I don't care..let them riot..we must not toss asside the rule of law. If they riot, they will be punished. The Constitution is to be recognized by all citizens, not just some. All those who seek socialism need to remember this. The Constitution shall not be circumvented! If this is what we must go through, then so be it and those who riot will suffer. If you socialists think you will still have your freedom under a socialist state, you'd better realize that the Constitution is THE ONLY THING keeping your basic rights in place. Life will be a living HELL for most of us without it.

I wholeheartedly agree with you on this. My comments were more of a condemnation of the process that let it get this close to the election. On other forums, Obama supporters are zealots. I have been saying for years now that something is going to happen right before the election that will result in NO election and marshal law. I have a sick feeling this is it. Let the riots come, I agree, our constitution comes first. However, it is the marshal law that I feel would be the death of our constitution. If they just let Obama swear in, and he is not constitutionally qualified, again, death of our constitution. Therefore I concluded this will end up as a lose lose for the American people and our constitution.

While that all may be true MapWife, it hardly has any bearing on whether or not Obama is, in fact, eligible to be the POTUS so I will add another "if" to the list:

IF Obama is a natural born citizen, why hasn't he simply produced the proper documentation to prove it?

Factcheck.org is based at the University of Pennsylvania, an ultra-liberal, elite Ivy. One of the staff at Factcheck.org, in fact one of the directors just wrote a book bashing Rush Limbaugh.

Legallatina stated the problems with factcheck quite eloquently, so I will not add to it.

Snopes based calling the rumor false on the basis of the certificate shown on Obamas website. This is a short form of the Hawaiian cert that does not state WHERE a person was born, only the obvious, that they were. This cert is not for identity or citizenship purposes. He has thus far refused to release the long form that shows WHERE he was born. Snopes also does not address the fact that most of the other lawsuits listed were ruled on within DAYS of them being filed. They did not have members of the FBI and Justice department filing briefs stating that they too question his citizenship. Two employees from homeland security were fired for pulling up Obamas passport application. One of them has come out and said that somebody at homeland security issued Obama a US passport based on the SHORT cert and should have instead REQUIRED the long cert for proof of citizenship. Snopes also has not touched on the Indonesian branch of the litigation.

The copy shown on fightsmears once again is flawed. It does not show the cert number and has no official seal. Certs such as this could be made up anywhere by anyone.


I don't know IF Obama is a citizen or not. Neither does anybody on this board. What we KNOW is this:

A verified, certified, copy of a birth cert in KENYA has been filed with the courts in this case.

Obama REFUSES to release his long form cert.

Obama Is found numerous times on numerous government documents, including a 1982 Indonesian passport, claiming his citizenship as Indonesian. (unless you are a member of the group creeping up on the net that believes the country of Indonesia has falsified a number of records, handwritten in chronological order with the records of other people, in order to discredit Obama. This is a task that would have taken a large amount of people a very long long time to complete.)

Prior to 1996, Indonesia REQUIRED renouncing all other citizenship before obtaining Indonesian citizenship.

PRIOR to 1967, a minor child's citizenship ALWAYS followed that of the parent (s). We do know his mother renounced HER citizenship prior to 1967, therefore, according to the laws at the time, Obama's would logically have followed.

WE know the DNC is pouring major amounts of money into strongly defending Obama in this suit and fighting the release of the documentation to prove his citizenship.

The latter alone has to make a reasonable person question why they would pour in the time and money versus simply handing over the docs and this would all go away.

There has to be SOMETHING in these documents that Obama wants to hide. I can not definitively say it is he is not a citizen, but something sure is not on the up and up.
