Even as average Americans were planning to get out in towns and cities to demonstrate against Big Government and Big Taxes, Federal Bureau of Intelligence Investigation (FBI) surveillance was being unleashed upon them. In fact, unsuspecting Tax Day TEA Party participants were being closely watched during the demonstration planning stages in a covert operation that began on or about March 23, 2009.

If you one of the estimated 750,000 Americans who attended one of about 600 TEA parties last week, you might have seen media cameras covering the event. Media cameras, however, were not the only cameras taking video at these events, something that has at least one current FBI agent concerned over the future of America. According to this agent – the same agent who provided the Northeast Intelligence Network (NEIN) exclusively the unreleased photographs of the 11 missing Egyptian students who were the subject of a FBI BOLO in August 2006–placed his concerns for true patriots of the U.S. over his own career when he confided that covert surveillance was “planned and performedâ€

We should support all state actions of this type.

At some point in the future, we will evolve back into a country based on law, or we will continue to evolve into a communist state.

Our choice.

It makes no difference who the "powers that be" are, or how many lawsuits are filed or how much evidence is amassed pointing to an illegitimate usurper. We have elected members of congress who are complicit, or even worse, wholly responsible for a criminal takeover, and this is the most troubling in my opinion. What truly matters is, how will the re-taking of our government, our country and our sovereignty manifest itself? Will it be a tax revolt that brings the government to it's knees? How would this unfold? Will it be all new elected officials with a powerful, new citizen oversight group? A military coup which physically removes the guilty parties from office? Will a new continental congress of the people amend the constitution to forever prevent constitutional malfeasance on the scale to which we have all been witness? Yes, a crime has been committed against this country, the likes of which we have never seen, but IMO, the bigger question is, how do we realistically stop what is unfolding before our eyes and make sure that it never happens again?

As important as it is to resolve the issue of Obama's natural born status, I think the general issue of Berg's appeal, that is "who has the standing to bring such questions before the court", is even more important from a constitutional viewpoint. Obama is one person in one race at one point in time. But I resent the general rule that no citizen has the right to bring a challenge to any future candidate's eligibility because we lack standing.

How could we lack standing? The ruling on the Berg Case over standing was hogwash. Any US Citizen who was registered to vote in the 2008 election has standing to challenge any Presidential candidate's constitutional eligibility to hold the office.

Perhaps it is because we are no longer governed by the rule of law in a free and Constitutional republic. Perhaps it is because we are now ruled by Chicago thugs in a socialist oligarchical tyranny where everyone is either bought off, threatened into silence, or eliminated (wise old people - watch out! You will be the first to go.).

Remember that there are still legitimate questions as to who is a U.S. Citizen is and who is a legitimate voter. After running up the numbers of how many votes were counted in the 2008 election, Jon Christian Ryter believes too many people voted. If Ryter is right, we may have already been usurped and overthrown by ACORN and the progressives/socialists/Marxists.

We may not know the answers to your question until this battle between the elected (but not representative) government and the People for control of our own country is over and clearly won by one side or the other.

What is clear now is that Obama is NOT a lawful acting POTUS, and that he does NOT adhere to the rules of Constitutional law.

This would appear to leave us lawful Americans in the position of either creating a massive uprising against this unlawful government or having to resort to guerrilla tactics from here on out.

Note: If he were, he would have produced a real and viable birth certificate instead of paying between $1-2 Millions to keep it and his school records hidden.

This will be a short — make that very short — column, as little more can be said about the now insurmountable-by-normal-means problem that the Obama treason presents.
