Gogo, I think the 287 (g) thing did pass. It was Sessions amendment come to think of it, so I don't know if it's all wrapped up in that pile of amendments or not. They've been whipping through them so fast, I lost track.

No the Demint bill was that the funds could not be used to eliminate any felonies listed by the Secretary of HS.

Gogo, sometimes you have to go back out to the main menu and come back in for them to register.

Maybe that was Sessions I can't remember. Dole had two. Didn't Hutchinson have one about 287 (g)?
