Just for clarification, being born on US soil definitely makes someone like Obama a US citizen (regardless as to whether or not one's parents are also US citizens or not), but if you are born on US soil and one of your parents is not, at the time of your birth, also a US citizen, you fail to meet the requirements for being a "natural born Citizen" - which means absolutely NOTHING and gives you no less constitutional rights than any other US citizen (natural born, or otherwise), unless you happen to be one of the rare individuals elected President of the United States (which currently only applies to 44 individuals since April 30, 1789) [or Vice-President], and [you] are trying to meet the eligibility requirements of Art II, Section 1, Clause 5. I don't blame people for not knowing this rather obscure heightened citizenship requirement and why people are confusing "US Citizen" with the "natural born Citizen" requirement to be President because, until this point in time, all US Presidents were known to have been born on US soil to two parents that were both US citizens [except Chester A. Arthur, who fraudulently kept his father's status a secret], and so the issue has never been properly raised before. At the end of the day, it has really come down to the fact that everyone seems to be looking at everyone else and saying, "Well, I thought that you confirmed that he meets the Constitutional requirements" - and saying, "surely someone would have caught this issue if he failed to meet the 'natural born Citizen' requirement, so I just assumed this had already been vetted" - but the facts are proving out that NOBODY in the federal government is legally responsible for VERIFYING this information, and now Jack Maskell, the legislative attorney in the American Law Division of the Congressional Research Service, has drafted a memorandum confirming that nobody in Congress or the federal government sought to look for Obama's certified long-form birth certificate. Everyone has just "assumed" that someone in authority has vetted him - but this is not the case. And so the cover-up continues. Is President Obama now wishing that he hadn't attacked the US Supreme Court conservatives in his first State of the Union address? I'm pretty sure he is, but no sense in the Supremes kicking him out of office now just for the VP to take over. Better to wait until 2012 and remove him them, making it easy for a Republican to win the Presidency and then rule that all previous legislation signed by Obama and all federal and US Supreme Court justices appointed by Obama are "null and void" and leaving it to the new Republican President to fill those judicial seats (and creating a US Supreme Court with at least 6 and maybe 7 conservative justices to serve for the next 30+ years).

Do we live in the United States of America, when a person can be arrested for voicing an opinion? One thing to ask a person to leave if they are disrupting an event, but to arrest them? Boehner's comment is hypocritical to his oath of office, and he certainly does not want to abide by his oath of office, hence our Constitution. Where is Obama's Original Birth Certificate? Moreover, he is not eligible to be the President of the United States of America for his Father was a British Subject, so this whole thing about his Birth Certificate really has no bearing, even if he was born in Hawaii, for which there is so much doubt now that he is even a Naturalized Citizen, for because of his citizenship in Indonesia, he may have lost his naturalized citizenship here in America. However, if he did not lose his Naturalized Citizenship (note naturalized, not Natural Born which is the requirement to hold the office of the Presidency), this would give him dual citizenship, which would also make him ineligible to be President. Where is the true Patriotism of our elected officials. How can you read something and then react in the manner in which Boehner did? This is even worse than not respecting and honoring our Constitution... for it is two-faced and Hypocritical and in the end will hurt our country even more. God Help us All.

Are you all too stupid to realize that neither party truly gives a V***V about the average working class Americans. As long as we are paying for their insurance, their million dollar holiday vacations, do you really think our best interests are at the forefront of their minds? I don't care if she is right or wrong... Why is it that a US CITIZEN with a legitimate question about the legality of our government is arrested and charged with "unlawful conduct and disrupting Congress?" Unlawful conduct is a bit vague... and the disrupting Congress is a joke. If a protest is held in DC, Congress may be disrupted because Congressmen can't get there. They need to drop these charges; this is becoming more and more like China every day.

I have been setting here reading all the comments from all the sheeple, and y'all are all preaching the same lines that y'all were programmed to preach by your party. It is time for you people to open your eyes and realize that it doesn't matter which party trashes the Constitution or which approach they take, it all leads to the same thing: Tyranny. The very first candidate for the Republican Party was named John C. Fremont. His father was named Charles Fremont and he was a French immigrant. James Buchanan and Chester Arthur had fathers from Ireland.

For the 20th century, we have Mitt Romney's Dad running in 1964 even though he was born in Mexico to citizen parents, as well as Hoover and Wilson's mothers being born in Canada and England respectively.

My reply to your response below: Where the President was born is a material question of fact required as part of the requirement that he or she be a "natural born Citizen". Am I saying that all COLB's issued by Hawaii since 2001 are fraudulent? No, only that [a COLB] is merely a certification, which is a brief summary of Barry's 1961 vital record(s) on file with the Hawaii State Department of Health. What we do not know, however, is what 1961 vital record the Certification of Live Birth is summarizing. In 1961 there were at least six different Hawaii state procedures available to generate a vital record (birth certificate) that the online Certification of Live Birth could be summarizing. Five of the six procedures lacked adequate indicia of reliability and trustworthiness, because they created opportunities for fraud. Even the United State government's Office of Inspector General concluded in a 2000 report on Birth Certificate Fraud that these kind of birth certificate practices create opportunities for fraud.

In this interview from a year ago, why do you suppose she didn't mention the usurpation of the Presidency by a fraudulent impostor who is not a natural born citizen as required by the U.S. Constitution, Art. ii, § 1, ¶ 5? I believe that the ruling is ambiguous enough to allow both Obama and McCain to qualify as a natural born citizen (for obvious different reasons) under its decision. Even Wong Kim Ark itself quoted verbatim the definition of nbc stated in Minor v. Happersett, "At common law, with the nomenclature of which the framers of the Constitution were familiar, it was never doubted that all children, born in a country of [p. 680] parents who were its citizens, became themselves, upon their birth, citizens also. These were natives, or natural-born citizens, as distinguished from aliens or foreigners." No other Supreme Court decision has ever contradicted this definition of natural born citizen.

If Art. ii, § 1, ¶ 5 were not enough to disqualify the fraudulent usurper and Conman-in-Chief, Amendment XIV, § 3 is: "No person shall ... hold any office, civil or military, under the United States, or under any state, who, having previously taken an oath ... as an officer of the United States ... to support the Constitution of the United States, shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same, or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof."

Skeptics doubt that a nonstop transcontinental jet could have landed at the unfinished Vancouver airport in 1961... although flying on a turboprop from Toronto to Winnipeg to Calgary to Vancouver seemed reasonable to me. Anna Dunham Obama did have a passport to travel from Seattle to Nairobi, a likely* trip consistent with the conspicuous absence of her pre-1965 passport record. The only checkpoint that might have caused a problem for the newborn baby would have been crossing the border from Canada into the U.S.. For purposes of argument, their return route may have been from Nairobi to London to Toronto to Windsor, crossing over to Detroit without a passport check for the infant undocumented worker, and then on to Seattle by jet.

Anna Dunham Obama disappeared from Honolulu in February, 1961, until she resurfaced in Seattle around August 19, 1961. She may have traveled to Kenya much earlier than August, even while Barrack Snr. was attending classes at UH. That the two newspapers were operating out of the same building at 605 Kapi`Olani St. That more than likely, the State Dept of Health, in 1961 was not prepared to deal with a birth where validity was in question. The list of babies being printed prior to amending with Barak's named stricken from the list. The only public and rather flimsy record contemporaneous to the time being offered to the public.

Who were the doctor(s) and nurse(s) at Kapi`Olani that delivered Barack? My ex-wife worked at the hospital and I understand the records at Kapi'Olani are impeccable. Where are the foot prints? What public records exist that can even demonstrate that Mrs. Obama was even at Kapi'Olani on the day of Barack's birth? Talk at Kapi`Olani, would have been unabashed, the city of Honolulu at the time very racist towards black people. Even up until the early 1990's, as CEO of a local electrical contracting company was not allowed by my company president to employ black people. A practice that was common place at the time.

The USA and world painting a revisionist history and falsely romantic interpretation and understanding of race issues in Hawai`i. That from post WWII, racism in Honolulu was ramped and far from subtle, stemming from general distrust for non "locals" and in particular, negatively effecting people of white and black accessory arriving from abroad. Public racist statements in the 1980-90's by Haunani Trask, a tenured professor from the University of Hawai`i openly tolerated as being justifiable. Having once held a Hawai`ian real-estate license in the 1980's, encountered racism frequently, all a social norm at the time.

How did Barak's mother get to the campus living so far from Manoa? An acquaintance of mine lived only 1.5 blocks from where Obama's mother supposedly live on Kalaniana`ole Hwy near Hawai`i Kai. An expensive neighborhood behind Paiko lagoon and odd location for an impoverished mother and supposed UH student to live.

A fiancée of mine, father built the subdivision in Niu Valley, and nieli "nosey" mother would have known in 1961-1962 if a black child lived in the area. A black child not associated with the military. Barack's birth more than likely the first hapa black/white to be born in the state that year off base, if not the first ever recorded.

In low density Hawai`ian neighborhoods, the birth of a child is as much a neighborhood event as it is family. Curiosity held by the "local" ladies would have been insatiable. All would have made or gave gifts for the new baby, if for no other reason than to see this new born, regionally unique child. I haven't heard a single story about how someone gave this gift or that gift to the new mom or baby. Who were his local "aunties" that cared for the newborn?

Who were these mystery people in Honolulu whose identities and kindness still have yet to be revealed and openly appreciated by Mr. Obama? Let's be honest, a real and salacious story of this nature would not have been missed by a local Honolulu production team, Hollywood or the Discovery Channel. Yet to date, nothing of substance, detail and evidence like some sort of immaculate birth. The loudest Obama supporters like Mr. Abercrombie calling for the whole sale dilution of the Presidential vetting process.

Probability being that Mr. Obama is perpetrating the single greatest fraud ever enacted upon this country since the signing of the Declaration of Independence. A product of the people on the mainland knowing little of the unique culture, demographics in Hawai`i and absurd nature of Mr. Obama's claim backed by unscrupulous and or naive people. The only possible fraud remaining, that Mr. Obama could do at this point, greater in magnitude and scale, would be to try and have a team reenact this supposed birth at Kapi'Olani Medical Center. For to do so would definitely fall under the RICO Act, if not so already.

Mr. Obama & Co. are perpetrating the single greatest fraud enacted against this country since the Dutch bought Manhattan Island from the Indians for $24 worth of trinkets... actually, the greatest fraud in the world since the devil had Adam and Eve evicted from the Garden of Eden for a taste of forbidden fruit.
