I just talked to Crapo's office. Aide said he believes Dream Act has been proposed but just hasn't been voted on yet. Said Crapo will not vote for it if it's attached the Defense Bill.

Yes, the status is that it: has been introduced by Durbin, but has not been scheduled for a vote. Although, it's customary to debate amendments before a vote takes place, it is not a guarantee either. So, even though it's been introduced, so far, it still is in 'hold mode' for most intents and purposes.

Reid just said no more votes today , he did not mention the DA in his agenda but said they had 5 votes to do tomorrow morning.

But then what worry's me is he said they need to work on the Farm bill in a hurry THAT IS WHERE THEY ARE STICKING THE AG"s bill Look out folks they may try to sneak up on us with this one!!
