list shows the answer is YES to both.
Noncitizens are being found on voter rolls across America, and even illegal immigrants are voting. Each ballot cast by a noncitizen voter is a vote and voice stolen from a US citizen!
This information makes it clear that America has a systematic, widespread vulnerability to noncitizen voters in our elections, and that some political groups are interested in importing new voters to replace Americans at the ballot box. This is happening because the question of citizenship to register to vote is not being adequately verified. This is why we need legislation like the SAVE ACT to ensure valid ID and proof of citizenship are required to vote in America.
This is our main archive listing here at ALIPAC.us and we are updating this information at our website www.noncitizenvoters.com

According to reports, the worker stated it was "not my job to report anyone" when asked about the legality of registering a non-citizen.
This casual dismissal of a clear legal boundary is alarming. It transforms a potential crime—illegal voter registration—into a mere administrative formality, processed without question or challenge. This incident is not an isolated flaw but a symptom of a wider, systemic disregard for election integrity that has been documented for years. (VIEW SOURCE)

#125 (Feb. 2026) 28% of US Voter Verifications Have NO MATCH at Social Security Administration. Since 2004, the Social Security Administration has provided a simple process to help States with verifying voter applications. It’s called the HAVV System. States send in the name, DOB, and last four digits of the voter’s SSN. The SSA then notifies the State if that person is deceased, alive, matches SSA records, or No Match Found! A whopping 13% of all HAVV verifications processed in 2025 came back as NO MATCH. That’s 318,217 of the 2.37 million submitted. Since 2011, an astounding 28.8% of all HAVV submissions have come back as NO MATCH. For the past 15 years, the federal government (SSA) has been unable to match 28.1 million voter submissions from States, to the information in its comprehensive computer systems. #94 (Sept. 2024) How Minnesota Allows Noncitizens to Vote Automatic Voter Registration at DMV. The Minnesota Voters Alliance reports When Governor Tim Walz signed the Minnesota automatic voter registration bill into law in May 2023, most people assumed it would only allow eligible U.S. citizens to be automatically registered to vote. They were wrong. U.S. citizenship is an eligibility requirement to vote in Minnesota, according to Article VII Section 1 of the State Constitution. But now, with the new Minnesota drivers license application form, there are no questions, check boxes, or signed oaths regarding citizenship whatsoever, anywhere; only a paragraph, in the tiniest of print, at the very bottom of the form saying: “If you provide documentation showing you are not a U.S. citizen at the time of application, no data will be sent to the Office of the Secretary of State.”
This craftily constructed sentence defines the ONLY criteria under which a new applicant’s data must not be sent to the Secretary of State and registered to vote. There are no requirements on the form to show citizenship or even attest to it. That means if an illegal immigrant, with an easily obtainable SS#, chooses not to provide documentation showing they are not a U.S. citizen at the time of application, they will be automatically registered to vote. However, the prohibition is essentially mooted by caveats in the law... the Supreme Court has ruled that states may NOT require documentary proof of citizenship in order to register to vote in a federal election... the ONLY “protection” against illegals voting is a signature atestation that the person registering is a citizen, which SCOTUS has deemed sufficient... There are no safeguards to protect against non-citizens registering to vote and there are no safeguards to protect against non-citizens voting once registered." (View Source)

According to PILF, hundreds of noncitizens were registered to vote for “several years before the error was identified and corrected.” “In essence what we have here is evidence of people saying they are not U.S. citizens on voter registration records in Harris County, and yet they are becoming registered voters anyway,” PILF spokesman Logan Churchwell said. #53 -- January 31, 2019 Noncitizens registered to vote in Pennsylvania and Texas show vote fraud is real. Two large states are now reporting significant numbers of noncitizens somehow became registered voters, showing yet again that the biggest problem with voter-integrity measures is not that they are too tough, but that they are too lenient.
Last week, Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton announced that Secretary of State David Whitley had informed him that as many as 95,000 noncitizens were on Texas’ voter rolls, and that at least 58,000 of them actually had voted at least once. Even if the number turns out to be considerably less than that when counties investigate, it's far above zero. On Jan. 30, reports emerged that at least 11,198 noncitizens similarly were on the voter rolls in Pennsylvania, and “top lawmakers suspect the number could still be higher.” This is just the first tranche of numbers from an investigation launched when a Philadelphia poll commissioner estimated that some 100,000 noncitizens could be registered, after discovering that a computer problem in the state’s motor vehicle bureaus allowed ineligible voters to register. Conservative activists went to court to show that noncitizens were registering fraudulently to vote. A court employee met their request by turning over pages of residents’ names disqualified from jury duty because of alien status. When those lists were compared with voting records for just three years — 2007, 2008 and 2011 — nearly 180 noncitizens were found to have registered to vote. #16 -- Department of Justice Board of Immigration Appeals upheld a decision to deport Margarita Del Pilar Fitzpatrick for voting in a federal election. Fitzpatrick registered to vote in Illinois using the federal “Motor Voter” registration form. Fitzpatrick’s criminal act is one more example demonstrating that non-citizens voting in American elections is not a myth. Fitzpatrick was caught by pure accident. When she submitted her application for naturalization in 2007, she indicated on the form that she had registered to vote and had voted in a U.S. election. DHS opened an investigation proceeding based only upon her voluntary red flag. (By law, voting by a noncitizen is a deportable offense, and there is no intent requirement: it doesn’t matter whether the person knew what they were doing was illegal.) Of course, most illegal foreign voters never admit that they have voted. (View Source)
