UPDATE: Miss Okubo emailed me on Feb. 10th, at 7:26 AM, Honolulu time about a UIPA request I had made, so I can confirm that she has not resigned. She explained that responses to UIPA requests have now been assigned to a staff person, and apologized for the inadequate response I received. I apoloize to the readers of The Post & Email for assuming that the HI Department of Health has its act together.


Miss Janice S. Okubo garnered national fame on account of her duty to respond to hundreds of inquiries regarding Obama's original vital records.
(Feb. 9, 2010) — The Post & Email cannot positively confirm tonight that Janice S. Okubo has resigned from her position as Communications Director for the Hawaii Department of Health, but indications given from the Department of Health staff seem to indicate that her resignation has been decided and that it will shortly be announced.

This inference is based on the fact that Okubo, unlike her usual practice, is no longer answering UIPA requests, but instead, these responses are being sent out of an anonymous Department of Health information address.

In an attempt to ascertain whether this interpretation is correct, I called Rita A. Hoopii-Hall of the Hawaii Department of Health’s Human Resource Office and asked her point-blank: “I am calling to confirm or deny the rumor that Janice Okubo has resigned from her position as Communications Director for the Department of Health. Can you tell me if she has resigned?â€

Wow! That might be big news! I hope they get access to the birth records. I do believe the people of our country are constitutionally entitled to them.

Federal law limits the information that Columbia can release about Mr. Obama's time there. We have all marveled at the House, the Senate, and Mr. Obama stiff-arming and snubbing the populace as they drive toward the goal of government control of healthcare. They have ignored the Tea Party’s million (and a half?) person march on the Capitol Mall, the elections in Virginia, New Jersey, and the People’s Republic of Massachusetts, and the polls indicating that more than half of doctors and nurses would change occupations rather than work in a government-controlled healthcare system. Not to mention their continued efforts to grant amnesty to illegal aliens, in the face of overwhelming (up to 77%) public opposition to any such comprehensive immigration swindle.

Everything has two sides. Regarding Glenn Beck, it should be noted that he has probably done more to get Americans to look at the historical and current government issues than anyone else in the media. Having said that, and acknowledging his positive work for the American people, Beck is drawing increasing amounts of criticism from sincere proponents of the ineligibility issue because he appears to be misleading (dare I say lying) and obfuscating elements of the issue.

Today, one of my loyal little monsters tipped me off that Beck was bashing birthers on his radio show today as a 'bunch of stupid conspiracy freaks'. Then tonight, I was tipped off that the rehabbed libnutarian Beck was again trying to discredit the movement on his TV show this time. I have not watched Beck's show or listened to him in many months due to the fact that I do not trust him any longer.

He asked on his TV show "Do you think Obama is a U.S. Citizen?" Notice he did not use the term "natural born citizen", because the lawsuits are claiming that is one of their main issues with Obama's eligibility. Is he doing this so he can claim later on that he never admitted Obama was a natural born citizen, just 'a citizen.' This guy is a sneaky liar and it is almost time to zap his ratings away from him, because he can not be trusted any longer, anyway.

He then made statements that "This conspiracy could not be possible due to the fact that Obama's birth announcement was listed in the newspaper." So, it is his logic that "how could they know that he would be president one day, for them to plant this story into the newspaper?"

Well Glenn, a newspaper announcement is not a valid birth document to produce as evidence when you are trying to prove your citizenship to be an FBI agent or the President of the United States. So, I guess when you all go for a job interview in the future, you can just bring a clipping of the newspaper birth announcement and the employer will accept this as proof of citizenship?

Then he claimed that "The Clinton's and their powerful machine did not find any dirt, so therefore Obama must be a U.S. Citizen." Once again leaving out the term 'natural born citizen.' Beck was obviously busy with other activities that landed him into rehab, rather than attending law school, because he knows ZERO about the U.S. Constitution that he cries on in front of his audience daily. He does seem to know a lot about being a Saudi puppet and a disinformation agent for the U.S. Government.

Beck is clearly trying to sabotage the Obama eligibility movement, (see: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=35AAsGR9L4c ) because they all know that this is not going away. Beck's fans know that he is lying and they are furious. How do I know this? I read the comments on the Internet and many have e-mailed me after Operation Flood It on Jan 4th, 2010. Operation Flood It was a little protest that I put together, where thousands of people around the world called Beck's radio show to demand that he take this issue on and that the Fox blackout on this issue be lifted.

Beck then attacked his own fans, (see: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=D67TpSAYVJo ) we were fans just looking for him to take the lead on this issue. We thought that he was brave enough to do it, but he disappointed many thousands that day. I actually did predict that I would expose him, for being a huge part of the MSM cover up on this issue and I still do suspect that he is part of that conspiracy. BECK used Saul Alinsky tactics on his own fans on Jan 4th, 2010 and it is documented.

This is not about choosing battles, Beck would obviously rather talk about czars on his blackboard rather than if Obama is a natural born citizen. SOLDIERS in the military are demanding answers, they wanted to know if Obama was eligible and Beck sided with the enemy on this issue. He is a coward.

If Beck wants that red phone to ring (it is all an act) then he just has to write on his little blackboard "Is Obama a Natural born citizen" and stop the crying act about the constitution already, because I am not buying it. He may be able to fool you people, but not me.

The LEFT are scared to death of this issue growing and i suspect that Fox and Beck are too. Beck is their ally on this issue, but still there are a few hard core libtardarians that refuse to see the light. I hear from these stooges daily. I will be calling Pastor Manning and we will be discussing the possibility of a Beck boycott for his betrayal in this matter. I think it is time for his fans to go elsewhere for the truth, since he has chosen to side with Soros, Obama and the left on an issue that alleges Obama has committed multiple felonies.

With the exception of the uncalled for name calling of Libertarians (which I am leaning more their way every day) I fully agree with his assessment of Beck. I have not watched nor listened to him since the day he became a hypocrite by mocking those of us who dare "Question with Boldness". I think he was originally on our side, but now he, like so many MSM personalities is only on HIS side. His side means protecting his rear end from being fired by his bosses. He is a chicken and a traitor.

Your comment about "Question with Boldness" reflects the actual Beck hypocrisy in a nutshell.

Also, maybe we should send a copy of the Federal Rules of Evidence to Beck so that he can't claim ignorance. Newspaper ads don't usually hack it as verifiable and legal evidence of birth in a court of law.

Regarding Beck, Lord Acton's comment "Power corrupts, and absolute power corrupts absolutely" comes to mind. Maybe Beck is simply becoming too powerful in the media.

Wasn't Lou Dobbs attempting to make Mr. Obama's lack of documents (verifying his eligibility for office) an issue on his show, just before he and CNN parted ways due to irreconcilable differences?
