    actuallly in my mind the the overwhelming majority of Paul voters will not vote for any other republicans, imo

    Romney=Huckabee=thompson=giuliani=mccain=Bush on steriods=CFR!!!

    Bottom line is they all want to continue the increase of government, continue the endless iraq war, continue the patriot act and homeland security, continue NAFTA bring on CAFTA, continue with the powers granted to Bush that only dictators have had, on illegal immigration even though some of you think romney will actually do something about it, I highly doubt it...
    and as I have stated before, who will be illegal in NAU?

    Ron Paul wont drop out he has the funds to continue...

    and i will write him in or vote dem, at least they admit they are socialist...

    Greg you have no right at all to question the intelligence of any one on this board...you ARE NOT the ultimate authority(as much as you'd like to think you are).
    He is not questioning anyone's intelligence-----he is saying that he wonders about their true intentions/goals!!!

    Okay..........I have to ask this............

    How can Ron Paul be against the NAU when he does not want a fence, does not plan on going after employers who are hiring illegals, and would like for the border to be WIDE OPEN as long as there is no longer welfare???

    "Romney=Huckabee=thompson=giuliani=mccain=Bush on steriods=CFR!!!"

    Please do not spread false info on a viable candidate unless you
    can post proof that Romney is CFR

    Having wrote an article for them is not proof of anything

    I read that article btw and found him to be very up on
    foreign policy in the area he wrote the article on

    I've wondered the same thing myself......its like the NAU without food stamps.....what exactly is sovereignty to someone who believed that we should have no immigration policy at all, and who currently believes we should eliminate tariffs? What is the objection on the grounds of sovereignty? What is the difference?

    I have probably been more effected by the illegal problem than you ever thought about Bren and I think that the money on a fence would be far better put to use on interior enforcement....and what part of the statement "Enforce existing laws" do you not understand when going after employers?

    Greg you have no right at all to question the intelligence of any one on this board...you ARE NOT the ultimate authority(as much as you'd like to think you are).
    I guess it depends on how strongly you feel about the illegal immigration problem. If you feel as strongly as many of us feel, it is foolish not to vote simply because your candidate is no longer in the running.

    For instance, for me. Hunter was my candidate. Now, what if my angst at his concession kept me from voting? Illegal immigration supporters will have won. I would be a soldier removed from the field of battle. One less vote that they would have to have two votes to cover ... So, I plan to stay and fight as long as I can.

    I would never want to see Hunter run as an independent. He would then weaken the cause, he once supported. He would split the vote.

    I think the only scenario where it would not be foolish is if a candidate gets the nomination who would be just as bad as a democrat. Then, what difference would it make?

    But, these are personal decisions. I imagine it depends on your priorities. If you're a strict constitutionalist, it may be Ron Paul or bust. Perhaps no other candidate can rise to your expectations.

    But, I think this is probably a board full of people for which illegal immigration is their top concern. So, if one candidate falls - we hopefully look for the next opportunity to push our cause.
