I'll tell you when I think the Republicans lost not only this election but the one 2 years ago. Somewhere along the line, the Republicans dropped their principles and thought it more PC to lean a little to the left to please special interest groups. That cost them trust from the conservatives. Then they they started following the Democrats with their votes. They tried to play all sides and lost.

The Democrats are not a good bunch to follow because the more the Republicans line up behind them, the more left the liberals become to outdo them. It's almost comical watching the liberals and wondering just how far they will go. My prediction is that the Democrat party will self destruct before the Republicans do.

Okay! My question is “How do we stop this Democratic government from Europeanizing America before we get re-grouped and reclaim American values."

People from the Third World tend to vote Democratic as they want all the freebies and handout the Democrats ofer.

Another turning point was the 1986 the amnesty for illegals. ALmost all of them turned out to vote Democratic.

The other loss is the anchor baby problem -- this years and in the future more anchor babies will be eligible to vote and sponser their parents and siblings for citizenship. They will all vote Democratic.

Our tilt of immigration towards the Third World has made possible the election of Obama and the big losses to Democrats and the Left. It also means the end of American Sovereignty. We are headed into the same sewer that Britian has ended up in with its heavy grants of residency to former Colonies who were and still are thrid World countries -- like Pakistan. If you see the mess that Britain is in with its socilism and poor universal health care, -- this is coming to the US courtesy of the Democratic Party and Barack Obama.
The Republicans had a real opportunity with Latinos. They tend to be socially Conservative (ie anti-gay marriage, religious, family values, etc) but they failed to court them. Their children (and everyone else's children in this country) on the other hand are being indoctrinated by our liberal school system and so there's little hope for them to vote Republican. But there was still a chance with the older generation.
The advantage Republicans had with Latinos was with the Miami Cuban exile group who were for a long time the majority of voting age Latinos.
They never stood a chanced with the impoverished illieterate Latinos that poured over our Southern Border from Mexico and Central America. Those people came from a socialist, communal background. Cubans were used to a free-eneterprize society. The Mexicans could never make anything without state help which is why they were always looking for ways to get benefirts. The Cubans were always a better educated class than the Mexican.

I think US replaced nationalism globalism. All we got to do now is have a global bank. I think someone is working on that. As soon as people like Obama move out of this country, I don't know if we are going to reclaim it. I sure do feel it tonight.

It will take massive grass roots efforts when key legistlation heads to the floor. If the Senate is not filibuster proof-- out best bet in lobbying lies there. I don't know Hagen in N.C -- but my impression was that she was not pro=illegal immigrants. Some Democratic Senators may be targetable for lobbying.

Of course we lobby our own house members, but I see little point in lobbying outside of one's district. They only tend to pay attention to voters from their district.

Kay Hagan supports a path to legalization for illegal aliens. She has said as much.
