This statement by the Moderator Dee is a joke............. lol The only ones MATT slapped around are the people that caught Dee the moderator in lies, and the ones that defended themselves against accusations of being Racists and Xenophobic...... She likes to throw these insults and accusations at you when she has no arguement left and you have backed her into a corner. Once she has you in her lair, she conviently blocks you from logging in again........ People just seem to stop posting........ The reason for that is because they were banned...........

I see MyChica came on today hoping to revive the dead.......... The moderators are still hanging in there posting as people trying to keep the conversations going.......... It's kind of a shame........ they booted everyone that keep the conversations going after the pro's ran out of arguements lol.........

Quepasa Regains Nasdaq Compliance After Lionel Sosa Resigns From Key Board Committees| 31 Jan 2007 | 06:40 PMFont size: SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. - Web site owner Quepasa Corp. said Wednesday it regained compliance with the Nasdaq Stock Market listing requirements, after Hispanic advertising guru Lionel Sosa resigned from certain board committees of the company.

Quepasa, the owner of quepasa.com, one of the largest Hispanic community Web sites, received a verbal notice on Jan. 19 from the Nasdaq that it was in violation of listing standards because of a $300,000 payment made to Sosa.

Listing standands prohibit a payment to Sosa while he was an independent director and a member of the compensation, corporate governance, nominating and audit committees. Sosa has resigned from those committees, but he will remain a member of the board.

The company reported it paid the sum in a Dec. 19 filing with Securities and Exchange Commission.

Malcolm Jozoff was appointed to the board's audit committee to replace Sosa. Jozoff will also join the standards committee and serve as chairman of the compensation committee.

Must be nice paying yourself 300,000 dollars for closing the deal with quepasa.......... lol
